    On May 28, 2025 I made purchases totaling $134.00. Then on September and October 10, I was billed an additional $29.95 each month for "Medilisk Health Rewards", and I expect that same charge will shown up each future month. I didn't have a problem with the initial purchase, but I never signed up for this reoccurring charge of $29.95. This seems fraudulent to me. I would like whatever this reoccurring charge is cancelled and refunded those charges which I am very confident were never mentioned .

    There's unauthorized charges of $29.95 per month for 7 months that showed a being charged to "Prime Commerce" which I didn't notice right away. Originally there was a purchase of a medilisk "lung cleansing spray" (which did not work at all) on March 14, 2025, Order MD483734, but there was never any mention of a recurring fee for $29.95 per month. Plus, using the name "Prime Commerce" is deceptive, because whenever I saw that name I assumed it was for my Amazon Prime account. I was advertising my new business on Amazon Prime, so I just thought it was for my ad account. When I contacted them they refused to refund my money. Would only offer 75% because they say I agreed to it. Well there's no indication of that on my original order at all. I had no idea that I was signing up for some kind of membership.

    08 October 2025 Unorthorized transacion You are taking money out of my account without my permission I purchased a lung cleansing spray and that's it. I found this product to be absolutely useless anyway. My fault for not reaserching, I have also noticed you have committed this fraud before with other client. I have not signed up to Medi rewards and you have now created me with a stack of problems. I have notified the appropriate authorities and have learnt a big ****** to not ever agin will I buy anything from your company. You should be ashamed of yourselves nothing more than a pack of cheeting liers.

    People should be very wary of This Lung cleansing spray. I Cant say if it a coincidence but I have developed Salivary Gland Stones which I never even new existed. This can be caused by a number of things including some medications. The only new thing in my life is I started using this spray it is administered by spraying in your mouth and incidentally is not a TGL approved medication. I have thrown this product in the bin and have learnt a big ****** that is not to mess with anything that is not approved medicine. Apart from this, if this company was legit why would they rob from you by taking out money out of your account by falsely signing you up to an awards program. Research shows that this scam has happened to other people You can look this up for yourself. Any way I do not want anything more to do with this company and its products.

    I purchased a spray from a company called Medilisk, which claims to help restore hearing, after seeing it advertised online on Instagram. I figured I'd give it a try. But when I purchased the spray, the company secretly "enrolled" me in their "rewards" program, which continued to charge my credit card for $29.95 every month - no statement was issued to me, nor a receipt. I did not notice the charge for five months, and when I emailed them about it, they said: "Thanks for reaching out we're happy to clarify!It looks like the Medilisk Health Rewards Membership was added during your checkout. This membership includes:50% off all store products 24/7 priority customer support Early access to new products The membership is $29.95/month. Many customers find the savings easily cover the cost!If the membership isnt for you right now, we can help with:Pausing or canceling it Customizing your benefits We also send membership details via email after sign-up. If you didnt mean to enroll, it may have been selected during your purchase.For more info, you can also review our Terms of Service Section 9.Let us know how you'd like to move forward were here to help!"I checked all my messages from Medilisk, and there was never any reference to their "Rewards Program." I am writing this complaint to call attention to their bad business practices.

    They have billed me 4 times on 7/14/25, 8/15/25, 9/14/25, and 10/9/25 for some health plan which I never signed up for and I have never used their service or ordered from them.

    On February 1, 2025 I made 3 purchases totaling $156.86. Then on February 19, I was billed an additional $29.95 and that same charge has shown up every month since. The last charge was on 09/19/25. I didn't have a problem with the purchase, but I never signed up for this reoccurring charge of $29.95. This seems fraudulent to me. I would like whatever this reoccurring charge is cancelled and refunded those charges which total $239.60 which I am very confident were never mentioned .
