      Tracfone wireless is sorry. They do not understand their own products and services. Sorry phone carrier, Hurry up and get a new one.

      seriously the worst customer service. When I asked for a supervisor, the rep on the phone literally told me there wasn't one there. When I questioned him further and asked for him to confirm there was no supervisor, he said that is, but they have been trained to not escalate things up to supervisors. He was completely rude, unethical, couldn't care less about me as a customer who purchased FOUR phone for my kids and was not able to help me access my account. And refused to transfer me to a supervisor, or get a supervisor over to talk with me. So now I have 4 iPhones that are completely worthless and can't use, and cannot unlock them so I can't even go to another carrier! I hate people and companies like TracFone.

      I have had two bad experiences with this company, the
      current one was tring to get them to release my husbands phone numder.
      They just kept giving us the run-around. We finely gave up and went with
      a new number.

      Tracfone is not a good company. My 85 year old grandmother just paid $110 to have her service continue for another year (she has used it for over 7 years) She was then unable to make or receive any phone calls. After 7 customer service calls (to people you can hardly understand) and a store visit to her phone is still not functioning. She is out the money (they will not refund) and 7 hours of her grandchildren's time trying to help. This in not a company or brand I would ever recommend or use. I would actually give it less than 1 star.

      Tracfone needs to seriously get a return system. Not once but twice now I have returned a phone for refund and a replacement for a A03S Samsung Galaxy . This time I was told to send back my phone after having charging difficulties. So I was given a ticket number. I was sent a return label. I was told I had cancelled my ticket number! An outright lie! I was NOT told that I would need my imei number to prove I returned it. ( Very poor return system.) I tried several times to prove to them that I had returned the phone even giving them the tracking return number which I had proof of delivery on 11/16/2023 at 9:26 am by *******! After a review on tracfone I received an email from *******. I was told to call tracfone to get my replacement phone. That's when a manager told me I needed the imei of the phone. I have a love-hate relationship with tracfone. This company fails in customer service. So, yes I purchased another phone but I will never return another phone! I got hung up on before I even said hello. With both return phones I am out about $100. I am a retired senior. This is just inexcusable for any company.

      Bought a new iPhone 12 from the TracFone web site. But TracFone cannot activate it. Phone comes with an "eSim" card and TracFone's technology is not up to the technology. Spent 2 days with their "experts" before one finally said I needed to return the phone. I was told they would e-mail directions to return it, but that hasn't happened.

      Tracfone is terrible. Over Christmas I tried to reach my wife who was being treated at the hospital and I'm cut off from service with their text implying that I'm late on payment which I have never been. A year earlier same experience as I'm trying to locate my sister in law at the airport. Think I'm returning to ************ from **

      I am a long time customer of Safelink. Can login but no phones (or hidden). So I went to Tracfone, Couldn't create an account, but they had phones. (both companies and eight or nine other names owned by *********** which is owned by Verizon).(12/02/2023) ordered and shipped (12/06/2023) delivered. Unboxed for a review and the phone did not have a sim card tray, just a hole in side of phone.(12/07/2023) contacted support, after 45mins of the script(s) from the non-english person (the sim this that.. etc), I said return instead of exchange. Was elevated elsewhere, was told a shipping label and instructions would be emailed for a return.(12/08/2023) no email, called support, elevated again. Was told previous rep didn't do it right and they would take care of it and send email.(12/09/2023) no email, called support, elevated, disconnected. Called back, same procedure all four times I called to resolve this.(12/09/2023) sent email to TFCorpResolutionTeamattracfonecom (12/10/2023) contacted support twice, disconnected (12/11/2023) called Miami, transfered to support. Was told label would be sent.(12/18/2023) still ne email, called Miami, disconnected, called back and informed the non-english person if they hang up it goes to my lawyer. On hold a minute, disconnect.This filing, among others along with council/lawyer(s) if needed, is/has been filed. Timely matter expired. All I wanted was return label and refund for a defective product.I refrained from what needed to be said here, for now.

      I was a customer of TracFone for about 10 years. My phone was getting old so I decided to purchase a new phone from TracFone. TracFone advertises that you can keep your existing phone number when you get a new phone. After receiving the new iPhone 12 in the mail from the TracFone web site I tried to activate it and was told by Tracfone that I could not keep my existing Tracfone number and they would only unlock my new phone if they gave me a new number to use for I think at least 3 months. I did not want to get a new phone number so I went to Verizon who were able to transfer my phone number but I needed to get my new phone unlocked. TracFone would not unlock my phone. Given the situation, wanting to keep my existing phone number, I purchased another expensive iPhone from Verizon and opened an account with them. I now have a $540 phone locked that I can only use with a new phone number at Tracfone nor with another provider. All I want is Tracfone to unlock my iPhone 12 that they sold me with the understanding that I could keep my existing phone number. They sold me a phone and then said, oh you have to change phone numbers if you want to use that phone and you cannot use the new phone with any other carrier. An added note -- I have talked to at least 8 different staff at TracFone trying to get satisfaction. One person actually told me the phone was unlocked but later I found out it was not.

      Company has completely changed since ******* bought it. Bought and paid for minutes/texts/data are not credited or useable. **************** is the worst, more evil. Lies to you like you're a little child, blaming your phone, hangs up all the time in the middle of a call. All the time is not an exaggeration.
