      This ** has one of the worst customer service department. It took me thru 3 representatives and they still didnt solve my issue. a simple matter of adding minues to my phone and they **uld not enter it. Will never deal with them again. Representative will give you such a run around. Simply a matter of adding a few minutes to a phone. I do not want to re**mmend this ** at all. On a scale of 1 thru 10 rhey get a 0

      I bought prepaid card with minutes, text and data, then refuse to give the text and data after i bought the now I can't take it back. I bought the card 60 minutes for talk, text and web 90 day plan.

      Hi there, I was trying to activate my wifes *** card thats through Straight Talk Wireless. I bought my *** card activation kit at ******* for $37.68 all together. It came with two *** cards and an activation PIN number thats worth $35 dollars. I called in the first time at 5:18pm CST and got hung up on while on hold. Then I called in at 5:27pm CST and the lady on the phone yelled at me for using *** card B that is apparently for **** and I was suppose to use Sim Card A. We got into it and then she hung up on me. Then after that I spoke to 9 other representatives on the phone and they all hung up midway through when trying to activate my wifes phone. I was told conflicting information the entire time. A list of some of the things I was told. - I cant use the *** cards provided to me, I need to buy new ones again. - My wifes IPhone 13 is not able to use a *** card and they would need to use a E***. - The *** card has been activated and it should work in 30 minutes. - We will give you a call back (Which Never Happened). - Sim Card B is for **** and Sim Card A is ******** Im asking that some please help us with this. I cant afford to buy another *** Activation Kit. I just want my wifes phone to work. Please help us. I appreciate your time, thank you so much! ***********************************

      5 calls lasting hour and a half to resolve no internet. Supervisor hung up on me. Run fast and far away from this awful company. Terrible technical support

      Questionable billing procedures and useless **************** For some reason we began being charged monthly for Net10 despite not having a Net10 account. This charge was automatically billed to credit card. In addition Tracfone was auto billing for service we did have! Tracfone and Net10 are part of the same conglomerate. When calling Tracfone customer service, they could "see" all charges, but could not tell me what service we were getting from Net10.We cancelled our Tracfone service to go to Consumer Cellular, Tracfone could not port the number, giving a "delayed" error code. Tracfone **************** couldn't solve the porting problem and finally CC did a work-around and got the number.After all this, Tracfone continued the autopay - although Net10 did not continue. Tracfone customer service could not help me because we "don't have an account". Their recommendation was to "talk to your bank".Thankfully American Express is helping.If you use Tracfone DO NOT rely on auto pay - they do not notify you when a charge is automatically submitted to your credit card. Best to keep track of your service and purchase minutes when needed.I did not have problems with the cellular service..

      WE HAVE NO TRACFONE, WE HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH THEM, BUT THEY KEEP BILLING OUR CREDIT CARD FOR SERVICES. WE HAD A TRACFONE FOR 1-2 MONTHS, THAT WAS ABOUT 10 MONTHS AGO, THERE WAS NO GOOD SERVICE HERE, WE CALLED AND CANCELLED OUR TRACFONE THEN. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY CANCELLED IT AT THAT TIIME. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! PEOPLE CAN NOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THEM AND HAD ZERO RESULTS IN RESOLVING THEIR FRAUDULENT BILLING.

      I was trying to transfer my phone number to another provider but Tracfone claimed that since my service was not active, I couldn't do it. They made me purchase a plan for $20, which I didn't use. I only did it so that my account would be activated and they would allow me to transfer my phone number to another provider. I didn't even use the service. They refused to refund me for the charge. This is outright theft.

      Incompetent customer service, one could think that ******* is trying their best to drive Tracfone into the ground.Had some changes to make on my account with a few lines which also had $200 worth of rewards attached. **************** messed around, removed and added lines, reset passwords, and at the end of it the rewards points were gone.Attempt to recover them were answered with an 'Oops, we can't do that'What a sh*tshow, glad when my remaining time with them is up.

      3-2-23 I bought a year plan with my new trac fonethat I had to buy because they told my older trac phone can't be used any longer it was too old...lol...and five months later i wanted to use my emergancy phone and I had no service and my pin wouldn't work to verify my account they said and I had no service so they couldn't verify I need to buy a new service card.l was told.This is all a bunch of ****.my last text on my account said I had until 3-01-24/1193 minutes.This is 8-25-24 !and only used for 2 short call because this is only for emergencies. They said my pin doesn't work to verify my account. I haven't changed anything and we have no children and I take care of this stuff and they ripped us off..We will never go back to trac fone.This iis only 5 months into a year. Plan and won't work ..they are no help to resolve...Very bad business practice...Never again!!!!
