      I've had Tracfone and the Samsung phone for over 4 years and really had no complaints. That is until 12/26/2022 when I discovered I could not make calls and I do not receive calls. The customer service, It's an outsourced service company - Philippines is where they are located. A rep gave me another 800 to call (which is not published on their website) - the outgoing message lists more phone companies they service and to press the # that corresponds to the type of phone you have-it was a list of at least 12 cell phone companies. Up until today I at least had text available but after that last conv. w/ a rep, about 45 minutes later I checked and now I have no texting ability and STLL CANNOT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS!!! Insult to injury, Auto Pay hit today-early!!! I will be notifying my bank to reverse the charge as I authorized the payment with the expectation of getting something for my money. FCC? Do they do anything. I had another issue back in November 2022 I bought a Mint Mobile plan and a new phone. They sent the wrong phone and the service people...I SWEAR they are the same service company out of the Phillippines that services Tracfone. I worked with my bank on that one as well...but still looking for a REPUTABLE company.

      I wish I could give zero stars. Been having issues for months. Since December, I have had dropped calls out of nowhere, not been able receive calls, texts, notifications, or randomly there is no service or wifi on my phone. The last straw was when no network kept showing up, and my phone notified me that Emergency Phone calls and SOS Emergency calls couldn't even be used. My phone is under a year old and cost me over $1,300 easily. I have switched providers, but can't even have my number transfered that I have for over 15 years because the **** number conveniently is showing as bad when it is the right one. Don't even get my started on how you can't even get ahold of Customer Support. There needs to be a Class Action Law suite on StraightTalk for this and for stealing your money, and stealing money from those on Affordable Connectivy Program. StraightTalk is double dipping into our pockets and the government funding program pockets as well.

      In November of 2022, I purchased a phone from a retail store that had been previously purchased and set up with a pin code to unlock the phone. Before I realized it was set up, I activated the phone with service. Through several calls, I was told to take the phone back to the store to have the store unlock the phone. (Retail stores dont set up phones nor have anything to do with the pin code on someone elses phone). Finally I talked to a representative on Thanksgiving Day or the day after which issued me a ticket number to send the phone back. I received the package of a tracking number for me to pay to have the phone sent back which was received to Tracfones warehouse on 12/2. Since then, I have been given the run around as to where my replacement phone is and was even told to pay my phone bill again (making it 2 months of not having the phone) to avoid losing my number to keep service on a phone Ive never used. I was given a tracking number on 12/22 for a supposed phone that would be sent to me, but when I called again on the 27th, I was told I would receive the phone by the 30th. When I called today (1/8/23), I was told the warehouse was down and would begin shipments on 1/9. At this point I just want to be refunded for the phone and service because this has been more trouble than its worth!

      Zero starsReckless customer service Continuous p to ivacy breach and phone number porting. My phone was dead activated and activated 2-3 times a day wit HH out my knowledge try he worst p as rt is is was calling and asking for help and NEVER once did TracFone say your account was deactivated.This negligent and reckless customer service has left me open for identity theft,ransomware device access ***** and harassment as well as Tech abuse.

      I've had NO cell service since Tuesday with Straight talk! I have no idea what in the world has happened with their service. I was told by one of the customer service reps it was an "outage" and to call them back in 2hrs if my phone wasn't working still. I called back and was holding for almost about 20min. The lack of communication by Straight talk to its customers is sickening. We pay them money and should be treated with more respect then this! At least they could have sent out mass communications to us to keep us updated but that didnt happen...want to know why? BECAUSE I CANT RECEIVE TEXTS. I've switched phone carriers as of yesterday.

