At the end of August I purchased Medilisk ear wax remover x 3. I received the goods in September and since then I have been billed thru my ****** account for two amounts of $29.90 for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. I see on your website that many other people have also been caught by this scam. I have written to them with no luck in their responses just more talk about signing up for their *************** I am in the ** it is more difficult for me to deal with this. I just noticed a charge on my credit card for *****, posted 10/22/25 from Medilisk. I emailed the company and they wrote that it was a recurring membership charge. I never signed up for a membership and I never received any kind of notice that I even had a membership with this company. I simply purchased some hemorrhoid cream from them a month ago. Since they secretly signed me up for a membership without my authorization, I would call this theft.Business Response

I bought their Lung Cleansing Spray last December. They have been fraudulenly charging me for a newsletter subscription that I never signed up for monthly ever since. They did not reply to my emails sent to cancel this and reverse the charges sent last Januray. I contested the charges with ******, but ****** has enabled this fraud and been a co-conspiritor by allowing failing to dissalow charges by this vendor in spite of several requests: ***** times 10 months now. I ordered the Medilisk Ear Spray only 1 time in February, 2025. I was billed on my ***** ****** card the first time on February 13, 2025 in the amount of $32.96 for the ear spray including tax. I did not order any further product or sign up for any recurring charges, however I have been billed on my ***** ****** card on the following dates 3/3/25, 3/31/25, 5/1/25, 5/31/25. 7/1/25, 8/1/25, 8/31/25 and 10/1/25 in the amount of $29.95 each month for a total of $239.60. I have copies of each of my ****** card statements showing the charges each month. I am concerned about sharing my bank statements any further but will provide if necessary to receive the refund. My bank ****** card is aware, has issued me a new card number and will follow-up further if I do not receive the requested refund.Business Response

I never received the product I originally ordered over 6 months ago and this company has continued to bill me monthly for a product I never received and still dont receive. They have been charging me $29.95 monthly since March of 2025. I have made multiple attempts to cancel but nothing has worked. Ive sent multiple emails and to date, have not received a response. I further closed the credit card used, told the company the charges were not authorized, received a new card and this company again managed to charge my new card. How I do not know. *** cancelled my credit card again and started a fraud investigation. This company lies about their customer service hours, makes it very difficult to communicate with customer service and I believe preys on the elderly. They say they are available 24/7, that is not true. You leave a voicemail mail message, they never return the call. I wonder how many other people they are doing this to. It is very frustrating and as an older woman, it is even harder to deal with. The credit card company says they cannot guarantee the stop payment to this company. So I will keep getting charged for something I dont receive, dont have an account with and want it to stop.Business Response
