      Ordered a phone that was in stock on website sixteen days ago (Dec 4th, 2023). Phone is still pending remote fulfillment and has not shipped as of Dec 20th, 2023. Called last week to cancel order and was told to wait three more business days. I have used tracfone for years with no issues but this episode has shown me their customer support is now terrible. I would like to get my order cancelled for a full refund at this point and will be calling them again today. They should not have advertized the phone as being in stock on their website which is one reason I chose the phone. That is deceptive marketing. Recommend using some other supplier unless you are comfortable waiting weeks for a phone.

      Substandard ***************** No help in finding a phone that was sent by *** the 22nd of November. The first phone call determined we would receive phone 4 Dec; the phone did not arrive. Then next call was generated due to receiving and empty box. During the second call it was determined we would receive the phone 15 Dec; the phone did not arrive. The last call Tracfone just hangs-up on us now. No resolution, no phone

      THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!My phone stopped working around 11/10/2023.I call tracfone, spoked with ***** and was told I will be able to get a new replacement phone but, I must ship the old phone back. I received a shipping label on 11/14/2023. I shipped old phone back *** on 11/24/2023. Tracfone received old phone back on 12/28/3023. I contacted tracfone Angello promised me I will received phone on 12/15/2023. ******* stated he will set up a call back on 12/16/2023 to make sure I had received my phone. He also stated he will be the one that call me back so he can see about crediting me minutes for one year once i get my replacement phone. Sure enough I received a call back on 12/16/2023 but not from Angello. Rep *** call me back. I explained to her I did not get my phone as promised by ******* on 12/15/2023 *** stated well we did not get your old phone back until 12/1/2023. I told her that's a lie because I have proof from *** tracfone warehouse received it on 12/28/2023. *************** up on me and did not call me back. I call back spoke with ********* and was told estimate time for my replacement will be 11/28/2023! I asked her why it take a month to receive my replacement phone, when I first call it was only 3 to 5 days. ********* stated anything else I can help you with? I told her I was not through asking questions and will she be hanging up on me too? She kept stating anything else as if she had help **** feel like this company is a SCAM taking old phones from customers just to refurbished them and sale them. They are rude and will hang up on you if you talk for more then a few minutes. I have spoken to so many so call managers and representatives. *****, ****,(EL), ******, ***********, *****, *******,****, ****, **** ,*******,****************, ********, ***, etc. the list cont.. I have been so frustrated with TracFone. This must stopped! This seem like a SCAM!CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT seem to be my only outing!!

      i ordered a phone that was out of stock they knowingly knew it was but it didnt say on site. charged me ,after it never was delivered i found that out they jerked me around for 3 days hanging up on me then saying they cant find my order so i looked at my e mails and found the ** number and called back to let them know i wanted to cancel since its out of stock so i get a refund ticket number and call today since my bank never received my refund and now tracfone is saying my order was never cancelled and if i want to do something call my bank even though i have my refund ticket im being scammed out of over ******

      I spent the evening yesterday with "customer service" trying to figure out why my sim card isn't working. I got hung up on several times. Got transferred and then hung upon (again). I called their "customer service" a total of 10 times. Sure they pick up, and sound nice, but the end result is the same (click). I finally gave up and called again this morning and asked to speak with a supervisor. The agent "****" told me there was no need to speak to a supervisor and that he would help me, then the line got disconnected. People, stay away from this company. There is no accountability. The "customer service" agents are free to do what they like, and there is no "monitoring" of calls in my opinion like real call centers.

      I purchased a straight talk phone at Walmart on Black Friday, and this is were my nightmare begin... Its Dec the 16th and I've had no working phone since my purchase... I've done everything to get this fixed to no avail... I've had to fight with Walmart, I've been hung up on by straight talk operators, and to make things worse, since my phone has been down over 170 dollars was stolen from my bank account... Helpppppp

      TracFone customer service staff continuously lie and do not correct problems. I had a customer service person who stated that he was from the management department and had me power off the phone that was having a problem. He informed me that I need to keep it off until he instructed me to power it back on. Still further, he stated that he was going to give me free service for the phone for the inconvenience. In the meantime, while the phone was off, he insisted that I provide a review while we wait for my phone to reset. He then proceeded to send me questions and tell me how to answer so that I would receive the free service tacked onto the end of my current agreement. I began to provide the answers as he instructed and then turned on my phone while answering the questions. I tried using my phone, which the problem was that I couldn't make or receive phone calls, and even though he insisted that he made a bunch of updates and fixed my phone, it still did not work. When I told him that the phone was not working he began to berate me for not following his instructions and hung up. He ******* out of a free rating and my phone still does not work. I had to go through 4 agents this same evening, because they kept disconnecting me or hanging up when they were unsuccessful from fixing my phone. This included the first agent AND the accelerated supposed "manager" person at corporate. My wife and I had been satisfied TracFone customers for over 12 years and with the purchase of our newest phones in October, 2023, we have received nothing but unprofessional assistance and phones that have never worked properly. No one from TracFone has been able to assist us. We will be switching to a different provider and never use them again.

      Thiefs. Ive been a loyal patron with this company for manys years and have accumulated many rollover text/data/call credits, just to have them all randomly erased, multiple times a year, at random intervals. If you call them just trying to get your paid for credits back, Tracfone Support will treat long time customers as criminals and essentially tell you oh well, to bad. Just horrible customer service and unprofessional.Look away from tracfone and at better non contact services as I am now.

      Why is it the government allows such a poor and dishonest company is still making money out of the consumers? This a disgusting and disgrace company. I haven't seen a good review about this ********** making machine. When you call customer service they all identify themselves as the best the expert and guarantee they gonna fix your issues. At the end no one knows what they doing. I can't believe this is happening in America. And they are government contractors to provide services to clients receiving government benefits.
