      I been with tracphone for about 20 years. It been good up to about Three months ago. I bought a Razer phone and it went bad, I call them and they told me they would send me a label they did. I sent the phone in and they told me that I will have a replacement in two weeks after receiving my phone. I call them and act as though the never received a phone and if I hadn't had information they would have just blew it off. Well the telemarketers who you cannot hardly understand told that they located the phone and said they were sending phone and I will receive it in 3 to 4 working days. I have call and call and call its the same old run around as though its the first time you called and you have to go through this hour and half same-o. I have did this now for three months yet still don't have no phone.

      They are god-awful all around. There isn't enough room for me to list how awful they are here!I have spent over a week trying to get my phone, which I used with them before, to simply activate it. Now I see why they have a 1 Star.

      My tracfone experience. I have been a loyal customer for almost ******************************************* January of 2025. On the 20th of May, June, and July it threw me off the network. They restored the network for May and June but not July. July 20 is the last time I had phone service. After two weeks from July 20, they told me my phone was bad. On August 6, I received the air bill to return my phone. The warehouse in ********* received my phone August 12 at 9:30 a.m. After talking to numerous agents, today is October 9, 2025 and I am still waiting for my phone. This product was one year service starting on January 6, 2025 until January 6, 2026. I hope that this gets resolved sometime soon but I doubt it.

      Stole $45 False advertising on the box.Rude, will not do what they say they are doing. Need a ticket.. never created Need a supervisor... they will sit on the phone till you hang up and laugh about it.... called 3x and got the same treatment every time....

      ******** customer service. My ********************** has been dead for two years and yet I am still getting billed. I have tried to cancel and they cannot validate my information on my dead phone. This business is not BBB accredited. Unsure of how to proceed at this point.

      Revel EID 0117 and Al EID 0123 were very dismissive and contrarian to my inquiries. while the were telling me that i had service that was good until 2029 they also told me that my service was expired. This is still does not make sense to me and they made me purchase another plan. I would not suggest to anyone to use this service .

      My husband lost his phone and purchased a new phone. He purchased a year of unlimited minutes last December. In order to transfer his number and minutes he has to verify two phone numbers. He doesn't remember who he called other then me, and he has memory issues and therefore not able to think who he called. Since he lost the phone he can't verify the numbers. So they are not able to transfer the phone number or the minutes. I am not giving them any more of my money at this time. I was able to change my password and received an email to reset the password, but when the agent tried to send my a verification number via email it was never received.

      My screen on cell went dark. Contacted TracFone and tried to fix problem, couldn't, but said they'll send a new phone. Was to mail back my phone then they'll process and send new one. Never got the postage sticker to use. I sent phone back and PAID postage. It was delivered on August 4, and after 3 times talking to tracass fone CS, they STILL haven't received my phone. Today is August 25. They can't process my new phone until they receive MY OLD PHONE!! Where is that phone?? Won't (or they don't want to) do anything to settle my account. Had *********************** over 15 years and product, service, gotten WORSE. Did they merge with *******? If so than that's where problems started! Now wonder which phone and carrier is best for me, at a decent cost. TracFone is THE WORST cell phones to buy.

      My calls have been dropping continuously, on every call for the past month. ******** I have no cell service at all. I've reported this to Tracfone multiple times and they could not find the problem. I paid in full for a year; I requested to cancel my service and want a refund. I was denied any refund

      I have been a customer for 20 years. The last 2 years, I have received extra refill charges. Once, I had thecredit card company delete the charge. This month it took me an hour (online) to delete the ********* looks like FRAUD TO ME.
