      Horrible, not understanding take money out bank when I don't have the phone list it but they ignore the facts constantly taking money out of the bank I can't even close the account just close it and stop keeping on taking money out of my account it messes up other major bills, plus closing it early with paid up through end of December, but no phone.

      I paid for service and ran out of data so I called to add more data... supervisor took payment but removed my phone service.... Now my phone is off.. with only data available to me.And I'm being told I have to pay for another plan.

      According to the customer representative and manager conversations, I think the company refuse service to me. At first the activation process went through, I received my phone service, but within hours the company disconnected its services. I tried very hard to press for the real reason why because I do not understand it. Twice, they told me to not bother calling them again. I am using the ***************** but after being treated so poorly, I am very sure that I will not be trying for their paid service. Also, I am very discouraged for the first time in life, to fully come to terms with discrimination and having so little I can do about it. I am very sure it was solely Tracfone that is responsible for such treatment because the other associated parties have been kind through their conversations with me and have tried their best to help.

      Terrible customer service. ******* #****** was employee that "helped" me today. She refused to transfer me to billing because she said that the refund was processed on Tracfone's end. She refused to offer any details as to where it was refunded or the date. I asked to be transferred because I was looking at the past 2 months of my credit card statements that didn't show a refund. In addition, my online Tracfone transactions also did not show a refund. In fact, it showed another attempt to charge me monthly for a plan that I had purchased the month before by paying ahead for a year. She told me to contact my bank. Well, since I charged it on a credit card, I don't think my bank is going to do much good. I was looking at the statements and the refund should have been done about 30 days ago. I asked her again to transfer me to billing. She refused. To be honest, I don't think they even have a billing representative.

      One week ago I got a new phone company, ************ I had Tracfone for many many years. I went through the process of unlocking my phone with Tracfone and put in a new SIM card from ************ Everything was good for one week. This morning Tracfone relocked my phone for NO reason and they absolutely refuse to unlock it. Absolutely refuse! My name is *****. Im going to take Tracfone to small claims court for my new phone Im gonna have to buy. NEVER NEVER USE TRACFONE.! Ive been on their chat for 2 and a half hours and all I got was BS and lies lies lies. I was with Tracfone for many many years and Im just in disbelief that they refused all requests for help from me. #NEVERUSETRACFONE!!

      Although I had plenty of data and minutes left on my yearly plan, Tracfone deliberately turns off access to your phone. When you log in, they make it look like you're out of data and minutes, which forces you to change to a monthly plan or buy more minutes. It takes a phone call to reinstate your minutes and data. This is NOT a glitch. It has happened in 2 instances that I am aware of.

      TracFone is ripping off the American consumer by charging the consumer for Internet separate from the monthly payment in order to defraud us. I paid 40$ for a card and I need to pay an additional 89$ for data on top of that. I'm currently homeless and simply can't afford to pay for ***************** Internet service should be included when you buy the monthly card.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a non-refund from Straight Talk Wireless and request your assistance in resolving the matter.On August 7, 2024, I placed an order for an iPhone 14 (128 GB) from Straight Talk Wireless for a total of $780.49, which I paid through ******* Shortly after the purchase, I realized I had ordered the wrong phone and contacted Straight Talk customer service within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, they informed me that they could not modify the order and advised me to return the phone once it arrived.I returned the phone on August 13, 2024, via *** , and the package was delivered to the ****************** at *****************************************************************************, on August 19, 2024. The delivery confirmation lists the recipient as ***********.Straight Talk's customer service initially informed me that I should receive the refund within 5 business days, but when I followed up, they told me I would receive the refund within one month. As of today, September 16, 2024, I have yet to receive any refund.Given that this issue has dragged on for over a month, I would appreciate any assistance ****** can provide in helping me resolve this situation. If further action is required, please advise on the next steps I should take.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.Sincerely,****************

      ******* Tracfone, Straight talk Service and ******* TOWER; Since January 2024, It has been random, service has been SOS ONLY more than LTE and (1) phone is TracFone, (1) Straight Talk Phone and (1) Hotspot; I have made several complaints and ********* came to ************* and did a news report which had several Community members having the same problems due to the *************, here in the *************, which is very rural and services, **********, ******, *********, and ********. Seems interesting that ******* was contacted and then all of our phones started working during the interview. Stayed working consistently for weeks and now the last few days random. Yesterday stopped wifi and phones working from approximately 10:34 am until midnight (SOS) message I have several pictures to prove. The day before same issue. Contacted Tracfone and during customer service call was disconnected. ********* REPORT *******************************************
