    I paid $42.91 for some nasal spray health remedy for my lungs. I'm 70,and have mucous sometimes dont smoke. I ordered product on July 24,and had to pay $ 9 something for shipping and handling! It's after 4pm here and it still hasn't arrived so 1 week already! Nothing takes that long in this day and age. After several emails I've become suspicious this was a scam. Now they say no refund unless I send them back the product which never came! I feel like suing them. I must pay to ship fathom item back. The company Medilisk shows Miami but its a Chinese fraud I believe. I notified my bank Bmo ****** but hope you can help me get a refund as I'm on a senior fixed income.     I placed an order with this fraudulent company on July 2, 2025. Order number MD527623. Order never shipped and Ive tried to have them refund me my money and have not received a response. They have a phone number that they never pick up.

    The last charge of ***** posted on my credit card on 7-13-25, I did not agree to keep being charged on a recurring basis, or to keep receiving products, I have more than I ever wanted and cannot use! The company just keeps charging me, and I did not want or agree to this! Please stop!

    I have never ordered a product from Medilisk. The first I ever heard of this company is when I received my credit card and found two charges of $13.95 from Medilisk for some discount program. The only documentation from Medilisk is that they have my credit card information on file. They could not have obtained this legally as I have not bought any product from them. I am seeking a refund of these charges. I contacted the company to get out of the discount program and they said they would cancel my membership.

    Recurring charges from Medilisk without my consent.I placed a one-time order for a cream totaling $42.91 (June 28th, 2025), but I am now being charged $29.95 monthly for a Medilisk Health Rewards subscription I never signed up for or was informed about. This is unauthorized and borderline fraudulent. I called three of their listed phone numbers and none are in service. I want a full refund of the $29.95 charges, all future payments stopped immediately, and a receipt or written confirmation that I will not be charged any recurring payments going forward.

    I ordered two products from Medilisk on June 9, 2025, for a total cost of $138.04. I have not received them, their "customer service" *** just responds to my emails about this with "we apologize for the delay", the tracking information never gets updated and even though this company is allegedly located in *******, this is an international shipment according to what little tracking info I do have. I have since read countless complaints about this company including that their products are ineffective and they often indicate that there are "recurring charges" that are not disclosed by the vendor or requested by the buyer. I would like to pursue a refund of the cost of these products that haven't been received and warn other consumers to steer clear of this fraudulent company.

    I ordered a product from that company and paid for it with my credit card in December of 2024. They have been charging me $29.95 each month since then; January, February, March, ****** **** June and I am afraid they will charge me in July. I do not know why they are charging me. I can not get an answer on the phone. I think they should reimburse me $179.70.

    Original Purchase $161.86. I opened 1 bottle @ $17 and wish to return for credit 5 bottles @ $17.00 totaling $85.00. Plus 1 opened bottle @ $***** and wish to return for credit 2 bottles @ ***** totaling $30.64. Total requested product credit is $115.64. In addition Medillisk Health Rewards has charged me $13.95 for 3 months listed as a reward, totaling $41.95. The total amount I want credit back to my credit card is $$157.59. The original reward was listed as Free on the initial order. The company failed to mention that they would be charging my card $13.95 monthly for receipt of nothing.. This is FRAUD and I can not reach this company by phone or email so far. The product does not have any effect on my husband's hearing as presented in their adds so I feel I should be able to return the unopened product for a full refund of the purchase price.

    I have tried to click on the link to write a review but nothing happens. I am very happy with the response from Medillisk Health Rewards. due to BBB's help.   I have received the full refund on my credit card as of July 18, 2025 for the unused product and all of the $13.95 charges billed as Medilisk Health Rewards.  I have the unopened product packaged up and will take it to the *********** to return it on Monday, July 21st.  I appreciate BBB's assistance with this problem.  I was getting nowhere with Medilisk.  I could not find a phone number to call them and the they were not responsive to my emails.  I would gladly write a review if I could reach the address in your email.  THANK YOU BBB.
