      Trac phone is a scam. And if you have a problem it takes an hour to get help to resolve. When you buy the year plan and it says 24GB that data rolls over. They mean 24GB a year. Not a month!!!! So after 1 month you are out of data the rest of the year. And no refunds!

      Zero stars. Horrible website experiance. Mostly doesn't work. No access to previous plans/purchases online or over the phone due to security issues. I can't even activate my phone, again.

      I have been a straight talk customer since 2010 have had few problems nothing big till today 4/5/24 they ****** me off 150$ on a 3 month phone card lied to me and would not put a supervisor on the phone i asked repeatedly and kept them on the phone for 2 hours repeatedly asking for a supervisor so they do not honor customers and i will no longer use or recommend them to no one...SAD BUSINESS ETHICS

      Had over ****** minutes and they went to zero. Spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone. First person said she would give me 1500 minutes, I said no I want all my minutes back. Then transferred to another person and it took forever! Finally got the minutes back but **** calling is not working. Also cannot send or receive photos. Not sure what else doesnt work and afraid minutes will disappear again. See QVC reviews for ******* Galaxy A15 5G (Item E322819). Submitted a negative review to QVC and it is not there so more negatives may be missing.

      I had been a loyal user of ********************** for years. I bought a new ******* Galaxy A 13 phone from them to replace my flip phone. Upon set up of the new phone and adding 1 year minute card the screen froze on the new phone. I wanted them to put the minutes back on my flip phone. They made me jump through hoops to do that and since the phone was frozen I asked them to send me an e-mail on my computer with the security code they needed. They never sent it even though they swore they did. When I asked them to read the e-mail I gave them back to me they told me they couldn't for security reasons. When asked them for the address of the company headquarters they told me they couldn't for security reasons. I gave them everything they wanted but it was never enough. I'm done with Tracfone.

      purchased an iPhone SE in August of 2023. Activated service on it the same day I purchased the phone, waited 60 days and it did not unlock like it said it would unlock remotely. Waited ANOTHER 60 days, STILL not unlocked, and another 60 days and the phone was STILL not unlocked. Purchased a new *** card and activated it on Feb 4th 2024. It is now April 4th 2024, 60 days after I purchased the *** card, and the phone is not unlocked. The phone meets all criteria shown on the unlock policy website, there is NO reason it shouldn't have been unlocked by now.

      They do not keep up their endorsement the deal. I pay for services and then I do not get those services. Have to call multiple times a year to resolve problems.

      They don't have a problem. Signing you up and taking your money but to cancel you need your first born kidney and their great great great grandpa signature and it has to be on a rainy day 80 degrees and below and being hit by a tornado otherwise thay can't cancel. Ask for manager, not happening no matter what. Worst company ever! If no stars or minus zero stars that's what I would give them! Stay away!!

      I ordered a wi-fi box, I received the package but it had no battery pack. After spending $85.00 to purchase the box and the service it now a major problem to get a battery pack expedited.Per three different conversations and ticket numbers they are still offering to expedite but nothing has been resolved from the first ticket. Poor customer service especially after they have been paid!

      They are full of it. I sunt them my cellular phone march 13 they got it march 18 they still haven't sunt my replacement.bthey lies said they sunt it march 7 how when I just sunt old phn march 13. It's been over 10 business days.they still withdrawing my money hit mo phone. They claim they don't have a higher operation manager who can overnight it. They say they the mgr *** a mgr who can't do anything. one rep don't know what the other rep doing. They give u the run around. I did order a home phn I got that because they say the old home phone no good.theybsunt that. Then I had cell phn replace never got that. Now they saying it was out of stock but they have it now but can't overnight it. They still withdrawing my money from my acct. They knew the home phn was not any good and still charge card. They did my cell phn bill the same way also. I want my full refund. They lie. Full of lies. Not happy. 0 as a grade. Horrible customer service. I am one unsatisfied customer. U can't talk to noone higher than the so call mgr. They want give u expedite phn on there end when it's there fault
