      If I could give zero stars I would. Cannot understand them due to multiple reasons, bad connection or language barrier. I could have saved myself almost 4 hours of being on the phone with their reps that did not solve my issue by just finding a 9 minute video on ******* that actually fixed my problem. TracFone *****.

      If I could give 0 stars I would, I had bought a tracfone and a refill card from ******** ******* couldn't activate it; they just try to sucker you into a contract. Anyway, I brought it home and called the number on the back of the card and ended up speaking to a ******* customer service rep who you couldn't understand half of what he was saying, added a plan and sent a different Sim card just to find out the Sim card will not work. ******* needs to drop tracfone all together, they're complete garbage and a waste of customer's money and time. I will be looking for other carriers, no more tracfone for me.

      Spoke with a straight talk agent regarding my phone freezing up dropping call turning off and on by itself and getting ***** spam calls daily I asked for an upgrade due to my phone malfunctioning the agent stated I go to the website and purchase one at my own expense I live on a fixed income I'm disabled I spent ************************************************************************* to pay for another when it's there fault this phone doesn't work.

      These people are liars. I gave up today on getting them to fix the plan that I have had for the past 2 years. Their customer service is terrible in every possible way and you can't understand half of the people you talk to. Asked several times to speak to a Supervisor or manager *********** to be ignored and they pretty much can't fix even the most simple of issues. Still no resolution to getting my original plan back. They also added something to the account that I'm not sure what it is. All the descriptor says is other plan besides the *********. I didn't ask for anything to be added. I'm heading to the bank tomorrow to stop all transactions to them. I could go on for pages about the experience with them as they are an incompetent worthless company. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with them unless you enjoy sheer misery and a total waste of your time. It's beyond rage inducing to have to even speak to them.

      Trac phone is a scam. And if you have a problem it takes an hour to get help to resolve. When you buy the year plan and it says 24GB that data rolls over. They mean 24GB a year. Not a month!!!! So after 1 month you are out of data the rest of the year. And no refunds!

      Zero stars. Horrible website experiance. Mostly doesn't work. No access to previous plans/purchases online or over the phone due to security issues. I can't even activate my phone, again.

      I have been a straight talk customer since 2010 have had few problems nothing big till today 4/5/24 they ****** me off 150$ on a 3 month phone card lied to me and would not put a supervisor on the phone i asked repeatedly and kept them on the phone for 2 hours repeatedly asking for a supervisor so they do not honor customers and i will no longer use or recommend them to no one...SAD BUSINESS ETHICS

      Had over ****** minutes and they went to zero. Spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone. First person said she would give me 1500 minutes, I said no I want all my minutes back. Then transferred to another person and it took forever! Finally got the minutes back but **** calling is not working. Also cannot send or receive photos. Not sure what else doesnt work and afraid minutes will disappear again. See QVC reviews for ******* Galaxy A15 5G (Item E322819). Submitted a negative review to QVC and it is not there so more negatives may be missing.

      I had been a loyal user of ********************** for years. I bought a new ******* Galaxy A 13 phone from them to replace my flip phone. Upon set up of the new phone and adding 1 year minute card the screen froze on the new phone. I wanted them to put the minutes back on my flip phone. They made me jump through hoops to do that and since the phone was frozen I asked them to send me an e-mail on my computer with the security code they needed. They never sent it even though they swore they did. When I asked them to read the e-mail I gave them back to me they told me they couldn't for security reasons. When asked them for the address of the company headquarters they told me they couldn't for security reasons. I gave them everything they wanted but it was never enough. I'm done with Tracfone.

      purchased an iPhone SE in August of 2023. Activated service on it the same day I purchased the phone, waited 60 days and it did not unlock like it said it would unlock remotely. Waited ANOTHER 60 days, STILL not unlocked, and another 60 days and the phone was STILL not unlocked. Purchased a new *** card and activated it on Feb 4th 2024. It is now April 4th 2024, 60 days after I purchased the *** card, and the phone is not unlocked. The phone meets all criteria shown on the unlock policy website, there is NO reason it shouldn't have been unlocked by now.
