      I paid for a new SIM card and now the phone says roaming. They were no help fixing the problem.

      Called TracFone twice. Stupid agents hung up both times without completing the process. So ridiculous and causes me to go to ATT or another provider. When I called back, the system told me to wait several hours. Does TracFone train the ** reps? ***** they not understand English to communicate to the customer that the process would take a few hours? No. Why does this happen? You will likely get poor service and be hung up on so you cannot complain about the poor service. Do yourself a favor, and use a different internet provider.

      They have my brand new defective phone and cannot replace it with same model. They are offering a similar model but could be cheaper. They have proof of where I bought their phone and the cost. Now the time has expired to send phone I purchased back. They have had my newly purchased phone for over a month. I have nothing and am out $70 plus tax. QVC cannot refund my purchase price because I dont have the phone I purchased. Tracfone has it and refuses to send it back. They only agree to a similar model that *** or *** not be new and *** be an inferior Model. They have stolen my phone is what it boils down to. Can you please help me?

      Tracfone has unreliable service and deactivated my phone twice. The first time they made me change my phone number saying it was because I moved and the second time they wouldnt restore my service when I purchased a 365 service day card and still had 6 months of service left with plenty of minutes, texts, and data. I had my receipt and proof of my purchase but that didnt matter. **************** was not helpful, rude, and very dishonest. They will not provide you the services you paid for and steal your hard earned money. Disreputable company with no accountability to their customers.

      Tracfone *****. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Since I left them to go to another company, they got ****** and would not let me add minutes to my husband's phone. As soon as my husband's minutes are up, he's getting a new phone with another company.

      It seems every time I try to put time on my device I have problems and have to call them. This time they renewed my number, the same number I have had over 20 years, then told me that it was sold back to the original company. The first time I got a cell phone I got it through AT & T but they said they couldn't tell me who it was. I buy a year plan at a time and renew it every January but they are telling me it has been over 60 days since it has been active. I asked when the last time I bought time was and they said as part of their NEW policy they couldn't tell me when it was.....interesting. They told me I could look it up on their app.....HOW AM I SUUPOSED TO DO THAT WHEN YOU TOOK MY NUMBER!! I was also told that the number has been given away so I called it, definitely not given to anyone and has the message about being disconnected through ******** I contacted ******* and they couldn't tell me anything about the number as they didn't have it after having to tell him the the number 6 times and wanted to know when I was with ******** again I never was. Most horrible company I have ever dealt with and I will not do business with them again and if anyone asked me if i recommended them it would be a NO NO NO!!

      Had poor service for my son's phone and decided to switch to a different company. After terminating service, Tracfone keeps stealing money from my account every month. I spend hours on the phone with them every month to get my refund. Most times I have to call multiple times because they will hang up(disconnect) on me. The are nothing but thieves! They don't even deserve one star

      Thank heavens I didn't set up auto-refill for this ****-of-a-company when I bought their sim card and subsequently activated a plan for it. The activation process claims it was set up successfully - but I have since tried the sim card on two seperate phones, one of which is most certainly unlocked, and I have not had any service whatsoever on either phone with it. I live in an urban area, so coverage is definitely not the issue, and my phone(s) can detect that there is a sim card inserted and even display my supposed number - but still, no service. Customer support was worthless as h-e-double-hockeystick - they first transferred me to a supposed customer support agent via chat who was evidently a mute/blind because I received no response the whole five minutes I sat there waiting for the agent to type anything. Then they told me I had to call customer support ... which I can't do because I have no phone thanks to their BS. I can't receive an official refund either because, again, I supposedly have to call them - so, fee-ook these people, I will fill a dispute with my bank and get my money back that way. Stay far away from these clowns - Tracfone used to be a good, cheap alternative to major providers, but now not only are they no cheaper than said providers, but they are now impossible to use and have the worst customer service imaginable.

      TracFone Wireless it is egregious the extent of my wait time. All calls routed to *************** and every agent I have spoken with has claimed to be a "manager". The agents do not perform in managerial compacity and fail to deliver high quality customer service. My issue has been a ********************** problem for well over a month and still not resolved. TracFone Wireless is not the best option if you can avoid this service by all means do not hesitate, go with a different wireless carrier, not TracFone.

      I lost my tracfone and was trying to activate another one. TracFone absolutely has the worst horrible customer service imaginable!??
