    I purchased an item from Medilisk. All of a sudden I am billed for $29.00 PLUS $13.95 a month for some membership I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!!! The company has sent only membership info after I contacted them.

    This complaint is from May 2025 through July 2025, the amount up each month. It was $29.99. That was not authorized nar, to my knowledge of any consent. To charge my credit card. I have tried to reach these people. Buy phone and it was unsuccessful. I would like this matter to be closed and my money returned to me and no longer do business with them. Nor should they charge my credit card more.

    On February 22, 2025 I placed an order for ear spray from Medilisk Health. I received the order.. Since then I have been billed on my credit card for each month starting 3-11-25 until 7-10-25. I would like to be reembursed for these charged amounts as I did not authorize these charges nor have I recieved any product ir service after the first purchase on February 22.

    On Thursday, June 19th, I ordered 1 Medilisk Hearing Restoration Spray for $32.96 (Order number MD524302). On July 10th, an additional charge that I do not recognize was authorized for $29.95. The Medilisk Hearing Restoration Spray was not effective and I would like a refund as part of your money back guarantee. I would also like to be refunded for this additional $29.95 charge that I did not authorize. I would like to stop receiving additional charges.

    I paid $70.91 on 5th May 2025 to MediLisk for 3 x Tinnitus Relief Sprays This was through a pop up advertisement in my *********** subscription and included a full refund if not satisfied guarantee.When the order arrived I used the product for around a month but it had no effect on my tinnitus whatsoever.I therefore requested a refund (and return of the items) four times. All that I got back each time was proof of delivery which was not an issue at all. Despite explaining this three times I got the same proof of delivery.

    April 7, 2025 I tried to order I bottle of the Hearing spray, the website was really wonky and would not tell you if the product was ordered or not. Thus I would press the order button several times not thinking my order was going thru. I wrote them and told them that I only wanted 1 bottle. But ended up with 8 bottles at a costly amount since it doesnt work. Then while looking at our credit card statement in addition there is a reoccurring charge for a member ship that I didnt sign up for non had any idea about this so called membership.

    On May 24th I ordered 3 tube's of cream from Medilisk for a total of $70.91. I received shipping and something I wasn't quite sure about for free. I thought that it was a spray that I thought that I ordered. I just didn't understand why it was free. Well it ended up to be a membership that I didn't ordered. I mean why would I buy a membership when I bought 3 tube's already? If the 3 tube's didn't take care of my problem why would I buy more?I have contacted Medilisk four different times telling them that I didn't sign up for a membership and that I want my money ($29.95) back. Their first response said that they would cancel the membership and return my money. They said that it would take 5 to 7 business days for the return to hit my account. Well on the 7th day I checked my account and there was no refund. So I contacted them again. This time they claimed that they never charged my account for the $29.95. So I took a screenshot and emailed it to them to show that they did charge me. And again they denied it. So I showed them that their first email states that they will refund my money. So if they checked my account to see what the charge was for and said that they would issue a refund how can they now claim that they never charged me???? Not only that, but their cream does not do what their advertisement claims it will.

    They did take money from my account. My statement clearly shows the deduction from my account. They owe me $29.95. And while making the original complaint about medilisk there other complaints about them doing the same thing to other people. And yesterday when I went to their website to see what their "health rewards" was, which is their membership program, they tried to charge me for another order. Again I did not sign up for a membership. And I definitely didn't place another order with them. They are a VERY shady company, to say the least.I mean you can call over and over again and never even getting anyone to answer the phone.

    I would like to attach the emails that I have sent them, but I don't know how. So I'm going to send this response to you and then take some screenshots of them and send them in another response.

    So, like I was saying these are the last three screenshots. I believe that one should have been sent with my last response. I wanted to overlap them so you know where to connect them. In the last screenshot you can clearly see that the $1.67 for ******* is pending and is the last transaction I have made. 

    So if you put all of the screenshots together you can clearly see that medilisk took $29.95 from my account and never paid it back. You will need to put my last response with this one. 

    Also, when I first started this complaint I noticed that other people have filed the same complaint about medilisk. So they obviously try this scam with everyone. Maybe it's time to put them out of business!

    I have tried since April when I realized I had a reoccurring charge on ****** to cancel the charge with prime commerce. I received a product from them in February. After that each month they have been billing me *****. I cant get them to stop billing me and cant find out what the charge is for. This has gone on March - July.. I am an ************************************************** I dont have this kind of discretionary cash.
