      My phone I bought and paid for was not shipped. I paid for it on August 31 2024. They took money out of my account. I never got a tracking number or nothing. No email confirmation. I want my money back .

      I got charged twice for a monthly plan and refused to fix it. The lady who claimed her name to be "********" literally kept telling me "actually there only one charge here" no.. no because on my end it showed the 2nd charge with an order number that she refused to take from me. This is a scam! They also charged my card the 2nd time without permission!

      terrible, no customer service. no supervisors, nothing for you but take your money. paid for service, then phone stopped working because simm card, which they supplied. had to pay for another one. rip off company, stay away.....

      Worst phone company and customer service!Their chat agent told me to reset a setting, and after, I had no service anymore. After calling repeatedly, and on the phone two hours every day for 5 days, they were no help whatsoever. Stay as far away from this company as you can!I've read many other reviews of this happening to others. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      I haven't been able to use my Trac phone for over a week. Not able to call out or receive. Talked 4 different days with the 800 # going over the same information such as IMEI SIM turn on turn off phone. Each episode lasted between ***** minutes. On Wednesday August 7 I was assured the issue would absolutely be resolved in 72 hrs. It is now Aug. 12,2024 an still not fixed. I am now without a working phone for over 1 1/2 weeks. The Trac phone representative that's supposed to be at my local ******* is never there. What a way to operate business. Next. I will file a complaint with"Better business Bureau" an county area agency on aging . Shame on Trac Phone

      I set up an account for my brother, who is not computer literate, back during the pandemic. His phone has quit working, and he'd like to cancel his service, as his card is automatically charged each month.I don't have the paperwork anymore for when I set it up, so I don't have the 4 digit pin. They absolutely will not let us cancel the service without that, since they say they can't verify it's us.I asked the overseas customer service agent that they use, is there a higher level of management I can speak to, as there must be a way out of the service, people lose pin numbers. She said no, there isn't.When I got 'my account', it sends a message to his phone, a code that you're supposed to put in, but that doesn't work because his phones dead.Consumer beware!

      An elderly friend needed a cell phone for safety reasons. She had a smartphone that she used to communicate with friends and family using my wifi, but nothing when she was out of the home which was concerning. I realized her smartphone was a tracfone, but someone had put another sim card in it that was invalid. I called Tracfone and they told me I could get a sim card from a local retailer. I purchased the sim card and a 30 day smartphone card. While attempting to set up the account, I realized that the sim card was not working and I had entered my friends email address incorrectly, I missed one letter. When I called for help, moments later, I was told that if I couldnt verify the account with a code sent on the email, they could not help me. I explained that was why I was calling. I needed to go back and edit it but he app wouldnt let me. I argued for hours, tried the email I mistakenly used for help but nobody could help. Finally they agree to refund the money for the 30 day plan, but alas, because I bought it directly from a retail store, that cannot be done either. Never was I asked to verify the email address like legitimate apps do. I was robbed and they felt justified in doing so. I will never deal with this company again and encourage others to beware. Purchase made 8/10/24 and can be verified.

      I have to purchase refill card every month . Now that they change the way the lines work it has cost me money and und used service for the last 3 months. They refused to fix the issue. Or give me the monies I have lost.
