      Horrible company !! I spent $45 putting minutes on that phone ! It never worked! Called their help line !! Supervisor tech said he call me back in 15 min on another phone ! Had 425 min left for calls !! After 2:30 hrs ! No news so I call their help line again !! To be told my phone has no balance !!! I have to buy more minutes !! THEY ATE CLUELESS !! On what theyre doing and will only steel money from you !!! STAY AWAY FROM TRACKFONE !!! Crooks!!!

      I've used Tracphone for years without too much trouble but when I decided to go to *********** it was a nightmare. They cancelled my service which had months to go when I requested that they release my number to Mint they transfered my number but then locked my phone. When I called to have them unlock it they said it would cost me $225.00 and they wouldn't pass me on to a supervisor. After calling back several times and trying other agents I finally was sent to a guy that said he would help me out and somehow went around their system and managed to get it unlocked. He said it would take two days before it would actually be unlocked, we'll see.

      I have been a long time customer, and have usually gotten good service. I had an event where a had a lot of minutes/texts/and data that got lost, and after a few engagements with the level 2 tech people, got a satisfactory amount restored. (I was not positive about all my numbers)Had difficulty communicating with one of the level one people, but the issue was resolved to my satisfaction with some patience.

      If I could give Tracfone a minus five star review I would. When my TF died and could not be resuscitated, I was told to buy a new phone. I needed a phone immediately, so I got one at ******** TF was called to get the *** to port my number to the new carrier. Was told TF needed to text the *** to my phone. ITS DEAD. Then they said they would email it to me. On three separate occasions, but none ever came. Was then told to find another TF and swap the *** cards to receive the text ***. I cant find anyone with a TF to lend. So I went to the closest store that sells TF and bought the only one they had, but it had an integrated *** card.Tracfone has no intention of giving up my phone number.

      Very bad customer service. I got to a person to help me with an incorrect plan. I had an old plan which I changed to an unlimited plan in January and paid. It showed for several weeks I had unlimited Text and Talk. But then I charged me again for my old plan in Feb. and now I am on old plan. I got double charged.The person on the phone I could not understand. Sounds like he is in a tunnel and rag in the mouth. I asked for another person or call back. But he said No. I told him I could not understand. I don't know what he tried to do. He finally said more garbling and goodbye.

      I purchased a phone and added minutes 12/09/23 for $384.84 The phone arrived and **************** was unable to get the phone to work.I returned the phone on 12/18/23.The phone was delivered 12/21/23.I was eventually told that I would receive reimbursement in 30 business days.It is now 42 business days from the day they received the phone.I still have not received payment from TracFone.**************** is non-existent. Customer RipOff is **********************'s business model.

      If I told you what I REALLY think of TRACFONE it would be X-rated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. On 12/6/24, my phone became locked. I really have no idea how, but I could not unlock it. I called and asked to speak to tech ***** Three separate times I called and no one at TRACFONE could unlock it either so they told me to mail it back to them and once they received my old phone, they would send me a new one. Their customer service is terrible. You can't understand the agents you speak to, and they are all clueless!. They asked me to give them phone #'s of people I have called in the past 60 days to verify that the phone belongs to me ...I haven't had the phone for almost 60 days. I haven't called anyone!! I got the # of the corporate office and they weren't any better. Yesterday I was on the phone with them for over n hour and was told "issue" would "take 2 hours to resolve so they promised me a call back at 6:45pm. Never received a call back! SURPRISE! Called again today and after 30 minutes of garbage, I was forwarded to the "warehouse" and guess what, the call was disconnected! I have minutes, text's and data on my old phone, not to mention pictures and contacts. I want to be reimbursed for all of that. At this point, it is the principle of the thing. I managed a statewide call center to 23 years and I could tell you, if I had employees or customers service like TracFone has, I would have FIRED their asses! I wouldn't even give them a 1-star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I gave one star only because there is not an option for no stars. **************** is terrible. Chatted with 7 different agents, spoke to two live agents, same outcome, NO HELP!

      Tracfone is now owned by ******** You can make a complaint to the *** of ******* on *** and also fill out a survey where you can lodge a complaint. I just finished making my complaint that has been a long time waiting. The customer service agents will not allow me to talk to a supervisor. Every month for the past year I've had to call several times a month when I try to add my unlimited talk and text pin on the card. There have been many, many problems at the Agents treat me like a liar. I hope verison will transfer the tech support from *************** to *******. The ********* talk so fast and can't pronounce the words clearly causing general disgust.

      I would not engage in business with TracFone. I cancelled the phone and then did not receive my refund within 60 days. Then I tried to call TracFone to obtain my refund and was not allowed to receive my refund because my account had been cancelled. I offered 2 other options for the company to verify my account and they would not do this and they would not transfer me to a manager or to a complaints department. They also would not provide an email and/or address for a complaints department.