      Worst ever Service may be worst in whole world.I renwed the service and then wanted to port my phone number and Simcard to another device but Even after instruction from Support the service did not work and Support person says they will schedule a call back. I am never getting callback from upper level support. Some times that pers on tries to transfer the line and again there will be waiting for 45 minutes. Even after transferring when the next level support arrives, before even finishing my talk, he disconnects the call and never return back.I got so much of frustrated because I spent 5 days and atleast 5-6 hours continuously on call. I was so stressed i cant say. The support persons doesnt have common sense or brain. Even after my talk starts that My phone service is not working, they asks for text message for verification again and again.Finally I decided to port out and go to other service provider and asked for Portout Pin and they are saying that also comes only by text message. When the phone is not working how I send the text message. Now another problem again support says they need to transfer to Support as that level support doesnt have option to send PIN by email. Again back to the same that call needs to be transferred to the higher level support or they need to schedule a call back.There is no Support email where I can get the solution. there is not option to ask support using online option. Online chat person is not able to help. Dont know what to do now. Looks like I will loose my number.Wort service ever. Never ever ever use TracFone. Also this is by ******* so I will never ever buy or even suggest.. Infact ask all to stay away from TracFone or *******.There is no option to provide Less than 1 Star rating. or negative rating else I would have given that.

      I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED NEW CUSTOMER. LET ME BEGIN BY SAYING I AM NOT TYPING IN CAPS TO BE YELLING JUST MAKING THE ***** EASIER TO READ. I PLACED A CALL TO TRACFONE HQ BEFORE WRITING THIS REVIEW IN HOPES OF SOLVING MY ISSUE & OF COURSE HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR *************************** DUE TO THE **** SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER HER *****. SO LETS BEGIN, ON SAT JAN. 1ST I SPOKE DIRECTLY TO A ST AGENT & PROVIDED THEM THE **** OF THE ***** I HAD JUST PURCHASED A WEEK PRIOR & ACTIVE ON WM TO ENSURE IT WAS COMPATABLE I WAS TOLD YES IT WILL WORK. SO I BOUGHT THE **** & KEEP MY # SIM KIT THAT DAY, THEN ON *******. 2ND I SWITCHED TO STRAIGHT TALK (ST) FROM WAL-MART MOBILE (WM) WITH THE HELP OF A ST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. THE REP HAD TO REBRAND THE ***** FROM WM TO ST SO IT WOULD WORK ON THE ST NETWORK. THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS, THE ***** WAS NOT REBRANDED CORRECTLY OR AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I MADE SEVERAL ***** CALLS TO REPS & FINALLY HAD TO GO TO ******* & DIRECTLY DEAL WITH A WONDERFUL AGENT NAMED ***. SHE TOOK OVER FOR AWHILE & HELPED ME FOR APPROX 3.5 HRS ON MON JAN. 3RD SHE WAS DISRESPECTED, YELLED AT & HUNG UP ON BY A FEW DIFFERENT REPS BUT WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET AN AGENT TO REBRAND THE ***** CORRECTLY HOWEVER WHEN THIS WAS DONE THEY CHANGED THE # WHICH LEFT MY BUSINESS # DEACTIVE NOW I HAVE BEEN STUCK IN A RECURRING ***** LOOP OF ESCALATIONS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** *********** ************* THAT ALL KEEP ASSURING ME THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED "THIS TIME" THE *** THAT DIDNT REBRAND THE ***** CORRECTLY STARTED THE ISSUE WHICH WAS THEN COMPOUNDED BY THE *** THAT DEACTIVATED MY # BY NOT TRANSFERING IT WHEN SHE WAS CLEARLY TOLD TOO. IT IS NOW THE EVENING OF FRI. JAN. ******* STILL HAVE A DEAD BUSINESS ***** #. IF THE 1ST REP THAT ASSURED ME IT WOULD AT MOST TAKE A COUPLE HRS ON SUN NIGHT FOR THE TRANSFER TO BE COMPLETED WOULD HAVE DONE THE *** CORRECTLY I WOULD NOT HAVE LOST A WEEKS WORTH OF CONTACT WITH MY CUSTOMERS WHICH I WILL BE SEEKING COMPENSATION FOR.

      I have called this business numerous times to resolve an issues where they were charging me multiple times per month incorrectly. Now i cant make or receive phone calls or text messages. Everytime I call I am hung up on by them. I will be changing companies.

      I have used tracfone for years, the last 3 years have been horrible. Having to spend hours on the phone to get my service to work. Hard to understand the customer service people. After giving all the information, they say they have to do testing, then they come back and say service is out for 24 hours. I think it's a scam. Will never use them again.
