      Straight talk customer service & corporate management do not know how to do their job. I have a cell phone with them and they have charged me for phone service on the phone that will not call or text. I have call them more than 12 times to resolve this issue and they persistently hang up on me! I want my $40.00 for service and $100.00 pay for loss of time from work to get this resolved! How do I get my money back!

      Do not get a involved with this company. I spent 2 hours and called them 5 times to get my parents phone number unblocked so they could transfer it to Consumer Cellular. They made it as complicated as possible, hung up on me 3 times, and Im still not sure we can use their original phone number.

      DO NOT PURCHASE SILVER 3-Line unlimited $90 card! **** if you dont have all three phones together at the same time cannot add service. Then the system is not responding is all any of representatives can say and theres no supervisor to help. Poor service. Lost $ two months in a row. Poor customer service! Doesnt deserve any star ratings!

      Ordered a new flip phone and air time on September 18, 2023. The phone arrived shortly via UPS. The phone was defective. Tracfone emailed a UPS label for me to return the phone. UPS reported that the defective phone was delivered to Tracfone. As of 10.14.2023 I've talked with customer service 4 times. I still have no phone. I'm going to order a phone from another company. I'm completely disappointed.

      Buyer beware. Purchased a SIM on a 1 year service plan. After a month my phone quit working so I purchased a replacement phone from TracFone. I was unable to activate the new phone with the paid SIM because I could not receive a text from TracFone on an inoperable phone. After hours on the line I was told there was no way to get access to my paid SIM, I finally got frustrated, returned the phone and went to a different carrier. Frustrating to pay for a years service that I cannot use - TRACFONE IS STEALING FROM CONSUMERS WITH NO RECOURSE!!!!

      Ordered a phone, got emails for a week after to activate it, waited until last day of my current phone plan so that I wouldn't have 2 phone plans at once, I can't evwn activate the phone bevause someome forgot to scan it. As long as you don't order anything from them you're fine but if you order a phone only do it for backup phones because they don't scan things to where you can activate them and they won't give you a refund unless you pay shipping to send it back.

      The workers are unprofessional and incompetent! I returned two phones 6 months for replacements and still have not received them. I have reached out to the president of tracfone, customer service supervisor and other executive officers. As of October 9th, no phone! I would not recommend purchasing anything from them What make it so bad both phones were still under warranty and had extra insurance on them! I wish I could have given a 0!

      After purchasing a phone on HSN, I have had nothing but trouble! I had an allotment of 1600 min. I had just activated my phone, a Samsung A13, and I was told that I was burning through them. Then, I had to buy additional data, which I was never told. It didn’t have anything to do with my calling. This company is very misleading and not helpful. They’re supposed to be in the communication business, which they are sorely lacking in. Then, they coax you into buying more data, not minutes. Before that, the end of your phone calls in mid-conversation. Then, they want you to choose which payment plan you want to sign up for. I stressed that I had a very important business call at 9:30 p.m. They talk your ear off with their pitch, and you get increasingly frustrated dealing with them. To top it off, the company outsources its operators to foreign countries, such as India. Last night, I paid for the $30.00 unlimited talk/text plan. I know I spent it because I was food shopping and it was inconvenient for me to communicate with my girlfriend and they cut off the phone call. I couldn’t make any phone calls until I got home and contacted them again. Good thing for them that it wasn’t an emergency. When I got home, I called them again, and it was just about time for my phone call to go through. They talk your ear off only thinking about commission, not the priority of the customer's incoming phone call. I had to pay an additional $30.00 for the unlimited talk/text, 30-day plan. Tonight, I needed to travel an hour each way using the Waze navigation app. I couldn’t find a network, and luckily, I remembered how to get to my sickly mother. I called to see what was causing the problem, and I was told to use another phone to troubleshoot the problem. I told them that due to my bad experience, I was contacting the Better Business Bureau and switching back to my prior carrier. In theory, the call shouldn’t have dropped; the call was disconnected. Tomorrow, I’ll check with my bank.

      Tracfone's compatibility tracker is blatantly wrong. Spent money on a phone it says is compatible only to have their customer service tell me, "It is compatible, but it won't work on our network." Yes, that means it is NOT compatible. Evidently they have a lot of people asking this based on what the phone support told me. They also told me that they are unable to cover any costs associated with phones purchased elsewhere, regardless of compatibility issues and the blatant false advertising on their web site. Complete garbage customer service and company.

      I went through this company to secure our landline number. The number was successfully transferred to their product but stopped working in a little over 30 days. I was informed I had to return the phone to Tracphone and followed all the instructions. ***************** continued to tell me they were sending the replacement phone in 3 days the numerous times I have called. This was 7 months ago and of course the landline number is lost. The DM over the region tried unsuccessfully to get my phone and did compensate me a $50 gift certificate. The landline number I had over 45 years was lost.
