    Medilisk charged me three times for some Reward program I never signed up for, at ***** per month. They refunded two, but not a third. They are committing fraud under the guise I signed up for something on checkout, when I never checked out for anything during the months in question, being May, June and July. I have read a summary of the complaints and my situation fits those.They are a company committing fraud and should have criminal charges filed against them.

    Ordered tinnitus spray on 4/29/2025. This company has been taking ***** a month since this time from my checking account. I have emailed several times to cancel any subscription that i may have inadvertently signed up for, however, they will not respond to my emails.

    Medilisk has repeatedly charged me for a monthly membership subscription to which I never agreed and have submitted a request via email to cancel. My initial one-time purchase occurred on 4/13/2025 for a hearing spray product and was charged approximately $42.00. At that time, I did not agree to any recurring membership subscription. I only purchased as single, one-off product. Medilisk processed the first recurring monthly subscription charge on 5/2/20205 for $13.95, then followed by charges on 6/1/2025 and 6/28/2025. I emailed Medilisk on 7/7/2025 at ******************************* instructing them that I did not agree to a membership and to immediately cancel any future subscription and charges. I received no reply; instead, Medilisk again fraudulently charged my credit card for the fourth time on 8/1/2025. All calls to the number listed as the customer service line of ************** are routed to a voicemail, messages are not returned.     I ordered a product approximately 4/20/2025. The bill indicated the price of the product , shipping and medilisk health rewards both free. I charged the bill. Starting the next month a charge of $13.95 appeared on my charge card. I emailed the company asking them to cancel the fee since I didnt want the rewards membership. Needless to say that charge has shown up on my charge card June , July and August. I emailed them each time that I wanted to cancel the membership. I never heard back from the company. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and I am being ignored. I hope you can deal with them they ignore me.****** ********

    Paid 34 dollars for Lung cleaning spray on 1/16/25 did receive this, but every month after that have been billed ***** dollars have called and sent emails about it but no response this needs to stop and refund sent.

    I ordered hemorrhoid cream on 5/26. They set me up for a monthly subscription for $29.95 a month. My credit card was charged $29.95 on 6/21 and 7/22. I have not used this subscription and do not recall signing up for it. I have left them 3 voicemails and have sent 5 emails requesting that this be corrected. I have not had any response

    There is a recurring charge for $13.95 from Medilisk in *****, ******* on my charge card. I am not aware of ever dealing with this company and certainly do not want a monthly charge from them. I don't even know what they are selling. All attempts to reach this company have been unsuccessful. I am currently having my charge card dispute the charges from July 9, 2025 and I believe the two prior months. It should not be this difficult to reach any company.

    I am a senior citizen . I did not agree nor was aware that ***** was being removed from my ****** account monthly. I requested a refund and they dance around, not admitting that they did take money that I wasn't aware of. It is a scam preying on seniors and predatory.
