      I've had the same iPhone Xr since 2018 using Tracfone's service. However, since December 20, 2023, my iPhone Xr is unable to receive/make phone calls. I have contacted Tracfone support repeatedly but they have been unable to resolve the issue. Today, at Tracfone Support's suggestion, I bought a new sim card. Before inserting this new Sim, I contacted Chat support, asking them to have Advance Support call me as I did not want to lose accrued minutes/texts. When A.S. called, I put my husband on the phone, explaining to the tech he was speaking too low and there were background noises drowning his voice. A.S. ran through the same routines which I had already done many times with other Support over these three weeks. However, Tech asked me to remove the Sim card twice. We did as asked and after turning the cell back on was told "I had run out of minutes". and he could no longer speak with us.I had printed out my account information a few days ago and knew I had 153 days left, ****** minutes and ****** text messages.Not only are they unable to resolve the cell phone issue, but there is a communication problem Tracfone ignores, even though I've mentioned it many times. I am 80, have a hearing loss for which I wear hearing aids. When on the phone, I use a headphone with a Mic, too . So I am doing my part to compensate, but the Tracfone techs insists on using a speaker phone, and much of the time there are background sounds they cannot speak over. It states on the Tracfone website ************************************************************* that with ********* acquisition of the company, "We will contact you when there is an opportunity for you to transition to receive service over ********* network. If you require a new device or SIM card for the transition, we will make a compatible one available to you at no cost".I have not been contacted, have lost account minutes, nor have they shown any accommodation to me. ************************************

      Scammers, do not trust this company. Should be shut down due to incompetence, could never solve my phone issues without charging my account.

      Can I give a rating of less than 1? Horrible customer service. The frontline people read from a script then give you attitude when you need something done other than on the script. Today a *** names Jacquelinne ****** deliberately lied to me about a solution (pay $150) to get my phone unlocked. She gave me a phone number to call (using my sister's phone) where the *** said there was no such option. When I asked who I could call in order to file a complaint about ***********, I was told there was no process in all of Tracfone to leave a complaint. However, she would put a note in the chat about it. When I asked if there was no one to handle customer complaints what good was a 'note' going to do, she replied with an "ummm".

      Nightmare customer service. False advertising on their website about esim. Bought IPhone 14 because they said they support esim on iPhone14, only to find out it's not true. They put you through multiple costume service representatives and constantly hung up on you. Untill one of them admits that they don't support esim. Do not do business with them, save your money and time.

      seriously the worst customer service. When I asked for a supervisor, the rep on the phone literally told me there wasn't one there. When I questioned him further and asked for him to confirm there was no supervisor, he said that is, but they have been trained to not escalate things up to supervisors. He was completely rude, unethical, couldn't care less about me as a customer who purchased FOUR phone for my kids and was not able to help me access my account. And refused to transfer me to a supervisor, or get a supervisor over to talk with me. So now I have 4 iPhones that are completely worthless and can't use, and cannot unlock them so I can't even go to another carrier! I hate people and companies like TracFone.

      I have had two bad experiences with this company, the
      current one was tring to get them to release my husbands phone numder.
      They just kept giving us the run-around. We finely gave up and went with
      a new number.

      Tracfone is not a good company. My 85 year old grandmother just paid $110 to have her service continue for another year (she has used it for over 7 years) She was then unable to make or receive any phone calls. After 7 customer service calls (to people you can hardly understand) and a store visit to her phone is still not functioning. She is out the money (they will not refund) and 7 hours of her grandchildren's time trying to help. This in not a company or brand I would ever recommend or use. I would actually give it less than 1 star.

      Tracfone needs to seriously get a return system. Not once but twice now I have returned a phone for refund and a replacement for a A03S Samsung Galaxy . This time I was told to send back my phone after having charging difficulties. So I was given a ticket number. I was sent a return label. I was told I had cancelled my ticket number! An outright lie! I was NOT told that I would need my imei number to prove I returned it. ( Very poor return system.) I tried several times to prove to them that I had returned the phone even giving them the tracking return number which I had proof of delivery on 11/16/2023 at 9:26 am by *******! After a review on tracfone I received an email from *******. I was told to call tracfone to get my replacement phone. That's when a manager told me I needed the imei of the phone. I have a love-hate relationship with tracfone. This company fails in customer service. So, yes I purchased another phone but I will never return another phone! I got hung up on before I even said hello. With both return phones I am out about $100. I am a retired senior. This is just inexcusable for any company.

      Bought a new iPhone 12 from the TracFone web site. But TracFone cannot activate it. Phone comes with an "eSim" card and TracFone's technology is not up to the technology. Spent 2 days with their "experts" before one finally said I needed to return the phone. I was told they would e-mail directions to return it, but that hasn't happened.
