On February 1, 2025 I made 3 purchases totaling $156.86. Then on February 19, I was billed an additional $29.95 and that same charge has shown up every month since. The last charge was on 09/19/25. I didn't have a problem with the purchase, but I never signed up for this reoccurring charge of $29.95. This seems fraudulent to me. I would like whatever this reoccurring charge is cancelled and refunded those charges which total $239.60 which I am very confident were never mentioned .Business Response

This business is a scam. I bought one product, one time and apparently they slipped in a "free" membership on my order without my consent or knowledge. It wasn't free. They started charging my $29.95 on a monthly basis and I had no idea about it until I received my second notification about the subscription payment. I'm clearly not the only one this is happening to as every complaint about this company is the same exact one as mine. You can't just add a monthly membership into someones cart without them knowing, asking or requesting it. NO ONE IS SIGNING UP FOR THIS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. I am rejecting this response because:
We were not aware that buying a product obligated us to a monthly membership. We were not satisfied with the product originally ordered and instead of allowing to return it gave us a credit and told to keep it. We still have that product unopened. Then they charged us ***** for 3 months they offered to cancel the membership we did not know we had and return *****. That is not sufficient. I want refunded the other 2 charges of ***** and would like to return the original purchase for a full refund.
