      I purchased a straight talk phone at Walmart on Black Friday, and this is were my nightmare begin... Its Dec the 16th and I've had no working phone since my purchase... I've done everything to get this fixed to no avail... I've had to fight with Walmart, I've been hung up on by straight talk operators, and to make things worse, since my phone has been down over 170 dollars was stolen from my bank account... Helpppppp

      TracFone customer service staff continuously lie and do not correct problems. I had a customer service person who stated that he was from the management department and had me power off the phone that was having a problem. He informed me that I need to keep it off until he instructed me to power it back on. Still further, he stated that he was going to give me free service for the phone for the inconvenience. In the meantime, while the phone was off, he insisted that I provide a review while we wait for my phone to reset. He then proceeded to send me questions and tell me how to answer so that I would receive the free service tacked onto the end of my current agreement. I began to provide the answers as he instructed and then turned on my phone while answering the questions. I tried using my phone, which the problem was that I couldn't make or receive phone calls, and even though he insisted that he made a bunch of updates and fixed my phone, it still did not work. When I told him that the phone was not working he began to berate me for not following his instructions and hung up. He ******* out of a free rating and my phone still does not work. I had to go through 4 agents this same evening, because they kept disconnecting me or hanging up when they were unsuccessful from fixing my phone. This included the first agent AND the accelerated supposed "manager" person at corporate. My wife and I had been satisfied TracFone customers for over 12 years and with the purchase of our newest phones in October, 2023, we have received nothing but unprofessional assistance and phones that have never worked properly. No one from TracFone has been able to assist us. We will be switching to a different provider and never use them again.

      Thiefs. Ive been a loyal patron with this company for manys years and have accumulated many rollover text/data/call credits, just to have them all randomly erased, multiple times a year, at random intervals. If you call them just trying to get your paid for credits back, Tracfone Support will treat long time customers as criminals and essentially tell you oh well, to bad. Just horrible customer service and unprofessional.Look away from tracfone and at better non contact services as I am now.

      Do Not Use them. They toke Money from me and never gave it back. The customer service is the worst. I will be ending my service with them-. They are the worst.

      Why is it the government allows such a poor and dishonest company is still making money out of the consumers? This a disgusting and disgrace company. I haven't seen a good review about this ********** making machine. When you call customer service they all identify themselves as the best the expert and guarantee they gonna fix your issues. At the end no one knows what they doing. I can't believe this is happening in America. And they are government contractors to provide services to clients receiving government benefits.

      Bought a tracfone at target, wasn't sure which plan I wanted so I waited a few days and bout a tracfone card from ******** I called today to activate the phone and the agent said the airtime plan is not showing in there system that the card was scanned wrong at the store. note, when I bought the card I was in a self check out line and I had asked the employee for help. so now two tracfone reps are saying that I would have to go back to the store and have the card replaced unless they can fix the error. this is a waste of my time and gas that I can not get back and is completely unacceptable. there is no reason purchasing a airtime plan card should be so complicated. I am tired of my time being wasted. I will never recommend this brand because how easy it was for my airtime plan card to be scanned incorrectly at the store by an employee.

      I ported my son's number to ******** I logged in to the Tracfone website to remove my credit card. When I tried to delete the credit card, I received a message to contact Customer Support. I spoke with a live agent two times. I explained the issue to the first agent and he disconnected. I called again, this time the agent lasted a little longer but eventually disconnected also.

      I have been a Tracfone customer for many years and have had a minimum of 6 phone for myself and children over the years. I recently decided to purchase a new phone with the intent of keeping my current tracfone for work logon purposes. I purchased the most expensive phone option and when doing so online it inquired if I wanted to keep my current number. Mind you NO WHERE did it state I could not have the same phone number on multiple phones. In fact after stating I wanted to keep my phone number on my new phone, it request what plan and minutes I would like for my new phone. WHY if I cannot have two phones with the same number, would I want a NEW plan and minutes?? So I transferred all my data from my old phone to my new (yes, I am not technically challenged) and then I signed into tracfone online to activate the phone and of course it did not work and stated the phone was assigned to someone else!!! This is not a huge surprise as every single phone I have purchased in the past from tracfone, I have not been able to activate online and have had to call into tracfone. I called tonight 8 times!!! The first 5 were to number ending in **** and 3 of these calls I requested to speak to a manager and each time I was disconnected! I then called number ending in **** 3 times and was immediately sent to a management line and proceed to get disconnected 3 times!! My new phone, for which I now have two plans/minute packages is yet to be activated!! This is by far the worst customer experience I have EVER had.

      **************** of 12/12/23. To say that their service is BAD would be like giving them a compliment. I have 3 tracfones, 2 dumb 20$ for 3 months ones and 1 ********** fone. One day I had almost 20 GIG of data, the next day is was ZERO. After 5 calls 4 of which they hung up their on me. After checking with someone they said I only had 3.2 GIG coming to me. I finally got 3.2 GIG replaced, there was no way they would let me talk to a supervisor. After getting the 3 GIG replaced he also hung up on me. One of them actually promised to call me back if we were disconnected, THAT NEVER HAPPENED ! Final note. If nothing ever goes wrong HA, HA things should be fine.I have been with Tracfone over 10 years, they were much better before ******* bought them out, Come the 1st of the year I will be switching to another carrier with my smart fone. PS There needs to be a way to document from day to day how much data you have.
