    but ear drops for better hearing. they didnt work. the order said 30 DAY GARENTEED. i CONTACTED the company by email . they said they dont do returns. i then emailed telling them I had product only 3 weeks. so then they said we would give 30% of our purchase and you have to mail back to *****. I told them about the garentee and i had bought 3 bottles for *****. and told them still have 2 untouched still in shipping bag. I just want my money back for the 2 unopened ones, I will pay for the one that is 1/2 gone, THAT DIDNT DO A THING. I received the product on 12/31/2024.

    Ordered medilisk lung spray dec 23 , 2024 and paid 101 for I believe 7 bottles which was fine but then then charged me a , ***** membership fee I never signed up for them I changed my credit card number new card and then medilisk showed up again taking ***** I want my money back and nothing to do with this scam if a company.tried to call refund line got busy signal every time?

    I ordered one bottle and was sent 5. After speaking with my ENT doctor, I decided against using the Medilisk sprays. I did not open any packaging. I have tried to call numerous times as well as emailed to request instructions on how to return. No email response and phone line was always busy. I now have been charged another $29 on my American Express...I have engaged the help of **************** to block any further charges. I would still like to send the boxes back but when googling the address on the website it says it is vacant. Help, please :)

    I ordererd two products from this company one of them was ******** which they claimed would clear up tinnitis and help with hearing loss as well. I used it for approximately 40 days. It didnt help with either and my ear ringing is worse. I also used their vision roller which was supposed to help your vision and eye health. All it did was irritate my eyes. Their website claims 90 day satisfaction guarantee. They claimed they couldn't refund me because of the discounted nature of the purchase. I just want what i paid refunded to me.

    December 9, 2024 I had previously ordered an order from this fake product. And my ****** account was charged $70.91 for the entire order. The product arrived around December 10, 2024. And today, January 19, 2025 my is charged another $29.95. I cannot reach them by phone as it is always comes back as a busy signal. Now I am reading the review to notice that they have been scanning lot of people...... I wiil gladly sign any action to fine them and I want to get back my money !

    I am rejecting this response because: even though the issue of January 19, 2025 has been solved, there is another issue where on December 23rd, 2024 there was another automatic withdrawal of the same amount ($29.95) as I have noted yesterday night when I was checking. I need that refund too as it should have occur when my purchase of $70.91 had already been completed. Not to mention that I have not received any products (not that I want them).

    On October 2, 2024, I placed an order with Medilisk for Hearing Restoration Spray and Hearing Restoration Serum. The total cost of my order was $119.96 as I had purchased multiple bottles at a discounted price. The order was supposed to have arrived within 3 -5 days, which it did not. My order also came with a 60 or 90 day satisfaction guarantee. After receiving the item and not being satisfied, I have contacted the company several times for a refund and have been met with differing responses each time. Once I was given a link that I could go for information on how to return the product for a refund. Please note that at that time I was told that it would be my responsibility to pay for return shipping to their Chinese warehouse. That is not what the satisfaction guarantee stated when I purchased the product. However, when clicking on the link, I was blocked and couldn't get information so I contacted the business again and told them about the situation. At which time, they offered me a 50% refund and I could keep the product. I really didn't want to do that so I had asked for a 60% refund to which there was no response. Once again, I contacted them to accept the 50% refund. At first they said I would receive the refund in 5 -7 days. I didn't so I contacted them again. Then they told me that they couldn't do a refund since I had disputed the charges. I had initially disputed the charges due to not receiving my order in a timely manner. However, the dispute was dropped when I received my order. They had actually informed me that they had won the dispute. I have continued contacting them for a refund, which they are refusing. I am tired of fooling with them and their dishonest treatment of customers. Therefore, at this time I am requesting a full refund of the amount that I paid for the product. I don't like going through these measures to get a refund. However, my satisfaction was guaranteed and I don't appreciate their dishonesty or the way they have treated me.

    The customer initially disputed the charge with their bank, and we provided all necessary proof to resolve the case. The bank ruled in our favor, confirming that the order was delivered and processed as stated. Unfortunately, once a dispute is resolved in this manner, we are unable to issue a refund directly, as the dispute resolution process involves fees and finalizes the transaction.

    We made several efforts to accommodate the customer, including offering a 50% refund while allowing them to keep the product. However, the dispute and its resolution have now closed the matter on our end.

    While we empathize with the customers frustrations, we are unable to process an additional refund due to the resolution of the dispute and associated costs. We have always aimed to resolve customer concerns fairly and transparently, and we regret that this situation could not meet the customers expectations.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did say that I would accept their offer of a 50% refund and keep the product. When I did so, they said that I would receive the refund in 5-7 days back to my original payment. When I did not receive the refund as promised, I contacted them again. Then they said that they could not give it to me. So which is it???  I AM and HAVE BEEN WILLING to accept the 50% refund in order that I don't lose all my money. Once again, this business is being dishonest.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me. However, I will be the better person and accept it. This is a poor business practice. If the product would have arrived in a timely manner as described, there would have been no need for me to file a dispute, as at that time I was of the opinion that I had been scammed. Once the items were finally delivered, the dispute was resolved in their favor. The satisfaction guarantee should have been just that, a satisfaction guarantee. I sincerely hope that other consumers will take note of the actions of this company and be very careful in any dealings with them.

    I ordered Medilisk Tinnitus Ear Spray and hoped that their promises were true! I used the product as directed but to my dismay, it make absolutely no difference. I contacted the company and asked for a refund pursuant to their "guarantee". I never even received a response.
