      After buying a new card for $99 to add minutes to save her unused minutes, Tracfone told my mother her phone would need to be replaced and sent her a new phone free of charge. After more than 7 hours and 4 different times trying, Tracfone still has NOT been able transfer her unused minutes to the new phone and she is still unable to use the new phone they sent to her. Terrible customer service and totally unacceptable!!! She will lose several thousand minutes and $100.00 because of their inability to switch her minutes from her old phone to the new phone! Tracfone users beware!

      Horrible service. My phone won't text or call and I called to get it fixed and sat on the phone for 4 hours. Then I called back and sat on the phone for another six hours and now my phone won't go on the internet. So they made it worse. And they just threw there hands up and said there is nothing else they can do. So I asked for my account number and transfer pin and they won't give it to me. They said they sent me an email but I never got it. And if you call them it will give you the option to stay on the line or have them call you back. Stay on the line cause they won't call you back. My phone is paid for through April of **** but I can't use it so now I have to transfer and I can't keep my number cause they won't give me the pin. Horrible company! Save your money and the headache. My service never worked right since I have had it. Its ridiculous.

      1 ?? Only because you cant review withoutminus ??S should be available. I did not use my trac fone for several months in 2022this should have been MY choice, right? MY fone! Today I entered a new pin #, buying new minutesthey didnt take. Spent over an hour on the phone (a real phone!) with 2 women whose first language is gobbeldy-goopbottom line! I cant give them the last 4 digits of a credit card I used in 2009 when I bought the fone, therefore, Im not entitled to any compensation for the loss of the fone! I bought it, paid for it, supported it for over 13 yearsas an emergency phoneusing it very little, so they made a fortune off me in minutes cards.Now theyve stolen it from me, with no compensation. I have to have its number working in order to set up my new iPadso, I now have to buy a new trac fone in order to reinstate that number, in order to set up the iPad. I am livid! I have no choice but to spend more money with this fraudulent company. Hopefully the legal against them will take them down and out.

      **** P I have been a Tracfone customer for about 8+ years. I received a text and e-mail notification from Tracfone, that I needed to upgrade my phone to better serve me. So I purchased a new phone from Tracfone (as recommended) and try to roll over my service to the new phone as they asked me to do. When I purchased my very first phone with a contract it was from HSN / Tracfone lifetime rollover minutes as long you open an account with Tracfone. Which I did.Now I still have the same phone number same account with Tracfone and had about 5+GB and *****+ text minutes on the account phone # Tracfone rolled over the phone but has not rolled over my minutes. I have spent countless days and hours on the phone with Tracfone representatives and the problem is still not solved. This was a blindside move with no notification regarding rollover GB, Text, and minute.

      I'd give zero stars if I could. They have no customer service whatsoever. Every time I call they tell me what I want can't be done. Their services are not user friendly. They are a **** and all they want is to take your money. Find any other phone provider.

      It's been 5 months my phone hasent received service but they took my money. I paid over three hundred for my phone at wallmart and after being lied to for over a month it's now to late for me to take this phone back. I was told last week I would get a refund for not having service but still no refund. Someone really should shut this place down. *********************.

      I've been a TracFone customer for over five years and to date have been very pleased. I learned on Dec 31, ************************************ order to continue my service. I had received no prior notification of this change. I purchased a new sim card and thought this would be an easy process. I have been trying to activate this sim card for two days! Everyone I call except the lady in Sales have not been able to help me. There are so many verification processes it is ridiculous. Most recently I was asked to provide the last two telephone numbers I called. I erase my history. I asked to talk to a manager and was told he was not available and I needed to call back in 15 minutes to begin the activation process again.

      Absolutely the WORST cell phone service provider I have ever dealt with. They have no sense of how to provide customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Just go elsewhere!I extended my plan for another year, purchased a Global Calling Card, have spoken to no less than eight people in their customer service realm, still unable to make calls to ****** from this phone despite their assurances it should work. Every time you get passed to someone else who is supposed to be able to solve the problem, they have no history of the issue so you find yourself repeating the issue multiple times. Repeat - just go elsewhere!

      My phone(that I bought from them 5 months ago including the SIM card) does not allow outgoing or incoming calls. I can only check email. RUN FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!

      First of all I have been a Straight talk Customer for many years.I bought a new straight talk phone on 09/21/2022 at Walmart had it about a month and it started messing up so on 11/27/2022 I called Straight talk and the guy told me to take my sim card out of the new phone and put it in my old straight talk phone then he sent me a return label so I packed it up and sent of with UPS on 11/28/2022. I have the proof of delivery and the drop--off package receipt and the date it was shipped and the date they received on 12/01/2022 in LA VERGNE TN. and the name of the person the received it. I have called straight talk numerous of times about my replacement phone and all I get is the run around every time I call you al ways get a new person I swear you can't make them understand why and what your talking about the customer at straight talk suck's. I have even try to get them to give a e-mail address so I could sent all of the proof that they have the phone and they won't do that so I have learned a valuable lesson and that is to get away from Straight talk as fast as I can. I do know that I am going to aggravate and hound till they send me a new replacement phone or refund my money.
