    I placed an order for 3 bottles of Medilist Lung Cleansing Spray on 10/13/24 for $70.91. It did not work so I emailed them starting on 11/21/24 indicating I would like to return them for a full refund. They indicated since the items were discounted, they couldn't accept returns. However, they would offer me a 30% discount on any item in their store or partial refund. This was an auto-response from them since this is exactly what they did with many others I read here regarding their own complaints. I emailed back and stated I wasn't interested at all as that is a lie since anyone could buy it actually less right now and wanted full refund. They then emailed back with a 50% off refund and to keep the order. They also stated if I would like to send the order back, it would have to be mailed to their China's warehouse, another claim they made with all of the other customers here filing complaints. This is a pattern that they use to lure monies knowing that the product doesn't work. The problem is this is a total miss representation and they are pocketing a lot of money.

    I ordered Tinnitus Relief Spray which resulted ineffective despite the diligent used for over 4 weeks; despite this company clearly stated in their website they have a 100% guarantee and 100% hassle free refund nothing is further than the truth, they refused to give me my money back despite multiple emails, they only are giving the way around and changing the story so they can keep my money.

    On Nov.20, 2024 my bank account was charged for $61.91 for hearing loss medication. As of Dec. 2, 2024 I have not received it and I would like a total refund. Since ordering online I haven't received any invoice or acknowledgment from them. *********** in this company gone! I just want my money refunded.

I have included the email strings from **** at Medilisk attempting to rectify the situation with their offers. I just want my money back/refund. Thank you, ******* *******

    The item was ordered in Nov. 2024. I ordered 1 item and they changed my order to 3i items. when I seen the bill on line i called them to cancel the order. They responded the same day I placed the order with an email saying the order was already in progress and could not be cancelled. They have a 30 day return process that states if your not satisfied for any reason you can get a refund. The problem is you can not ever call them as the line is always a busy signal.

    Ordered There product Herbal Hemorrhoid cream, and there guarantee says if it doesn't work in 30 days they would refund all paid funds! "It does not work" I contacted them and just got the run around! "NO Satisfaction" This hemorrhoid cream had zero effect! "snake oil" There add was and is a total scam! Should have known better than to order something from *****! But I did because of the Guarantee! Now they say the guarantee isn't worth the rice paper it was written on!

    it took 3 letters for them to talk about refunding. When I sent it back, the post office said it was a bad address. I only had 30 days to return it. I called the library they had the same address. I wrote to the attorney general, they said for me to find a better address. I can't so I came to you.

    I ordered a product from them on oct 6 th and they said I would have it in one week and they chaged my card on oct 6th ,i called them on oct 14th and told them to stop the order ,on oct 25th the package was in my mail box ,so I went to the post office and had them do a return to sender I texted them and told them I had sent it back ,two days later it was in my mail box again with a note that said they would not pay for the return so I had to pay $8.03 to send it back ,I texted them again and let them know that I paid to have it sent back , I have emailed them over and over about the refund and still nothing has been done
