    I had ordered a product in June, which was $42.91. I did not sign up for Health Rewards, but then they started charging me $29.95 a month, for this program which may have been associated with the product, but I was not aware of that. I was charged on July 21, ****** 6, and September 11th. My credit card company is disputing the July and ****** charges, but the Sept. 11th is still pending. I would like all the money refunded.

    I noticed a recurring transaction for ***** a month for a service I didn't sign up for and receive no monetary benefit from. I have attempted to contact them without any response.     Transaction Date: August 16, 2025 Order Number: #MD539366 Yanwen Tracking Number: UK390053016YP MediLisk **************** ****************************** Several emails were sent to compnay with no valid resolution. Payment was accepted and no product was deliverd. According to response, product was delivered to New ************* when the address ****** provided is in ************* where I happen to live. Lastly, according to response, company claims that package "bounced between" postal facilities, ultimately endedin up not being deleiverd. I would loike a full refund of my stolen paymnet of / total = $42.91 USD

    I bought a product it was a one time deal. I received the product and payed for it then a month later I was charged *****.I hadnt ordered anything else. It said it was auto pay which I didnt sign up for and I dont want any auto pays or memberships. I would like it cancelled. It doesnt make me want to order again from a company that is charging me for things I didnt authorize!!

    Dates of charges are April 1st, May 2nd, June 2nd, and July 2nd. each charge is $29.95. $119.80 is the total charges so far. They kept charging me for a health rewards subscription. I purchased one item and have been charged monthly for a subscription. They said it was attached to the cart when purchasing the item. I saw nothing about a subscription to rewards or a charge when I purchase a product. I have emailed them requesting refunds but they state they can only refund one month. This is a scam on their part. They said they emailed me about the subscription but I never received anything about it. I finally got them to cancel the subscription. I contacted pay pal but not much they can do. the company sent me an email trying to lower the price of the subscription. I keep telling them to cancel it and I want a full refund for the charges. ******* has cancelled on their end to stop the reoccurring charges. I haven't purchased any items except the one. I don't have a tracking number. All they keep sending me is their policy without any resolution. please help. thank you, I have sent multiple emails to them.

    I made a 1 time order with them and discovered they were charging me monthly for a membership that I did not sign up for. Now they will now refund the fees.

    Ordered product on August 1, 2025. I was very careful with placing the order and there were no questions regarding reoccurring subscription charges. I received my item 8 days later. Today 8/22/25 they charged my credit card for an unauthorized amount of $29.95. I visited the website and found the contact phone number to try and resolve the issue. The phone number goes to a message box. I've now e-mailed them to resolve the issue. I'm very annoyed that companies can continue to pull moves like this. I'd like a refund and highly recommend they refrain from these types of fraudulent charges.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They are incorrect when saying that I selected the membership. They're adding it into the order and it's poor practice on their part. Clearly they're hoping that no one pays attention or will go out of their way to call them out on it. I no longer see the charge on my credit card. Thank you for helping with getting my refund. I did try calling them twice and their phone goes straight to voice mail. My guess is that they receive a lot of calls to complain about them adding memberships to every order. I'll be sure to check all my future purchases with merchants that are BBB accredited.
