I ordered hemorrhoid cream on September 8th. Received motivation thru email that it was being shipped. Everyday I checked it was the same being shipped. I emailed them to see what was going on and there was no response. I then called and it continued to be a busy signal. I called another number and it rang 1 time and that was it. I kept saying to myself this isnt real. U get so tired of these websites on ********. I then goggled the same address and phone number. Its a shame! All I want is my refund from them. I placed an order for hemorrhoid cream instead of receiving hemorrhoid cream. I received a T-shirt. The total cost was $61.91. I have not received the original product. I am unable to get a hold of them through phone or get correct answers or helpful answers through email. I would like the $61.91 refunded to my ***********. As you can see in the files I sent you. The tracking number on the incorrect order I received matches the tracking number on the order that I should have received. I am unable to rectify the situation through emails or phone calls. Ordered August 18th 3 bottles of lung Cleansing spray. Paid ***** for the 3 bottles which included shipping and handling. Got an email the product had been delivered to the post office September 4. When every day since the 4th to see if product was there. Ask the lady at post office to check and see if the product was there. It was not she also tried to pull up the tracking number and it did not register in their system. I called the number on their website and you get a busy signal about 3 times and then hangs up. I also sent an email from their website and got no response. I would like to have my money back since I did not get the product. and can not get any response from the company at all.Business Response

On 7/9/24 I was researching the web for products for an enlarged prostate gland. I found Medilisk and their products. Their advertising for the products was enticing. They advertised that they offered a 30 day money back guarantee if the product does not work. The product was also priced at $47 for two tubes with free shipping. I checked their business rules and found the following statement in writing: "We are so confident that our products will bring you amazing results that we offer a 100% unconditional 30-day from date of receipt money back guarantee. If for any reason you don't see the results you want, we will refund your money in full." I thought it made sense to give the product a try. They charged me $61.91 instead of $47 as advertised. So I had to request a reduction on 7/10/24. The only way to communicate with them is by email. The phone number posted on the web page disconnects when dialed. They offered a 9.95 credit which I accepted as close enough since they said product was already on its way which was not true because I did not get it until 7/20/24. I tried the product and ended up in the hospital with blood in my urine and a catheter irrigation and upcoming surgery. I do not know if their product caused this problem but I certainly did not want to continue using it. Well within their 30 day guarantee period, I sent an email to them of my situation and requested a full refund as promised in writing on their website. I received a return email stating that: "they could not accept returns, due to the discounted nature of my purchase. Instead they had a special offer for me to choose between a 30% discount on any item in their store or a partial refund of my order", whatever that means.I emailed back a copy of their written guarantee statement on their website and told them no more BS, I expected a full refund as they stipulated on their website. I have not received any more responses to several more emails requesting a response.Business Response
