    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! First we were dooped into Priority shipping however, their claims of Priority shipping is FALSE and misleading. There has been ZERO communication. We have emailed them 3 times and have tried calling over and over and the phone is just busy...ALL OF THE TIME. The ONLY time they have communicated was when I filed a complaint with my credit card. They still have not replied to our emails. We ordered on 08/31/24 and after trying to with no success, we finally received the order on 09/21/24. The only reply to our credit card was that the items were delivered. Therefore, my credit card has told me that I will need to take it up with the company about a return of merchandise....HOWEVER, THEY WON'T CONTACT OR REPLY TO US AT THE ***** LISTED ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND THEIR PHONE IS CONSTANTLY BUSY. I want to return these items back to you at your cost and receive a complete refund of $66.95 because I had already tried to reach out to cancel after you did not deliver on time.

    This was absolutely not delivered in the time frame promised. We reached out several times via email and phone and had no success in trying to cancel our order after the time frame was not met. I believe you need to send us a free mailing label back, accept this return and credit our credit card for the full amount to include shipping and handling. The total amount was $66.95. Your "reviews" speak for themselves.

    There is no open investigation. Our credit card Discover closed the case because the shipment was delivered. However, the items were not delivered in the timely manner that was promised. I repeat, there is no ongoing, open investigation with our bank/credit card and Medi **** is using this as another one of their stall tactics.

    On Friday Oct 4 was going to order 1 of the hemroid medicine and hit the back button and accidently added another item and tried to update the shopping cart and the site would not allow me. I did not complete the purchase and removed all information and closed the site. Checked credit card and the had charged the card $177 dollars for a purchase that was not authorized. I checked my emails and they had sent an email with tracking information. I replied and told them the purchase was not authorized and to cancel the order.

    I purchased this product under the assumption as the advertise that if it doesnt work, there is a moneyback guarantee and at first they said they would not refund my money back because I bought this on some sort of a deal. after I sent an new email demanding my money back then they said OK. You can ship it back to ***** and we suggest that you do a tracking method basically saying theres no guarantees if you dont and the shipping to ***** would be just as much as I paid for the product as they are hoping that I just say never mind! this is how these companies scam The American people.this is a fraudulent business. Their miraclecream never worked for varicose for spider veins.I thought I was buying from a business in ******* turns out their warehouse is in *****. I wouldve never bought from them if I knew that.!how do we stop these people from scamming that American communities?I hope you can help put a stop to this.

    This item was purchased online on 9/20/24. I have just received the product. I have found out thru my credit card **mpany that this is a repeating charge, which I did not authorize. I cannot **ntact the seller, as I cannot find the **mpany online again. The package I received has a return address of:Return Warehouse *******************************************There is no mention of the **mpany name as to where it was sent or ordered from and nothing noted on my credit card as the **mpany name. It is solely listed as Medilisk Lung Spray. The (1) time amount charged was $101.91 and I did not sign up for a repeating charge.I would appreciate my $101.91 refunded, as I believe this to be a scam and I will be happy to return the item it I receive a postage paid shipping label.I will also be writing to my credit card ** to stop this repeating charge.

    On 7/25/24 I ordered from the Medilisk *** when I received confirmation the order was changed to a higher price with less bottles & a $9.95 expedited postage that was never mentioned. I immediately sent a reply to cancel the order in a matter of minutes later. I was told they couldnt cancel it. It was already being processed. I repeated this & the reason why several times in emails. I never got the pkg. until 8/5/24 & returned it unopened to the *********** 8/9/24 & emailed them I did with copy of receipt & tracking # which the *********** had a hard time finding because of all the different markings on the pkg., & asked for my full refund again. For something that was supposed to be from the ** it took a long time to get here. Then they only refunded the shipping chg. I email them again several times & called my Credit Card *** They notified the *** & the *** is refusing to give back the full price. I sent them a copy of the receipt with tracking # again. Still refused. I started researching their www.medilisk.com site and found they do this to all of their customers. Everybody is saying its a scam or Fraud *** I have already reported them to the ************************. I want the Better Business Bureau to be aware of what they are doing. They are not a legit company. They are playing games now & keep sending emails back with questions I already answered like do I have my own tracking number? I dont know what they want I sent them everything I could. I also sent my credit card company 13 pages of messages back-and-forth and that wasnt even all of them. Can you please help *********** else to not get caught in this scam *** Thank you, *** ******

