      I checked my account online and discovered that my minutes that I had with the company were gone, had a 0 for text, talk, and data. 2 days prior to that I had around 1500 minutes besides my text and data. There was no way I used that much time in 2 days. I talked to them yesterday and they would not restore my time. So basically, they stole my time that I had.

      Very poor customer service. They want me to continue to pay them even though they report the payment as failed. When I check my account, it is being deducted and I have the money there. The customer service rep claims they have no supervisor so they can't transfer me and they keep passing the bucks between departments.

      Avoid this company, i tried for 2 weeks and 2 different other providers ( US Mobile and ************ to get my number transferred to them from Tracfone and they refused to release the number, my account was in good standing and my phone was unlocked but they keep saying that they "never received a request" which i know is complete BS. I had to lose my number because of this company which is also them breaking FCC rules about number transfers. Avoid what i had to go though and avoid this company!

      I have been a customer for years. In the last year they have had the worst service ever. Both are phone and customer service are equally unreliable. They have charged my card several times well before my service end date. Recently they forced me to upgrade my sim to ******* and refused to help me restore my service after multiple new ******* **** did not work on my phone. I tried 3 different phones with no success. I finally got a tracfone branded phone but soon after I got the sim to work with a phone the Tracfone service stopped working. I have spent probably about at least 2+ days total trying to fix this issue. No real help. I ask for a manager. There are none. They contract their customer service overseas which is okay but I would expect at some point to get corporate. No there is no way to speak to any higher authority than a team lead in customer service. It's pretty pathetic.

      The website is the worst. I couldnt get the payment to process just to refill my service. I tried different plans. 3 different cards. Over a time span of 2 days. Still it said it couldnt process right now try again later or call the number. So i called. First the automated phone hung up on me because i wasnt calling from the actual tracfone. So i called back and got a representative. First woman either lost service or hung up after only getting to ask me for the phone number. So i called back and got a male who was nice but was trying to send a code to the phone and i wasnt getting it. After the 3rd try i just gave up. It shouldnt be this hard to simply refill my plan. Switched to tmobile prepaid for same price and got a better plan. Did it all online without having to call. Way better service.

      I call the customer support to transfer my old number to my new phone because my old fone got destroyed. They tell me they can't because I can't put in a pin code in. I tell them again the old phone is destroyed. They tell me that's just how it is. I ask to speak to a supervisor they said it's against their policy to let me speak to a supervisor. What kind of scam is this.

      Terrible Service! I was on the line for more than an hour! They previously told me they were sending me a new phone that would arrive 3-5 days from my call. They even gave me a tracking number. No phone arrived. My phone is defective and the customer service rep said it would be replaced. I called again 5 days later and spoke to so called managers in Columbia. They said my phone needed to be returned. Nobody ever told me that or did they give me an address for returning it.I got rid of the defective phone so have no phone to send back.2 customer service reps gave me the same information. I told them to listen to the tapes.I have now been without a phone for 5 days! They wont make good on what their employees told me!

      Terrible service. Transferred phone number and the *** card they sent me does not work. Agent told me I would have to purchase another sim card when they was one that sent it to me

      **************** is the worst I have ever experienced. I routinely have problems with my account and cannot get anyone to address the problems. The most recent experience is one in which I bought some airtime but did not receive what I purchased. One of the five "customer service" representatives I spoke with said they had no record of the purchase even though I could look at the transaction in my account on the ********************** website as I was speaking to him.

      Purchased a phone, conformation on phone shipped April Sunday 14th.Would be delivered 1-3 days. By end of Wednesday 17th did not receive.Checked Tracking # and it said. We can not locate the shipping details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days!I would take that as it was not shipped, so we called them.They told us it would not get there till Monday the22nd.My daughter needed this phone by the 18th at college.They did not compensate us in any way! The would not send one out overnight to her for the 18th and pay for it . They did not stand on their agreement in the paperwork contract of delivering in 1 to 3 days.I now have to return to sender the phone they just sent out and lied that they sent it the 14th.Buy her a phone tomorrow and overnight it to her!
