I have never ordered a product from Medilisk. The first I ever heard of this company is when I received my credit card and found two charges of $13.95 from Medilisk for some discount program. The only documentation from Medilisk is that they have my credit card information on file. They could not have obtained this legally as I have not bought any product from them. I am seeking a refund of these charges. I contacted the company to get out of the discount program and they said they would cancel my membership.Business Response

Recurring charges from Medilisk without my consent.I placed a one-time order for a cream totaling $42.91 (June 28th, 2025), but I am now being charged $29.95 monthly for a Medilisk Health Rewards subscription I never signed up for or was informed about. This is unauthorized and borderline fraudulent. I called three of their listed phone numbers and none are in service. I want a full refund of the $29.95 charges, all future payments stopped immediately, and a receipt or written confirmation that I will not be charged any recurring payments going forward.Business Response

I ordered two products from Medilisk on June 9, 2025, for a total cost of $138.04. I have not received them, their "customer service" *** just responds to my emails about this with "we apologize for the delay", the tracking information never gets updated and even though this company is allegedly located in *******, this is an international shipment according to what little tracking info I do have. I have since read countless complaints about this company including that their products are ineffective and they often indicate that there are "recurring charges" that are not disclosed by the vendor or requested by the buyer. I would like to pursue a refund of the cost of these products that haven't been received and warn other consumers to steer clear of this fraudulent company.Business Response

Original Purchase $161.86. I opened 1 bottle @ $17 and wish to return for credit 5 bottles @ $17.00 totaling $85.00. Plus 1 opened bottle @ $***** and wish to return for credit 2 bottles @ ***** totaling $30.64. Total requested product credit is $115.64. In addition Medillisk Health Rewards has charged me $13.95 for 3 months listed as a reward, totaling $41.95. The total amount I want credit back to my credit card is $$157.59. The original reward was listed as Free on the initial order. The company failed to mention that they would be charging my card $13.95 monthly for receipt of nothing.. This is FRAUD and I can not reach this company by phone or email so far. I have received the full refund on my credit card as of July 18, 2025 for the unused product and all of the $13.95 charges billed as Medilisk Health Rewards. I have the unopened product packaged up and will take it to the *********** to return it on Monday, July 21st. I appreciate BBB's assistance with this problem. I was getting nowhere with Medilisk.