    I dont know how to download the files you sent, but I did contact my ****** 11/12/2024 & they said the only refund that was received from Medilisk was 9,95 for postage so they are still lying to you. How ever I won the dispute with my ****** & they reimburse my Acct. I do appreciate this but I feel that they should not be responsible for this since there are so many complaints against this Co. Medilisk should be shut down. They have SCAMED SO MANY PEOPLE. I know you got some complaints but there are tons more that havent contacted you as I have checked with other Websites & ****** .     Why should I call the Bank as the Co. says to stop the complaint. They lie to you & to me . They keep saying they sent a refund & thats a LIE. They only refunded the shipping $9.95. still owe the rest since they got the product back unopened in the original shipping pkg also unopened. I called my ****** & no other refund was made. 
    They just keep lying & you dont care.

    The order was placed August ****** And I still haven't received it after a little over a month and a half. I have asked for a total refund, Is in emails, And all they can say is it's on its way.     I saw an ad online for a product that claimed to assist in the relief of tinnitus by healing the nerve endings sending inaccurate sound to the brain. I ordered two bottles of the product. When I received the product, it was clearly labeled earwax remover. Excessive earwax is not an issue in my tinnitus as verified by a medical doctor. If the product had originally indicated it was for removal of earwax, I would not have bought it, but it indicated it was for healing the nerve endings. The packaging on the product I received was completely different than the packaging pictured online. I immediately contacted their customer service department for a refund. Their website indicates that they will provide a 100% money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the product. Please note that the customer service number listed on their website does not exist. I emailed customer service and have been in a ****** long email exchange with **** who I also now believe to be a bogus entity, where they are refusing to give me my money back. They are indicating that to get a refund I need to ship the product back to a warehouse in *****. The cost of shipping the product to ***** would exceed the refund. The company indicates that it is located in ******* and the return label on my packaging indicates it was also shipped from *****************. Through many, many email exchanges they are offering me a 50% refund if I will just keep the product. But I dont want the product. I want to return it and get my money back as indicated in all of their marketing and their website. I have copied and pasted their website information to them, asking them to honor their own marketing, but they are refusing.

    BBB is unable to locate the business.
    First, thanks BBB for helping me. On 8/16, 2024 I ordered a Medilisk 4-pack of Lung Cleansing Sprays (.07oz shown on pkg, 1 oz shown on bottles) from the Medilisk web site. I paid $104.91. Order #MD306931, Yanwen Tracking #VR622123405YP. I used the product twice and each time I had an itchy throat & odd feeling in my lungs- I waited a few weeks between the uses to make sure my lungs were clear of the first use. Medilisk' web site advertises that its' Lung Cleaning products will make lungs healthier and the product did not do that for me. I decided I deserve a refund because the product affected me negatively and that the product is falsly-advertised. Many times I called Medilisk and only got a ringing phone or busy signal. The site's feedback form does not work. I emailed Medilisk (see pics) and their response was they would not return my $104.91...they did not resolve my ****************** I am a hard-working, low-income, older woman and this Medilisk purchase was truly not affordable... but Medilisk's web site advertising makes it seem to be a miracle health product with no possible negative ***** effects.. Additionally, the site does not list WHERE Medilisk's laboratory that creates the Liquid in the bottles konly their Miami Distribution business is listed) ... I read credible source information that the Liquid/Bottles are created in ***** -after COVID originated in *****, Medilisk needs to show the product's country-of-origin so Consumers can decide if they then want to buy it. I am asking a full refund of $104.91 and to be added to any Class Action lawsuits against Medilisk. Medilisk has my ***** bank credit/debit card information.
