Ordered from medilisk on Dec 6th they charged me *****should have been ***** than ***** . 12/9 they charged me 29.95 1/19 they charged me 29.95 1 only received 3 bottles of ear drops that were to help with tinus not a bit they keep charging me acct. We didn't get the ** scan nor the x-rays. Neither one showed the tube. The tube was ingested at around 9:00 a.m. the hospital got to the emergency room x-rays about an hour and a half later so we assume was already in the stomach. The ** scan did not show it so we started a high fiber diet with instructions from the r to watch for pain or bleeding and come right back. Otherwise they were hoping it would pass normally. It did. It took a full 7 days for it to normally be discharged in the bowel movement. We haven't received the bills from the hospital but it would be useless to look at x-rays and ** scans that didn't show the tube. We didn't want this to happen to anyone else. That tube should have been made. A one piece nozzle never should had have been able to come off in your throat, especially under pressure.Customer Answer

I was told at time of purchase shipping was free. On my receipt I was charged $9.95 for shipping, they added a processing fee and an insurance fee. All without my knowledge. When I asked for these charges to be removed I was told they could not remove them.Business Response

Ordered items 1/25/25. Emailed Medilisk that I wanted to return tinnitus items as I spoke with ENT and she said it would not help. I emailed Company on 2/15/25 and was told that, because items were discounted, I could not return them but had the option of purchasing other items at 30% off or receive partial refund.
