    Last month (in February) I made a one time purchase of a health product from this company. I paid for it using my bank debit card. This month they are charging my bank $29.95 and I do not know what for. I just want them to refund my money back. I have not purchased any membership nor have I ordered any other product from these people. I have called them several times and e-mailed them with no response.

    January 7, 2025 was Initial and only charge.($42.91) that was authorized. That was for ear wax removal spray. I got the product I ordered and all was good.Then on January 24th I got charged $29.95, again on February 24th I was charged $29.95, and yet again on March, 21 they hit me again for $29.95. I have no idea what the hey it's for. I didn't order anything else , have not received anything else. I have no clue what it's for so ------------------I want my money back $89.85, and I want no further charges!!!!Thanks and I hope you can help

    Company guarantees a 100% refund if not satisfied within 90 days and only refunded 50%. Then company proceeded to charge me $29.95 for no product three weeks later and another $29.95 after another three weeks with no product. They state the recurring charges were started when I made the first purchase but nowhere was it stated that this would happen. Since I canceled the product and asked for a total refund this should have canceled everything. This company is obviously a scam and is charging me every three weeks for nothing. Theyre advertising products that appeal to seniors and scamming them with these recurring charges for products that are useless - and then not even sending anything.

    On 3/11/25 I ordered only one bottle of the ear hearing spray for $9.95 and nothing else. They charged me $71.86 and included all these shipping and insurance charges. I called them on 3/12/25 and told them I wanted only one spray for $9.95 and to refund me the other money charged for shipping and insurance charges. On 3/13/25 they refunded me $9.95 and nothing else. I called and told them. They did nothing and I havent received anything.

    On feb20th I saw an add on my *** page advertising Medilisk offering a ear rejuvenating solution. I purchased the product which was advertised at $29.00 the site asked for you Credit Card info. I provided the card number and hit purchase THEN the summary of charges appeared. which totaled an additional ***** for shipping and handling. I tried to cancel order but the site did not allow it. On the summary page they had added Medilisk Health Rewards stating it was free. I had no idea what it was and did not care as I would not be buying any other products from them. I received the product then on my resent Credit Card bill I saw that Medilisk had used the card again for an addition purchase on March 10th for *****stating it was for Medilisk Health rewards that I had not ordered . After a couple of e-mails I saw they intended to bill me monthly ongoing for the Rewards program. After an additional e-mail where I stated I was going to the BBB they stated they would cancel this charge. I do not trust them at all as I found their website very deceptive. After reviewing the BBB site I saw that many people had the same issues. Please feel free to call as questions arise

    Used their product hoping to see improvement of my condition. From the pictures I uploaded, you can see I notified the company by email in their 90 day time line, no hassle guarantee. They keep saying to return the unused product for 50% refund. I have sent numerous emails stating there is no product to send back. Then the last email I received from them on March 15th@ 9:11 PM stated, "We will not require you to return once you accept the 50% refund." My last e-mail sent March 15th. @ 9:21PM telling them I want my no hassle full refund guarantee. They have not responded back since my last email. Please help. *** ********

    On 12/27/24, I purchased a product to improve hearing from Medikisk, ***********************************************, which was advertised as a no questions asked, 90 day, guarantee. This is from their purchase confirmation: If you are not completely satisfied with your product - we are offering you a 90 day money back guarantee. Simply contact our customer support for a full refund or replacement. The product did not work, and I requested a refund via email. I was told I had to send the empty bottles back to *****, and use a service with tracking, in order to get a refund. The cost would have exceeded the price of the $60.96 purchase. They offered me a 50% refund to keep the product which didnt work. This is abusive false advertising, nothing was mentioned during the purchase process regarding sending empty bottles back to *****, and I want a full refund of my payment as advertised. I would be happy to send you the email confirmation with the above guarantee.

    I purchased the Lung Cleansing Spray x3 Medilisk Lung Cleansing Spray ($19 each) x3 Medilisk Lung Cleansing Spray ($19 each) product for $57.00. I received an email from Medilisk saying that I had joined their membership (see uploaded attachment). There was nothing in my purchase that asked me about a membership. The membership includes a monthly charge. I would like for MediLisk to send me email confirmation that they have removed me from the membership and all payment obligations concerning it.
