I have been charged ***** for two months by Medilisk Health Rewards.I do not recall having subscribed for this service. Approximately 8 weeks ago I ordered a product online through Medilisk ***** an outfit based in ******* (*****..?). The product arrived accordingly. I continue to get my credit card billed at $29.95 a month because they claim I purchased a monthly membership at $29.95 per month upon my purchase. On December 9, 2024, my ****** account was charged $42.91 for a "miracle spray" I ordered to cure my tinnitus. Not monitoring my ****** account too closely, I didn't realize that I was being charged $29.95 monthly starting December 22 and every month thereafter on the 22nd. It was posted as from Prime Commerse. I thought at first this was a charge from my Amazon Prime account. After looking into this further, I realized that I was being charged for some sort of membership I had neither consented to nor signed up for. I have tried calling Medilisk but all I ever get is a busy signal. After reading all the complaints, I, too, want to cancel this useless membership and would like my four charges mounting to $119.80 refunded to my ****** account. I sure wish that I had visited this BBB website prior to ordering from this shady company. I wonder why this company is allowed to do such irresponsible dealings with the unsuspecting public.Business Response

Medilisk's response indicated that they would refund the full 4 month's charges of $119.80. They have only returned only 3 month's of $29.95 each. The months that they have returned are from January through March of 2025. They first charged me $29.95 on December 22, 2024. Why are they not returning this?

I had ordered this spray for my COPD which seemed very promising by the company. It was not at all. At no time did I request to be on a subscription plan to pay them $30.00 per month. In Feb. and now April, and perhaps March. Ive been charged $30.00 each time for ongoing delivery. Fortunately, ****** has cancelled this automatic renewal which I didnt even know about. I am requesting a full refund for all of this useless product. Furthermore, the company called Medilisk is not represented on my invoice as that. I contacted the company via their website and was told that they would only refund 50% of the purchase price or that I could return it to their only warehouse located in ***** and the refund would take some time to get to me after it was received. It would cost me $20 to ship to ******I don't know if you could do anything about this, and I might have to just accept 50% of the purchase price, but I wanted to make this business practice known. I purchased the lung spray which I paid approximately $70. plus subscriptions adding up to over $100. Subscriptions which I did not ask for. My pulmenologist and oncologist told me Not to use this product. I emailed company to return the item and why I was enrolled for a subscription. they wouldn't accept my return un less I sent it to *****. ( the site said it can be returned "No questions asked" ) the item was never open and in the original mailing envelope which is un opened .Nowhere in the website did it say anything about ordering from *****, or returning it to *****. They post an 800 phone number to call, it was busy for days, obviously off the hook. I got an email back, with no answers to the questions that I asked. They offered me 30% and keep the item, which is unacceptable. They have their business in *************, I received my order from ********, ********. Whereby not funds were accepted by them. ***** i contacted my credit card company to research the 4/8/2025 $29.99 charge. FACT the charge in fact did go through and they have NOT received any refunds from Medilisk. Per my request the card has been replaced. They can no longer charge me at their whim.
