    I ordered one product from this company, Medilisk, on Jan 31, 2025...charge was by Prime Commerce, for a total of *****. I have never received this product. was sent shipping notice, but it has shown only label prepared Feb.5th,2025 . Then on Feb.14, 2025 I was again charged $29.95 for " Health Rewards"? whatever that is? I never ordered Health Rewards. I'm out $62.91 without ever receiving ANYTHING from this company. I believe this is targeting of elderly seniors with products geared to them. I wish a full refund of all charges. (Seller info Prime Commerce ..************)

    Ordered tinnitus meds on January 23, shipping information was sent. Ive been tracking the package and says a card has been left for me to pick up, but I have not received anything, also, got charged on January 23 for additional $44.41 and February 24 for $43.64. I only placed an order once for the medication and did not agree to any membership. I am not able to reach them, but would like to get a full refund and cut all ties with this place.

    On February 1, 2024 I placed an order with a company on line called Medilisk for $60.96. I I was then billed for $29.95 on my credit card for a membership which I didnt approve. I emailed them Feb 15, 2025 and they responded that they successfully cancelled my membership. Today they withdrew another $29.95 from my account for the membership which they said they cancelled. I have emailed them again but no response yet.Thank you for any help Regards *****

    I had ordered a product from Medilisk--Hearing Restoration Spray. I had used it as directed for 3 weeks with no response. The company stated a Satisfaction Guaranteed to return within 30 days if not satisfied. I emailed the company 2/24/25 asking for the return address to send the product. I was told that this product was discounted and that I would not receive a refund for the remaining products. Initially, I had ordered 2 spray bottles and the next step came up that to upgrade to 3 bottles and it stated that it you go back to the previous screen it would double the order. So I continued to not get a double order. This total was 5 bottles which I did not want but I didn't go back to previous screen for a double order. As stated earlier, it stated to return within 30 days if not satisfied. Did not mention of the discounted amounts. This was misinformation. As stated, I did email the company 2/24/25 and the representative stated they would not refund for discounted products and she offered me a 30 % discount for another product of theirs. And I could "GIFT" the remaining bottles to anyone. If it didn't work for me, then I ASSUME it wouldn't work for anyone else. I have seen the complaints since about this company. I did use 1 bottle, so I am asking for a refund of $69.00 for the 4 remaining bottles to ship back. As stated, the website stated SATISFACTION GUARANTEED within the 30 days. I ordered on 1/19/25 and received on 1/3025. I have the documentation showing the dates. Again, I am asking for a refund of $69.00 for the remaining bottles, which the representative stated I could not return them due to they were discounted items. This was not in the statement.
