      TracFone kept double billing me for months. When I called to complain, they said they were only billing me once. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told no one was available. I submitted several disputes through my bank, but TracFone is slow to respond. Their indifference caused me to seek a new carrier

      Purchased a new phone from Tracfone since I will be traveling in March and wanted a phone with better camera. Attempted to switch with my old phone number. Ended up with two unusable phones. Used my husband's phone to contact customer service, WHAT A JOKE!! Four hours attempting to get new phone activated. Transferred to five different representatives, finally had someone who knew what they were going. He told me I didn't have any minutes left, that's why I was unable to make calls. I had over 2700 texts, 2500 minutes and 2G of data before attempting to activate new phone. The representative reimbursed 999 minutes and 999 texts and I was able to use my new phone. Hours later I received an email from another account that my phone carrier no longer recognized my number as active and to contact them. These idiot customer representatives switched me to Strait Talk instead of using Tracfone to activate my new phone. I lost minutes, texts, and data. When I contacted Tracfone customer service the next day they were unavailable to transfer me to asupervisor. They are trained to assist with any issues customers have. This is after being transferred 5 times the day before! Once my year is up I will no longer be a customer of Tracfone or Verizon, since my issues started once they purchased Tracfone.

      Worst Service and **************** I've Ever Had, Rudest Employees, Can't send text messages without message blocking active message. Reps hang up on ya. Garbage

      I have a Tracfone.Been dealing with them for the past 4 days with no result.I been having a problem with getting into my account and not being able to receive my voicemail States I have 8 voice mail messages and there not coming through.Some maybe of importantance.Frustrating being on th e phone 4 days and getting no results.Requested they issue me a new phone.No response

      In December I tried to cancel my husband's Tracfone account. My husband had passed away and there was no need for the service. I spoke to someone in customer service, who I could barely understand and explained the situation. I was reassured the service would be cancelled. After the conversation I asked for a confirmation number or something that would be proof I cancelled. I was told they don't give confirmation numbers. I just looked at my recent credit card bill and Tracfone still charged my credit card even though I cancelled! This morning I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It's too soon to know if I'll be credited.After reading r the other complaints about Tracfone, I don't understand how they stay in business. They are frauds and crooks!

      This is the worst cell phone carrier I have ever dealt with.Customer service is useless,it is impossible to get a tech support person on the phone.I have had smart phone now for 3 days & still can't use it because the idiots there don;t know anything about setting up phones.Don' waste your ************ with this ***************.

      They don't stand behind the phone warranty. My phone quit charging so I called their non customer service. I was told that they would send a new phone without me having to return mine. Mine cost $39 . I waited and waited no phone ever came. This was 3 weeks ago. I called back on 2/13/24 . I was told now that I would receive an email with instructions to return my old phone before receiving another one. I am a salesperson that needsa phone. Have not received the email yet. Can't understand the service agents ,communication breakdown. I have been lied too. I have a yearly contract with 10mos remaining. I'm going to have to buy a new phone.

      I have **** minutes **** texts and 120mb of data, transferred the number to a new phone, unlimited carryover tied to their TOS should have been carried over. What happened instead is the card was redeemed and nothing happened and my data and texts are now gone. I spent hours on the phone with them already and when I asked to be escalated the higher *** refused to let me be transferred to them under the reason of creating too many tickets. I had issues transferring my phone, reactivating the phone, connecting to the tower because the tower was unable to register me, and after all that was though, my texts and data went missing. All the support tickets created from incompetence and resolving previous issues and having to create more tickets because the first few solutions didn't work stacked up to this. I have filed a BBB complaint before against this company and may do so again. They keep mismatching my **** to other phones I have used before and every time something related to my minutes, texts or data going missing my transaction records conveniently disappear and leave me with nothing but the text messages from the automated system when I check my balance. The customer support team is barely provided with anything and I have more knowledge on the system than them at this point from the multiple interactions with them. Their supervisors rejecting my request to speak to them, despite having multiple ongoing issues that keep coming out of other unresolved issues that stack up because of their incompetence. I now expect that there will be more problems coming out as it seems despite specifying the **** and ICCID for my number to be transferred and tied to, they mixed it around with my old phone. First the people keep calling me in school to resolve this and get nothing done, now they just refuse to speak to me and leave it to customer support to click in a death loop to try and help me. Besides that service and transfer has been smooth before ******* acquisition.

      Could not activate my phone, had IMEI, SIM card number. Then asked me questions that were emailed to me. My phone is not active how do I know what information is being asked.Any other information, I did not have.Hello I do not have a number or activation to receive any information, but was continually askedduh..,
