      I have never been through so much stress and customer service representative rudeness and not to mention the hours I have spent to get a carrier lock off of my phone through straight talk every time they transfer me to another department I get hung up on and have to start all over this is so stressful and I have not gotten my phone unlocked and it's been 3 weeks now I've been trying to do this and the representatives will say that they've taken care of the situation but nothing changes this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in since I've been using a cell phone good thing ********* bought them out but I still don't think it's going to make much of a change they might as well just do away with straight talk customer service because they are no help at all they should all be fired and start all over again and by the way if you want to talk to supervisor there is no supervisor they know it all even though they don't have the tools to fix your situation

      Tracfone is now making you pay for receiving emails, opening Apps for your bills to be paid and using ****** to get information on anything. You no longer can look at anything without paying for it. Your gigabytes use to be used when you are in an area with no wifi connetion. Now you have to use them on all services and that takes away from any emergencies you may have on the road or anywhere. You now have a useless phone that minuets are paid for but no connections can be made. You were never informed of these changes. I have called 611 ***************************************************************************************************************** any manager.

      I've tried to make numerous complaints about rude & incompetent customer service people at **********************, but no one there will document my issues & no one there seems to care.All I ask is that someone from Tracfone contacts me to discuss my issues & tell me that they are listening & doing something about the problem.I estimate that I've had a bad experience 2/3 of the times I've called!They do not seem to care!I was forced to pick one star rating, but I would like to give no stars or less!!!

      Absolutely horrible. Was trying to set up upgraded phone. Same number, just newer phone.Two days, three reps and a total of 4 hours. Did NOT work. Bought phone from them, will not advise how to send back.Been a customer for at least 15 years. Will forgo rest of my prepaid contract and spend more for someone who can help us set up new phone

      Tracfone has a habit of billing earlier than normal. In this manner, they will keep your money even if you disconnect your service before your renewal begins. Tracfone charged my credit card 129 dollars two months ahead of time for one year of service in advance, and then refused to refund the money when I ported out my number prior to the start of the new service year. They charged my card a second time for the same amount after the credit card refunded my money. The credit card company would not refund the second payment, and Tracfone denies they ever received that second payment.

      **************** is lacking, called to have an issue fixed in activating a phone that was already in service but would not verify to link to their app. Because we didn't know the 4 digit pin used to activate the phone 2 years ago they refused and would not transfer the call and hung up. Called back 5 more times and hung up on us all 5 times. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

      They have been my phone service provider for years. Now that I want to switch providers, the second I mention I need my phone number unlocked and that I am switching, I have been hung up on and told that I was breaking up. I have never had these issues with their customer support until now because Im switching to another provider. They are holding my phone number hostage, so I am going to have to get a new number. Since I have experienced this pettiness, I would never return to Tracfone or recommend their services.

      This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is a huge language barrier between consumers and the company itself. Its frustrating because nothing is ever resolved . if you ask to speak to a manager for better assistance they refuse .my parents are on a fixed income so this is affordable way for them to have cellular service but its also has the CONs of dealing with poor customer service.

      I think that is wrong for Tracfone to debit unauthorized monies from my account at 3 intervals on the same day 09/17/2023 @ 8:36, 8:54, and 9:04 pm. When I required about a refund they said they would only refund me 2 of the transactions. This for services that are not compatible to my phone service as explained to me by their representative. I am enrolled and approved in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) that allows me to have free unlimited calls and text. I do not know why they won't refund my full amount taken without my approval or authorization. Total amount $32.42. Representative said to me "there's nothing I can do about it" and disconnected me.
