Date of the transaction is, first, Dec. 30, 2024. I was attempting to make a purchase for their tinnitus spray and accidentally hit to get three bottles and five bottles. I could not find any information on how to correct this mistake and they had printed not to hit the back button as you may get charged twice. As I tried to find a way to correct the order it popped up that my order had been placed. One for $45.00 and another for $82.91. They claimed that I had a 90 day guaranteed return policy but I havent been able to contact them as the number ************) just rings and finally cuts off. Also, on January 13, 2025 I was billed $29.95 for which I had no idea what that was for but in reading other complaints I saw that amount was for a membership that I had not read anything about. I would like to return their product for a refund as I no longer trust them or want the products, also I would like a refund for the membership I didnt know about or want. On December 2, 2024 I ordered 2 bottles of Medilisk ***************** Blend. I paid $48.00 which was charged to my **************** Card. The company was paid for this transaction. I was offered a 30% discount as well as a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee as per their advertisement. The product did not work so I tried to call the company to request my refund. Each time I called, the phone immediately went to a busy signal. I emailed their customer Support Team and received an answer from **** *. She replied, Due to the discounted nature of your purchase, we cant accept returns. However we have a special offer for youchoose between 30% discount on any item in our store or a partial refund of your order. I told her that her offer was unacceptable to me and that I wanted a $48.00 credit placed on my **************** Card. That was on January 9th and I have not heard back from them. This company is a SCAM and should be shut down, fined, and all money should be returned to dissatisfied customers.Business Response

On 11/16/2024 I placed an online order with "Medilisk" for a total of $104.91 for 5 bottles of "Hearing Restoration Spray". I thought I was reviewing the order but the order was automatically placed. I immediately sent an email to cancel the order, but was informed that it was already being processed, which seemed impossible. When I received the order I contacted hem to return it. I was told some items were not returnable. I had not opened package. I was offered a refund of $27.00 which I accepted because I wanted to be done with the whole situation. This is the first time I have never been able to review an order before it was placed. I'm a senior living on a fixed income and I would never have ordered 5 bottles of the product. I wanted to change the order to 2 bottles. Also I was charged priority shipping which I didn't agree to and a processing fee. I believe the whole website is set up to the advantage of the seller. On Dec 30 2024 I purchased online 2 tubes of medicated cream and was charged $19.00 and $47.86 from Medilisk 1 (as it appears on my **** bill) ... Yesterday (Jan 12, 2025) I noticed a pending charge of $29.95 charged to my card from Medilisk Health ******* ... I had NO intention of becoming a member when I ordered the cream, in fact I don't recall even being asked if I wanted a monthly subscription. The website was misleading at best. I have tried several times to contact Medilisk Heath ******* using their published phone and email info but get nothing but a busy signal. I have already filed a complaint but I see the same phone number listed on two different addresses for this company. Same number that gives a buy signal all 10 times I called.I bought one $30 bottle from this company and charged a processing and shipping fee as well. Seemed normal, never got it. January 6, 2025 I had previously ordered an ************* from this internet company on Dec 23, 2024. On Dec 24, 2024 my debit account was charged $70.91 for the entire order. The product arrived on Jan 6, 2025 and my debit account was charged another $29.95. I cannot reach them by phone as it is always comes back as a busy signal. I ordered from this company hoping to help with the ringing in my ears! This spray does not work and in fact made the ringing louder than before. Before I ordered i read I had 90 days to return the product, so i bought 3 bottles for $60.91.After I sprayed it into my ear it felt like ***************** bubbling. It gave me a headache and my eyes felt burning and it made me dizzy! I knew at that moment that this stuff is not any good. I know I shouldn't fall for these scams but I was hoping to get some relief from the buzzing. They have an F rating the phone number doesn't work it just rings busy they said they cannot accept any returns but that they would give me 30% off of anything else in their store. Well I don't want anything else in their store and when I said you said there was a 90-day return policy and now you're going against it. I have plenty of emails reaching out to them and they all respond with the same message. This is a scam and people are falling for it but I'm not just going to sit back and not fight for my money. I called my credit card and made a claim with the company it's not my fault that they won't stand by their word of a 90-day return. And all those people on the website saying that it worked for them and gave five stars that's all fake too. So I came to the BBB and screenshotted your rating of this company please can you help me get my money back? Thank you ******* *******.
