Business committed to supply ear cleaning/hearing restoration spray product I have never received the order # for this order Business did not try to resolve my immediate request for the return of this order for a product where they deny the safety of their product or it's efficacy to do what it advertises. They only tried to offer a 30% discount to keep the unwanted product and not make a return. They advertise "results in 30 days" or your money back. Their fine print says you must return product in "original condition" unopened and must ship back to a China warehouse at customer's expense, customer to pay for shipping, insurance, etc. and customer must provide the order # which I have never received! Ordered the product for tinnitus and it was no help. Was sent another one of this product and I asked it be stopped and was told because it is discounted I cannot return. I might add it is not here yet. Probably not sent out yet. I hate subscription practices and wish businesses made it clearer that that is what they do. On 12/16/24 I thought I was purchasing 1 bottle of hearing restoration spray which was supposed to help in ear ringing. So far, it hasn't helped. After ordering 1 bottle, I went to checkout. Another option appeared which I thought was buy 3 for less money. The prompt told me not to "hit the back button as I may be charged twice. I tried to cancel my order which ordered 3 more bottles. I ended up with 3 separate charges on my card on the 16th for *****, ***** and *****. I feel really stupid but figured it was my fault. On January 30th, I found 2 more charges from medilisk. On 1/2 I was charged *****, on 1/28 I was also charged *****. I have no idea why. I have tried several times to reach out to medilisk with no response. Immediately tried to cancel my order, tried to call and phone was busy can't get through there is no working phone numbers available also emailed them two times. This is the total scam and dodgy check out procedure, they charged to your account and you don't have any options to review what you made purchased. I ordered one ***************** on Jan. 12, 2025. Order# MD429283. I saw on the order form that there were checkmarks that I did not check which was an order to buy 2 more bottles and priority shipping. I received 3 small bottles about two weeks later. I opened one and found that the product is bogus and doesn't do what they said it does. I have emailed their customer service *** 3 or 4 times now requesting a refund. Credit to them that they do respond. The first response was "sorry, we'll give you 30% off on any other products. I stated I would send the product back, and they responded to the effect that they could not receive the products. Two of the bottles haven't been opened. The last response was that I needed to send the bottles to their shipping warehouse in *****, then wait for a refund. Their add states "100% product satisfaction guaranteed." And now I just found out that there is a $29 charge pending. I'm definitely not satisfied. I never ordered more product and I recommend a full refund with no further charges. I have read other complaints now. Should have read those before purchasing from this bogus company. I even told them I would not complain if they refunded me, but that is not the case.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: We have not received the refund they say was refunded. If that is the case, this is out and out fraud. We did get a notice from our credit card company that a $29+ refund was pending. However I never paid that $29. I think they had put me on some renewal program which I did not want or sign up for. The two payments totaling $76.91 have NOT been refunded even though in the attachment you sent, it states that it was. And just to refresh what I had already sent, Medilisk offered a satisfaction guarantee for the 3 small bottles of product they charged me for even though I only wanted to try one bottle. Then they said that to get a refund I needed to send the product back to ****** The cost to mail the product back was more than the product cost, and it was up to $200 which was quoted at UPS. Please get this company to honor their promise or put them out of business which is really what they deserve.

On 12/10/2024, I purchased a lung cleanse from Medilisk. It processed in two different transactions, $19.00 and $70.91. We used the product for about 3 weeks without any improvement. Those were legitimate purchases, but the product did not perform as advertised. While looking up the information about a 90 day guarantee, I found two additional charges on my credit card in the amount of $29.95 on 12/24/2024 and again on 1/24/2025. I have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and get a busy signal. I have requested a call back, but heard nothing.I am requesting a refund for the product ($19.00 and $70.91) and the other two unauthorized charges ($29.95 and $29.95), a total of $149.81.
