      **************** was very unpleasant to work with. When I called to cancel auto pay they had to send a code to my phone but my phone no longer works. Apparently a security question was not set up so they "Could not verify my account". They said the only thing I could do was call my bank to stop payment which I did. I am now concerned that they still have access to my bank account info and I do not trust this company. I am very concerned here. I am not sure if this is completely resolved. I would not recommend this company at all and they were not helpful in trying to problem solve. Thank you.

      I am very disappointed with TracFone ***************** After nearly 20 years of being a TracFone user I may be leaving soon if this current issue is not satisfactorily resolved. After only getting 22gb of 32gb restored from a failed SIM transfer, Tracfone considers my issue "resolved". It took 5 days talking with at least 12 different agents to get that data restored. Only 2 of the people I talked to seemed to fully understand the situation.There was a Lack of consistency. A few of the agents I spoke to were really helpful. A few seemed not helpful at all. It seemed like a dice roll getting someone who could do something. Even with notes being made on my account, not everyone I talked to seemed to completely understand my issue.Also, there remains a Lack of resolution with my data issue. I know that not all of the data has been restored properly, however notes have been made on my account that I have all of my data back. I am so frustrated. Data is advertised as being able to Carry Over, but so far I have not found that to be the case. Cordially, **************

      My step dad was a loyal customer for 7 plus years always paid in full for the ****** plan. Renewed every July promptly. He passed away this January 10 days ago. I was assured I would get a refund fir the time not used. When I never got any proof/communication/email I called today January 16th. To inquire about the refund promised. They hung up on my first time. I called back transfered many times finally talked with refund ***** Who the lady said you're not getting a refund and told me to call my credit card company. So much for loyal customers who always paid in full. I should have a refund for the six and a half months that the phone was used. I guess all the reviews I finally read today are true. Very sad in many ways that people are thar evil and dishonest.

      I've paid for and used TracFone Wireless services for years. For the past several months I've tried to get TracFone's customer service to remove the ************ message on my phone and get the phone working. To date TracFone has not been able to restore my phones usage so I called and requested a refund for the unused portion of the service period that I paid for. Not only were they unable to get the phone service restored but they are requesting that I contact the credit card company that I use when purchasing the service to ensure the payment was made to TracFone. In short, I'm through using TracFone as, in my opinion, TracFone's customer service is a dis-service and waste of time.

      Long-time Tracfone customer who had good experience until recently. My new phone purchased at Best Buy about 2 months ago stopped working. I called Tracfone Support and she tells me that I need a new SIM card, that the old SIM card would no longer work -- some kind of incompatibility. She told me that I am not the only customer having this problem. So I bought the new SIM card but the activation wasn't working. Called Tracfone and after a lot hassle, they got the activation to work. BUT... before I installed the new SIM card, my TF account showed that my plan would expire in April 2024. After I installed the new SIM card, my account showed my plan expiring in February. The cost of the plans was more expensive too. So, I think that TF is disabling customers phones, forcing them to buy a new SIM card that syncs up with more expensive plans. Something fishy going on.

      Just went through 6 agents ( kept getting shuffled from one to another) , every time having to repeat the issue to every person and having to repeat the same information. With every person I had to give a new access code. There seems to be a huge level of incompetence. I am in the process of switching companies but no one seems to be able to transfer my number. Honestly save yourself time & energy - go someone else. That is over an hour of my time I will not be getting back. Unfortunately I have 2 other phones to switch.

      TF will delete your accumulated GB if u purchase a 365, 24
      GB , $199 plan . May be good for not having to remember to renew every
      90 days- BUT big expense for me and I would of chose differently had I
      known they would do this . So instead of the accumulated and paid for
      38GB I should have I now have only 24GB. They need to let u know this
      will happen in BIG PRINT and up front to make right choice . Once you
      buy a plan , u will get NO HELP or understanding from Customer Service,,
      ur are SOL and have to cut ur $$ losses .

      I've been customer since 1995. Sure I had a few problems,
      but overall the service has been great. There is no supervisors of
      Tracfone at the call center. There is always one that will contact you
      if you ask. If a person could afford to buy a iPhone 12 why in the
      world would Tracfone be used as the carrier? I smell something in the
      air.

      DONT BUY PHONE OR SERVICE. I purchased a phone and 1 year prepaid service I am 9 months into. My text messages have twice stopped coming thru so after 5 calls at 1 hour plus I'm told it's a "network error" and tracfone would send a new Simcard within 3 days. 5 days later I follow up on where the card is and am told " there's no warranty so buy a new one and if I want a refund to call customer service. I was talking to customerservice. Rip off
