      Bought a tracfone at target, wasn't sure which plan I wanted so I waited a few days and bout a tracfone card from ******** I called today to activate the phone and the agent said the airtime plan is not showing in there system that the card was scanned wrong at the store. note, when I bought the card I was in a self check out line and I had asked the employee for help. so now two tracfone reps are saying that I would have to go back to the store and have the card replaced unless they can fix the error. this is a waste of my time and gas that I can not get back and is completely unacceptable. there is no reason purchasing a airtime plan card should be so complicated. I am tired of my time being wasted. I will never recommend this brand because how easy it was for my airtime plan card to be scanned incorrectly at the store by an employee.

      I ported my son's number to ******** I logged in to the Tracfone website to remove my credit card. When I tried to delete the credit card, I received a message to contact Customer Support. I spoke with a live agent two times. I explained the issue to the first agent and he disconnected. I called again, this time the agent lasted a little longer but eventually disconnected also.

      I have been a Tracfone customer for many years and have had a minimum of 6 phone for myself and children over the years. I recently decided to purchase a new phone with the intent of keeping my current tracfone for work logon purposes. I purchased the most expensive phone option and when doing so online it inquired if I wanted to keep my current number. Mind you NO WHERE did it state I could not have the same phone number on multiple phones. In fact after stating I wanted to keep my phone number on my new phone, it request what plan and minutes I would like for my new phone. WHY if I cannot have two phones with the same number, would I want a NEW plan and minutes?? So I transferred all my data from my old phone to my new (yes, I am not technically challenged) and then I signed into tracfone online to activate the phone and of course it did not work and stated the phone was assigned to someone else!!! This is not a huge surprise as every single phone I have purchased in the past from tracfone, I have not been able to activate online and have had to call into tracfone. I called tonight 8 times!!! The first 5 were to number ending in **** and 3 of these calls I requested to speak to a manager and each time I was disconnected! I then called number ending in **** 3 times and was immediately sent to a management line and proceed to get disconnected 3 times!! My new phone, for which I now have two plans/minute packages is yet to be activated!! This is by far the worst customer experience I have EVER had.

      **************** of 12/12/23. To say that their service is BAD would be like giving them a compliment. I have 3 tracfones, 2 dumb 20$ for 3 months ones and 1 ********** fone. One day I had almost 20 GIG of data, the next day is was ZERO. After 5 calls 4 of which they hung up their on me. After checking with someone they said I only had 3.2 GIG coming to me. I finally got 3.2 GIG replaced, there was no way they would let me talk to a supervisor. After getting the 3 GIG replaced he also hung up on me. One of them actually promised to call me back if we were disconnected, THAT NEVER HAPPENED ! Final note. If nothing ever goes wrong HA, HA things should be fine.I have been with Tracfone over 10 years, they were much better before ******* bought them out, Come the 1st of the year I will be switching to another carrier with my smart fone. PS There needs to be a way to document from day to day how much data you have.

      Ever since they began their migration with ******* servers in ***, ** I've had absolutely no service. I've called, contacted customer support, am told it's a sim problem. Mind you this Sim was absolutely brand new, sent to me by tracfone because ******* network upgrade. Whatever that meant; it's been over 10 months, well into 200 days because ****** of all things has kept absolute track and I've been able to watch the metrics. No real cell service. Wi-Fi only. Incompatable with the needs of today and their customer service is absolutely dog crap; can't fix my phone because I don't have a secondary phone. What a scam.

      Had the worst experience ever just changing to new phones. Will never use them again. Worst worst worst . Went through about 10 representatives. In 15 hrs. Never again . Got cut off literally begging to not be disconnected and I was not rude.

      I've contacted Tracfone customer service for 3 days trying to get resolve and nothing. I explained my dissatisfaction with them each and every time. I can't get the service applied to my cell phone that I'd paid for, no updates on my service plan. I am now unable to use my cell phone I paid over $200. for because I can't get this company to simply finish the transaction from the card. I need my cell phone to be working with the allotted services I purchased and entered into their system! They either have a broken system or they have a thief working among them. I am on my 4th day of this nonsense and grow weary with flustration trying to get my service card added to my account, which will give me adequate talk text and web services! I'm old and can't keep dealing with this day to day stress; It's truly killing me! Fix my service or pay me damages!

      Was issued a phone number previously held by a business, and because tracfone "can't positively identify" a paying customer, they refuse to allow voice mail to be set up for the phone number. Calls goes directly to the old business recording. So essentially, the phone can only be used for outgoing calls. Have spent hours on the phone trying to clear up this problem on multiple occasions, today ******* hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

      I purchased a year's pan, which will be ended 04/22/2023. On around Nov 20th, my phone suddenly has no service. I could not use it to call or send any messages any longer. I called customer service and was told to get a new SIM card, so I requested a new SIM card. After I received the new sim card, I called customer services more than 9 times and each time was more than one hour staying on a phone, but they did not solve the problem. My phone says "waiting for activation" and "contact your carrier if this problem continues". I keeps contacting them, but no one really is helpful. All the representative in customer service spoke broken English and teach time I call I need to start to from zero. They keep repeating like this: what's your name? What's your number, sim card number, IMEI number? Then keep asking me to shut off the phone and turn on, reset the network, turn off wifi .... My phone is not working and they still ask me to call them; otherwise, they even not talk with you. I have to borrow a phone from my friend . And yet, after I spent more than 10 hours calling customer service, the issue has not been fixed. I asked for refund so that I can move to a different phone plan, but they refused. I still have more than five months' service left, but the representative said I have been used the one-year plan for more than 9 months. Can't you even do a grade one calculation correctly? I would give it 0 star if I could. This is a terrible company.

      Horrible customer service, wouldn't transfer my ************* phone to a TRACFONE , also my other TRACFONE didn't credit dated I paid for to two TRACFONE phones I never got the data to my phones- yet they took or debt my card . I rate them half a zero, F-, or below an F-.
