    I previously ordered two products from ********. The first on Jan 17, 2025, for $70.91 and second order on Feb 3, 2025 for *****. Products do not cure ailments as company says. On Mar. 3, 2025 they took ***** from my account with no notification of purchase. I want refunded for all. That company has no phone number and since it took two weeks to receive both products, I would assume products came from ******, their business of record.

    On January 24th I purchased clear spray and chest patches from Medilisk for $78.95 with 60 day refund guarantee. I finally received it on 8th of February. Do to *** order I emailed Medilisk asking the procedure how/where to ship return for refund. All I was told is to send back to warehouse but I would be responsible for return cost(which I was ok with) along with tracking information. I sent one more email on the 12th about return address and she sent this link No where did I see a return address ******************************* ****************************** and never got direct answers just confusion and contradictions so to avoid giving them to use the excuse that I passed the dead line for return, on February 17th I just sent it back to address on the package along with tracking infro. It was delivered on February 21st at 9:26am. I reached out to provide the proof of delivery and inquiring about refund. On February 22nd after I already returned it and was delivered they respond with (we understand you want to return your order here is the address. I responded please issue the refund **** guaranteed when they receive shipment.I sent emails and finally on March 2rd they ask me to provide proof of purchase and the means I used to return package which was all on the shipping label. I resent what they asked for. Finally one day before the 30 days expires they respond that they cannot and will not be refunding **** have all the emails sent and received if needed and hope I can receive some closure from your office on this nightmare.Sincerely,***** *****

    I ordered a product from medilisk February 5, I checked in on it a month later, it still hadnt shipped so I requested a refund, where my request was ignored. I have asked specifically again, they reply that it was lost and will send another one, I do not wangg to another one. I have no trust in this business or their product and want a refund.

Emailed company regarding refund on 02/07/2025 and has not receive a refund.Would like to receive a refund in the amount of $72.96 refund to my debit card that was originally use to pay for the item.

    I ordered a product that I did receive that went through on 1/13/2025.On 1/2/2025 and on 2/2/2025 I was charged a membership fee of $29.00 for each month in which I never signed up to be a rewards member w hi h they say sometimes it inadvertently happens. Their phone line doesnt work and the cancellation protocol doesnt load when you push the submit button. I would like a cancellation of the membership and all future orders and hopefully a refund on the membership fee.A second order has been sent automatically in which I havent received it as of yet.

    I originally bought and received a product from Medilisk. Since then I have been charged for two months for what they call Medilisk Health rewards in the amount of $29.95 for a subscription I never requested.     I ordered ear meds in ******** ** card was charged and I received the product, ** credit card got charged again in February, I only placed an order once for the medication and did not agree to any membership or continuing charge. They do not answer their phone. I am not able to reach them, but would like to get the February charge reversed and cut all ties with this place.
