    I started using the product it irritated my ears and gave me a cold and sore throat. Which I stopped use immediately. The company offered a money back guarantee and now they will not honor that.     I made a purchase thru Medilisk for Lung Cleansing solution. In the ads they claimed a free 90 day return policy. in addition their info all claimed to be an ***************** I received the product and used as directed. After 2 weeks I found no relief and I requested a return. The 1st response I received stated because I received a discount the product was non-returnable. After i complained and threatened to call my credit card *** They changed their position and offered a refund, however:1. I am responsible for all shipping (no free return)2. The return address is in *****, not a US company, and no refund will be given until the receive confirmation of delivery. I'm sure they will never confirm delivery.I am responsible for all shipping , this is a (medical? ) solution I have no means for com[pleating customs paperwork that I'm sure will be required. In addition they refuse to provide a return address ******** is clear to me that this company is placing barriers that are impossible to meet in order to not refund my purchase. I will still be contacting my ******************* as I feel this is fraud, but hopeful you can make other buyers aware of the business practices of the company.

    I bought some hearing spray, and some ear drops from Medilisk. They made all sorts of claims as to what it would help/cure. It did none of the claimed results. I asked for a refund and I got a reply offering, first 30% then 50% off. I refused, again requested a refund. Since i did not hear back from them, and my 30 day money-back guarentee was running out, I sent the product back to the senders address on the package. I got tracking, and a week later tracked my return package and it showed they had receive it back, and even showed the time of day they received it back. I heard nothing from Medilisk, so I contacted ******, my payment source. They replied to ****** saying they had not received the product back and that I needed to send it to some address in *****, which was not possible, since they already had the product returned to them. ****** said I had not responded to their request so they denied my claim. I have 15 pages of e-mails back and forth between myself and ********** Medilisk. How can they get away with this?This partial order was for $36.00US. I have a second item for $72.96 sent in the same packagem and returned in the same package with the same non refund. What can I do?? Thanks

    I returned the items,with tracking, and it shows they received them back. The first excuse they said was it was not their address.  It was the same return address on the original package they sent me. Then when I sent them, and ****** a copy of the Canada Post receipt they said they would check. Meanwhile they had sent another product which I refused unopened, so *********** sent it back to the same address I sent to, ad it was accepted and refunded ($48). So the xcuse that it is not the right address is totally false. I think they realize that old excuse won't work anymore, so now they say they paid me. They are trying to mix up the other order ($48) with this one so later they can say "We didn't lie, we refunded him" or "We just got the orders mixed up" or some such thing. When they refund the money for both orders ($36 and$72.96) ****** will notify me by e-mail of the refund. They have made no such refund, nor has ****** confirmed that. Complete fraud.  Thanks for your help. I would have replied sooned, but the **** internet was down for a while, so I didn't receive your reply. I got your phone call, and started looking for you response, s when I finally got it, I responded.

    I am rejecting this response because:As I predicted in my previous e-mail, Medilisk did what I thought they would do=show a different purchase/refund rather than the one in dispute.  Look at the dates, plus there is no complaint # on the doc they sent you.  That is the one the *********** returned to the same return address I sent the in question to!  I hope it is becoming more obvious that they are still trying to dodge the refund issue.  They knew they had NOT refunded the amounts/items that we have been referring to all along, but still being dishonest, hoping you/****** will believe them! I've explained all this many times, over & over. Please see what they are doing!

    I ordered the hearing restoration spray upon my first use within a few minutes my throat and sinuses became irritated. Later that night I developed a severe cold. I have reached out to the company to take advantage of their unconditional money back guarantee. At first they stated that they do not accept returns but would refund me 50%. When I stated that was not sufficient they all of a sudden gave me a return address and indicated that I would need to return the product at my expense. Then they offered me a 50% refund again. They have a money back guarantee and they do not honor it. I would like a refund

    I was on the internet when their ad popped up. I looked for hemorrhoid creme started to place order BUT did not complete order and clicked out of website. On website 10/6/2024. I went back into site 2 times to check that I did not complete transaction and clicked out of website. I had put in credit card info and since that info is already input on my computer it generated it on their website, however I did not complete the last step of process. I was charged three times for trans action and it came out of my account = $61.91, $61.91 and$34.00 on 10/9/2024. I notified company on 10/11/24-they stated too late package already sent-notify them when I receive packages. Notified them-they stated they do not accept returns "not their policy" I sent them notice their website states:30 day return policy. They offered 30 % off next order, I stated I wanted a refund. They stated best they could could do was 50 % refund-I stated full refund. They stated I had to send to package to ***** undamaged. I stated ok send me address BECAUSE I received package damaged. They stated send us pictures of damaged package-I did, now they want a video? I just want a refund. All of this trouble-I did not not complete transaction and would just like a refund that is due me. Please Help!

    I ordered the Ear spray solution. I paid ***** for it.I decided not to use it and return it for my money back.I contacted them from their information provided and was told they will not refund all my money back but will give me 30 %off of other items. I told them this is not what their advertisement stated. Now they say I can return it but have to have proof which they never sent me nothing. I can't return it w/o their address.     company charged me for priority mail which i never requested and did not ship product. Company stated in an email, at the time order was placed, they shipped product on 10/04 using a bogus tracking number. I am unable to contact their customer service thru their web site or no response from their email. After looking at their customer complaints similar to mine I am seeking a 100% refund.     I placed an order with MediLisk on 9/29/2024. Today is 10/21/2024 and I still haven't received the product that I ordered. At this point I just want a refund.
