      Constant issues with service not working, customer service is impossible to reach & never fully resolve the issue. There's nothing positive to say about this company at all!

      After multiple attempts to get customer support to fix my connection problems, one representative transferred me to a "higher department." That was an hour ago, and I'm still listening to obnoxious jazz music and a recording that promises that someone will be with me shortly. 2 hours now.......I've been with Tracfone for many years and been satisfied with the service. Not now.Their phone people are now incompetent and waste your time because their systems have become corrupted, hacked, or China syndromed. ATT is likewise awful. Compared to electricity, my phone bills are outrageous and my service is poor to non-existent. Tracfone and many other corporations outsourced factories and jobs to 3rd world countries and treat customers like dirt.

      I used to have good service with my 2 old Trac phones and the old Trac cards. Then my phone died and I purchased a new one. Had the data transferred from my old phone. It took 2 2hr calls to cust serve to activate. Technician could not speak clearly. Contacted chat. They expected me to remove my own SIM card. I had never done that. And they were not patient in explaining that to me. I have never removed a SIM card. These people are idiots. I am changing to a new phone and company.

      I was a total wireless home internet customer for about 3 months. Early this morning the internet service went off. After no success with the website or calling customer service ; I started an email chat. Ultimately my service was deactivated so I wanted to reactivate the service. They tell me that there were no slots left in my area and since it's been over 30 days I can't even return the equipment. So now I'm stuck with a router I can't use and service I can't get. Something has to be done. This is terrible. Do yourself a favor don't use total wireless for any service they offer. *******. Absolutely the best at being the worst. I'm giving total wireless 1 star because they say I have to give them a stsr rating.

      Tracfone and Safelink were beyond inept. I received poor to no service entire time. Then, it was like they trained service **** to jerk consumers around. For weeks I spent hours on hold and listening to complete nonsense each rep ** different useless info. After not being able to solve my issues each claiming issue cannot be escalated.

      I bought a TFW iphone through ******* along with the *** card. When I tried activating the phone with TracFone, they stated it couldn't be activated because the **** was invalid. When I contacted support, they stated the phone was locked and they couldn't activate it. Despite the fact that it is locked to TracFone so the **** was never registered in their system. I requested to speak to a manager and the *** refused saying she was properly trained and kept advising me to go back to ******* to unlock the phone. ******* doesn't unlock phones and the phone is locked to THEIR network. Finally, she gave me the # to their department that deals with unlocking phones but it was like pulling teeth and still I was not able to get it resolved.

      ZERO stars needs to be an option. After 3+ hours, 6 calls, 2 hours of which was on hold, and now hung up on ("I'm transferring your call to a higher ***** that can help you better" - CLICK!) I am DONE with Tracfone. Forever. I have ONLY had Tracfones (and my trusty landline, but don't get me started on ******* either! - they don't want to fix copper wires anymore) for 20+ years. I won't bore you with further details bc frankly I have not the energy, time or blood pressure left for it. I just want anyone reading to know, Tracfone is USELESS as a service provider. 100% useless. They are solely in the business of selling burner phones now. So if you need to do a crime, or get into a concert or sporting event, yeah, buy a Trac phone, use it, and then throw it in the trash. That is all they are good for anymore. And the company is apparently totally cool with that. I sure **** ***** Mobile comes online and is reliable. I'll be all over it. Especially if they have actual customer service. And it is not 100 % based in *****. (No disrespect to the Indian people in general, for whom I generally hold in high regard. - Unless they are in a Tracfone call center.) F*** TRACFONE!!!

      Refilled on 5/7/25, on 6/10/25 my balances went to zero! Called to get it reinstated, they would only give me 1000 texts, 600 minutes and 1000mb of data. I had over ***** minutes, over ***** texts and over 26gb of data! By my calculations, TracFone has stolen over $1500 from me. Filed complaints with the *** and Texas **** general. Been with Tracfone for over 15 years with no issues, now that ******* has bought them their performance is in the sewer!

      I had a TracFone that was broken and I called to have the number from it transferred to a new TracFone. I was told that there was a $2 unlock charge. I then checked my bank account the next day and was charged $160.88. They are refusing to give me a refund as I do not have access to the phone. I am in ********, my son, with the phone is in ******* and now in **** with said phone. I have given them all the information that they have aske for over the last 10 calls to them but they tell me that unlock charges are non refundable. I hope they enjoyed there pizza party that my $160.88 paid for! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USEING TRACFONE!! There customer service is the worst on the planet!

      I have had trac fone for about 15 years and their service has gone down hill since ******* took over. Do not buy from them. They will steal your minutes and then never let you talk to a live human being. You will be stuck in perpetual Chatbot loop. Go somewhere else.
