    We were considering getting this product but did not finalize the $29 order. The cc bill shows $142.91 withdrawn and there is no confirmation by this company that we ordered. I emailed them but they couldnt find a record of this transaction. I received a package but did not open it.

    December 31, 2024, was initial and only charge. for the ointment I ordered $70.91. This that was authorized by me and paid 1/2/2025. I received another charge on 1/18/2025 for $29.95 &description stated, "recurring loan advance credit card credit". I had not authorized this & notified bank that I suspected fraud. bank issued new card & credited transaction. The bank considered it as possible scam. Now, my account is showing $0.11 charge on 4/1/2025 as a Loan Advance Late Fee. I do not know what this recurring charge was for & on 1/18/2025 & much less why there is late fee. I haven't ordered any other products & have not signed for any type of loan. Please assist in clarifying this situation & eliminating any further charges. thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    I purchased a product from Medilisk called "lung cleansing spray" on March 19, 2025. I did received the product (which was totally ineffective). On March 31, 2025, my credit card was charged $29.95 for what appears to be a membership that I neither knew about, nor consented to. I emailed the company with my complaint. They sent back instructions on how to cancel my membership, which I did. They also said in the email that they would not refund the $29.95. I would like them to refund it.

    i had an identical complaint to one i read about Medilisk charging ***** without an authorization from customer. it seems its a membership. i didnt authorize this therefore i want an immediate refund and cancellation of this membership

    My sister suffers from Tinnitus. I saw this product advertised on the computer. I purchased 3 bottles. There were 2 charges to my *************** Credit card. The one I want refunded is for the 2 unused bottles. Their advertisement says you can return item with 30 days if not satisfied. These herbal products are just not helping my sister. We are being asked to make a video and sent it to them. We are not doing that. There is nothing on their website that says you have to make a video to return product. The product just does not work for her. I have 2 completely unopened and unused bottles of their product that are useless to me. I was told by their email in response to my asking for a refund to give the unused product to family or friends. If the product does not work for us why would I give it to or recommend it to my family and friends. Their refund policy is deceptive. I purchased product on 3 3 2025. I contacted MediLisk on their website on 3 28 2025 which is within 30 days. I tried to call on the phone but calls did not go through. This company is being dishonest. I want my refund. I am perfectly willing to ship back the 2 empty bottles at my cost. I really would like to ship all three back as the product was useless. They did not include and invoice in packaging. But I was billed on the *************** credit card. The 2 totals they charged on 3 3 2025 was one charge for $34.00 and one charge for $47.91. This is very expensive for nothing. It is about $81.00. They are saying the product was discounted. But are not even giving back the discounted price. We are senior citizens please help us. My name is ******* ****.     Ordered a product for $42.91. I was also charged an additional $29.95. I did not agree to a membership or this additional charge. I just received my current month credit card statement and have been charged another $29.95. I have tried to contact them on the phone but cannot get any answer. I want a refund of $59.90 credited back to my credit card.
