      ******* bought Tracfone. It was like the fire that hit ****. ******* seems to have burned Tracfone to the ground. Trying to get/install a useless ******* SIM card I was cut off 5 times! EVERY time CS tried to connect me to *****************. CS refuses connection to a supervisor. And the system they're working (not) with is a nightmare/evil loop.So, maybe some sharp telco will gear up to replace Tracfone. Maybe not. Me? Outta here.

      Tracfones TCLflip2 freezes after phoning another person using the **** network It works fine calling any other network. Tried a 2nd TCLflip2 from Tracfone - did the same thing. I spent many ************ on the phone with Tracfone and they could not fix the problem and would not even admit there was a problem. I had Tracfone unlock their TCLflip2 & purchased a *** card from another phone company - US Mobile. The TCLflip2 with the US Mobile *** had the same freezing issue. I finally, had US Mobile send me one of their flip phones - inserted the *** from the TCLflip2 into the US Mobile phone (NUU **** ************ worked fine. The only conclusion that can be made here -is that Tracfones TCLflip2 has a problem connecting with another phone using the **** network. I asked Tracfone to refund the money for my annual renewal on 9/7/2023 & the 2nd TCLflip2 I had purchased. To this date, Tracfone has refused to refund all the money spent.If someone is looking for a simple phone to only make phone calls - DO NOT use Tracfone. I got a better and cheaper plan from US Mobile with great customer service. If I could have entered ZERO stars - I would have!

      Disgusted with their **************** incompetence, outsourced outside **** Could not add a credit card online. Had to call. CSR took my credit card info and said it was added; it was not. Called next day and was told I had to have a plan. ***, I already had a plan. Their attempts to verify my identity by both texts and email failed. Condensed version of the most frustrating experience I ever had to deal with. Switched to Consumer Cellular.

      After six calls tonight, still no internet. Four of the six calls disconnected when it was obvious the agent couldnt answer my question. Update on phone and can no longer get the house internet. One agent set the phone to get on the internet because your phone doesnt need the internet. I kept saying I didnt want to blow through my paid data. I wanted to be on the house internet. Click. Call six gone. What happened Tracfone? You use to have decent customer service. Would be nice if they spoke/understood better English.

      Customer service is non existent, they hang up over and over again when trying to address issues. There needs to be a lawsuit against them. They couldn't help with a replacement phone so changed providers, now I can't get a pin from them to keep my number. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

      Worst telephone service and besides Xfinity worst customer service.. will never ever have a ********************** again don't waste your time.. service is so sketchy that a loved one could die by not being able to call 911.

      Very disorganized support group, do not try to use this company.Tracfone tried to port my phone number, but couldn't get it to work, I ask them to cancel and they said they did. But they continued requesting the port, and my carrier finally letting it go through. So I called Tracfone and they claimed they had cancelled everything so now the number is lost...Also, I checked with my credit card and they hadn't even cancelled the monthly fee they charged for the number they couldn't port and then the service they couldn't provide.***** employee ID ******, basically said I was out of luck and hung up on me. I wasn't able to get the other support people's names or ID, but this company is basically a total scam.

      The worst service I have ever had change policy to much money stealing data all the time customer support people no English how ever reads this don't buy it ***** big time

      The employees at trac fone are not trained enough to handle customer service jobs. They refused to let me speak with someone that speak English that is comprehendible. Talked with five employees from the Phillipine which only one spoke English well enough for me to understand. Finally, talked with project manager name ********, you could hear attitude in her voice, I was told that I needed to purchase a service plan in order to keep my old phone number. I asked project manager ******** if my plan that came with the phone would be applied, **** minutes talk, text and data, she said yes everything would be added. I chose the $9.99 plan plus tax they offered since I had **** minutes talk, text and data that came with the phone. This was for 30 days, after the 30 days I had no service at all and they said that I needed to purchase a new service plan. When I called to find out what happen with my plan they claim that they don't know. NOT ONLY THEY LIED THEY ARE THIEVES AS WELL. claiming they no nothing about charging me for a service plan for $12.11 which was authorized on October 4, 2023 and posted October 6, 2023. which tracfone says they did not charge. PROJECT MANAGER, ******** needs to be investigated she deliberately deactivated my serial number that activates my phone. I want to know what she (********) did with my serial number that they claim they no nothing about.

      We purchased a Iphone SE3 directly from Tracfone and after two weeks and 32 customer service representative attempts, they cannot activate the phone on their network. The higher tier (corporate) callbacks never called back and customer service would just disconnect the calls every time they failed to activate the phone.They are taking hundreds of dollars in phones and airtime and are providing no service. Their support system is broken. Every time we called, there was no record on their end of the previous calls and it was like starting over every time.You would think that they could exchange the phone with one that would work but all their agents do is read their scripts. There appears to be no supervisors to speak with and no higher tier tech support at all.
