      I paid for a plan online to reactivate my Son's wireless phone. The phone never showed the time nor data I paid for. When calling Tracfones customer service department, I was on hold for 45 minutes and the representative was rude and asked me to repeat my information several times. He could not solve the issue the phone was having (could not make a call). He gave me a number to call where another representative wasted 34 minutes of my time and still could not get my phone to make a call. He said he's have the tech **** call me in ***** minutes, and when they did I received a voicemail saying they had closed. This is the worst business I have ever encountered.

      I would not recommend this company. My dad had a cell phone with this company that he received free as a senior citizen. Every month the phone freezes and he had to remove the Sim card and restart it. We decide to go with another company. We wanted to keep his existing number and was told to call TracFone back with the other companies account number. When we did that we were hung up on twice. The third time I requested a supervisor and they refused. I explained that we were trying to transfer the number and I was providing them with the account number they requested. The guy was rude and hung up. My dad was unable to transfer his existing phone number we gave up and just received a number from the new phone company. Also, the representatives are not Americans and do not speak fluent English, which is a problem.

      Worst service I have ever had. Customer service barely speaks English. I got hung up on multiple times a day. Had the phone for over a month and still not working. Out of at least $60 for a phone I cannot use due to the fault of this horrible company. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE BUSINESS.

      I had my service plan on my account before I had my phone number switched to a new phone. Since then it was taken away from me and now I was told I had to buy a new plan because there was no service plan to that number. I feel I was a victim to fraud and they should be held accountable and something should be done about it. ********

      Incompetence on the border of criminality.This is an MVNO utilizing ******* network. As long as you just use their service you may be okay. But as soon as you need anything just a bit out of the ordinary - you're in deep doo-doo. They probably pay pennies to the people they ********** away from their famed 5G coverage area. So, not only these people don't know anything(sometimes English included), they couldn't care less about the final result of their work. Mix that with outrageously idiotic company policies and you get a criminal enterprise that is set out to destroy the hard working American middle class :) That said... if you know what you're doing you can accomplish almost anything without ever bothering to speak to these idiots. You just have to know how to do it and it will cover 90% of what you may possibly need.

      Possibly the worst customer service on the ********* phone calls, a 5-page letter and 2 months of aggravation and still no appropriate response. I don't know that I have ever been directly lied to so much.Be very careful if you decide to use Tracfone for your cell service. The phone service is okay, but if you have a problem, know that it will be a nightmare to correct. Our problem from 9/2/2023 is still not resolved as of today, 10/28/2023, with no end in sight.The ******* ******** that now owns Tracfone) Code Of Conduct preaches integrity and respect. They have proven that they have neither of these qualities and treat their customers with contempt.This is as sad as it gets.

      Straight talk customer service & corporate management do not know how to do their job. I have a cell phone with them and they have charged me for phone service on the phone that will not call or text. I have call them more than 12 times to resolve this issue and they persistently hang up on me! I want my $40.00 for service and $100.00 pay for loss of time from work to get this resolved! How do I get my money back!

      Do not get a involved with this company. I spent 2 hours and called them 5 times to get my parents phone number unblocked so they could transfer it to Consumer Cellular. They made it as complicated as possible, hung up on me 3 times, and Im still not sure we can use their original phone number.

      DO NOT PURCHASE SILVER 3-Line unlimited $90 card! **** if you dont have all three phones together at the same time cannot add service. Then the system is not responding is all any of representatives can say and theres no supervisor to help. Poor service. Lost $ two months in a row. Poor customer service! Doesnt deserve any star ratings!

      Ordered a new flip phone and air time on September 18, 2023. The phone arrived shortly via UPS. The phone was defective. Tracfone emailed a UPS label for me to return the phone. UPS reported that the defective phone was delivered to Tracfone. As of 10.14.2023 I've talked with customer service 4 times. I still have no phone. I'm going to order a phone from another company. I'm completely disappointed.
