    I ordered two eye rollers on August 4, 2024. The order said it was delivered but I did not receive it. The delivery was not in my mailbox. I reached out to the company who isn't resolving my issue. I am being told that they can not give me a full refund or replace the items since a protection plan was not bought with the items. I informed them that I did not have an option for any protect plan. I asked what the partial refund is and I keep receiving the same email stating to look at the return policy and call customer service. I call the number listed for customer service and the number does not work. I would like if you can help me get my refund or my partial refund please. This business has to be a scam. Your help is appreciated. Thank you

    On June 27, 2024 I made an online purchase for 8 units of tinnitus relief spray which was advertised as curing tinnitus in the ear. The Company claims to have a 90 day no questions asked Moneyback guarantee. Upon using the product for two weeks and feeling zero difference, I requested to return the product for a refund. Thats when the company began to give me the runaround. They stated they were not able to return the product since it was discounted. This makes no sense because the only discount was for multiple units and I was only requesting a refund of what I paid. My credit card was charged $92.95 for Order number MD235734 which included $4.95 for expedited shipping. Their website claimed the shipping was free, but I realized after completing the sale that they had charged me expedited shipping. This box was pre-checked and I didnt notice it in time. Following that mishap, I immediately tried to contact them to cancel or change the shipping to regular mail with free shipping. There was never any response to my inquiry, but I did notice on the website that expedited shipping is advertised for $3.95, not the amount they charged me. There are 2 customer service phone #s and neither work. One # has been disconnected and the other cuts off after 2 seconds. I finally got a response to my email saying that rather then returning the product, they would give me a 30% discount on another product. When I called out their BS they offered to give me a 30% refund if I paid to return and insure the package to their warehouse in *****. They claim to not have a US warehouse. I have little hope that I will receive any sort of refund even if I do spend the money to return the package to *****. I just want to prevent other people from suffering the same fate as I have while dealing with this company that makes its money through Scamming people who are trying to improve their health. Please look into these claims. I have screenshots to verify all the information I have.

    Product was not delivered. Company accused "porch pirates" of stealing out of my mailbox. I was told to contact **** for resolution.

    Today 8/4/24 i purchased some Medilisk lung spray,Once you enter your CC info theres no way to back out of the purchase? After seeing the 3.96 processing (no mention until card has been entered) Then got charged another 9,99 for Priority& Insured shipping which i did Not request,I immedietly attempted to cancel my order by emailing in,I immediately got an email back saying that it had already shipped???they say they will email you when it ships!So now i have tried to reach someone there via email to try and show some business savy to no avail,The email medilisk sent they have a 90 day return policy but there sure not going to give that $9.99 back and may be just sly enough to charge a restocking fee,Not at all satisfied and have,nt gotten the product yet,All i can say is do your research 1st before putting your CC # in.

    Ok so the day i placed the order Aug 4th within 2 min i emailed and asked to cancel the order,Within 2-3 minutes later i get pretty near the same message below stating that it had already been shipped?C,mon do you think im stupid?There is no way that it has shipped because your ad clearly states that when shipped we will get an email?? So the hidden fee,s that show up after Medilisk has processed your card that Medilisk gives No way to back out of the deal is i believe an UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE! Your business is all over the BBB site with so many complaints,Apparently $70.91 is worth another one,Really shows how well things are run,You will not pay 1/2 of anything back you will pay it in full! Next stop will be the Florida AG,s office for another complaint,I will not let you get away with this transaction! Your priority mail& Insurance $9.99 charge is a joke as well as the $3.96 processing fee,I declined the priority& ins option and you still charged it! Many that ordered have not received even a tracking #,Your all over the internet now and people that have had trouble are speaking up! Ohh and i have Not got a shipping notice yet!

    Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer placed an order around 7/3/24. They charged her account right away but she never received the product. She was also double charged because she wasn't aware if you hit the back button it would reprocess your order.

    Ordered 7/9/24 - they say it has been sent - tracking looks strange - says it was sent to ******* but then it is returned back thru the **** network - this is not correct. I have never received this order. even though there has been more than ample time to do ************************* claims they sent my order - I do not believe it. I have notified my credit card ********** have reversed the charges until they hear back from the *** and if they don't hear back it will be a permanent credit but if they do they will recharge my credit card.
