I purchased a product from this company. Since I was somehow added to their Medilist Health Rewards monthly subscription program. I did not authorize this subscription. On 2/18/2025 I watched a video that Medilisk put out on the internet describing medical use products. I, without thinking ordered an ear product. As soon as I ordered, I notified the company I had to cancel as I cannot put anything in my ears. I have Mnires disease and also tiny ear canals that need a wick inserted by a doctor for anything to go in ears. As soon as I ordered I realized what a mistake I had made. I contacted the company and told them to cancel the order. They told me I could not cancel, and I would have to wait till the product arrived and return it then. There was a 30 day return. I waited for the package and it just did not arrive. I tried calling many times and never had anyone answer the phone. So I began emailing asking where I should send the return when it arrived here for a refund. I was told in an answer email that there would be no refund that it was on sale so no refund! I emailed them. Many times. Always some excuse! The package finally arrived here on 3/6/2025. I emailed again as they said I would have to contact them first to return. I asked if I could refuse the package as it was never opened, for a refund. The post office told me they should, but they said No I would have to return it to their warehouse and I still would not get a refund. Then they gave me an address in ***** to send it to and I would have to pay postage to ***** with no guaranteed refund! So I think this is a scam beyond anything I have ever seen. I want a refund of my $70.91. This company is targeting senior citizens, and cheating people out of money they cannot afford to lose. I have a copy of all Emails sent and received from this company. Then to make matters worse, they said I authorized a payment of $29.95 per month that I never did! These people are targeting senior citizens especially. I have not received the letter from Citi card that they promised to send. I was granted an extension from BBB so that the letter could be received by me from **** stating the investigation was cancelled. I will try to contact them today to insist they send me verification. I had requested time to get the investigation cancelled letter from ******** as they just told me last week they would send a letter stating it was cancelled, but it would take time in the mail. You told me I was granted an extension to get proof from Citi. i never received any letter, and tried again and again to get this resolved. I now found a copy of a letter dated March 7th {3 weeks ago} on their website that I NEVER received in the mail or anywhere stating that this investigation was closed. So now I have proof, but I am 84 years old and not very computer literate. So I need to find someone to show me how to attach the proof I now have. Please keep this open until I can get help! the other thing I noticed in the letter is that they listed the wrong last four numbers of the credit card that was used. Could this be part of the problem why I am getting nowhere with this?

I do not know where to turn or what to do next. I contacted ****** a long time ago already and they said that the review was closed. Now they are showing in review. I have contacted them again, and they sent an email to me that someone would be calling me to get this straightened out. It just seems like Citi and ****** are not on the same page. I do not know at this point whether or not I will continue to do business with either one of them. This has been a nightmare for all involved. I have contacted both of these companies many times regarding this and no one seems to know how to do their job. In my opinion this should be an easy task for them. They have charged me back for the $70.91, and it says from ******. I am now waiting for a return phone call they promised and will advise what they tell me. I sent an email to ********, but found out today that the message did not go through! What I said was that I finally got to speak to someone in security at ******** that promised me she would cancel the investigation, and she would contact the merchant and advise them of this. She also said that she would tell the merchant what they have to do to issue my credit of $70.91 to my Citicard. She also said she would contact ****** and advise them as they also are saying this is still under review. She said she would take care of this also. She did advise me that it will tale 3-5 business days to straighten this out if not more. I certainly want this settled and soon. It is affecting my health. The email I sent to ******** was about my conversation with Citicard, which I am telling you now. I am at my wits end, as I am sure everyone who is involved in this is too. I have been frantically trying to get ****** to cancel whatever they may have going on with this claim. They kept telling me that Citi has to tell them before they can cancel anything they have. I sent a photo of the latest proof that everything is closed at ******** to ******. I received an answer from ****** this morning after they received the proof that they are sorry and will take care of this 1to 5 days from now. That is all I can do. This has been a very bad situation for those of us who are trying to get this settled. I do not know what else I can do anymore. I am sorry for all this trouble. I am 83 years old and not very computer literate so I have trouble trying to send attachments etc. Please accept my apologies. Medilisk; was over month in delving the product, that was ordered. immediatley cancelled the credit card purchase. On March ******* Mesilisk did take $29.95 from my personal checking account. I had not ordered anything. I was in the process of testing/trying out their lung clearing product I did receive from them per my order. As stated, I was in the process of testing the product. While checking my personal checking account I found that ******************** Health had taken another $29.95 from my account without any authorization or order. There was a telephone number listed with the transaction record in my checking account that when called I was told, by recording that due to restrictions attached to their number the call was unable to complete. I ordered a product from Medilisk to improve hearing. I did not sign up for a subscription of the product. They have charged me for another shipment. I have emailed and gotten no response. I tried several times to call but its apparently not a good phone number. ************. I do not want their product and I want the subscription cancelled.Business Response

I ordered a "Lung Cleansing Spray" from MediLisk, and in association with that I saw something added to my receipt called "Medilisk Health Rewards" (Price: Free). I also got a separate welcome email mentioning that I joined Health Rewards. Neither email mentioned that I would have to pay a monthly fee of $29.95. I did not willfully register for any subscription and would not have ordered the product if I knew that there would be a monthly subscription for something.Additionally, while ordering I had noticed that there was no "review information" page, the order was placed immediately.
