      I had a deposit was supposed to go to the wallet address and they told me in order to receive the deposit I had to make a 15 percent deposit to my wallet which I did .**** I make the deposit they emailed me saying they received the funds and were processing it.and **** it completed they stole my money and sent it back to where I had payed another **** to have it withdrawn to the bockchain app.they must be ************** for them to send it back to whomever.im out 15,352.they have me there word once I made the upgrade I could receive my funds.they lied please help me .the happened on December 23 and 24 .my family didn't get to have Christmas because of this.thank you

      I have more screenshots of where they sent back the funds to *******************and now there saying they are going to delete my account in two days because of inactivity.and I won't ever have a chance to get my funds back.these two companies must be in this scam together.please help me I have several more screenshots of how they've pushed me back and forth but never actually let me withdrawal anything.

      My bank SOFI recently said that all crypto accounts were being transferred to Blockchain.com. I went through the migration process and setup my account and password using a password manager. My password did not save in the password manager. I unexpectedly closed out the Blockchain.com open window and then tried to reset my password. Blockchain.com was asking me for a recovery phrase which I do not have because it was not part of the account setup. Support is telling that all funds in my wallet may be lost if I do not know my password or recovery phrase. If this recovery phrase was as important as it is, why isn't it a mandatory part of the account setup process. Losing all my funds less than five minutes after my account was setup is unacceptable. There's no way they can't see my account and/or see the account that transferred from Sofi.

      On November 1, 2023. I purchased $1,100 in bitcoin on the site. I then attempted to send the money to an online gaming site that I use regularly. Blockchain blocked my transaction and has been holding my money "in review" ever since. I've reached out to them on multiple attempts. The go weeks in between their responses to me. The state the transaction was suspicious, so they asked me to provide proof of income, proof of wealth and all of my bank statements for month. I thought this was over the top, but I complied. Then they asked me questions about specific transaction within my bank statements. Again, I thought this was very intrusive, but still complied. Since then, they have not responded at all no matter how many times I've reached out. At this point I feel they have no intentions of releasing my funds. I've done nothing wrong and simply use their site to receive discounts and bonuses I get for using crypto to pay. I have been contacting them through a support ticket number, Ticket #*******. I simply feel like they are bullying me and want my funds released to me so I can leave their site for good.

      June of 2022 I invested $2500 and I have gotten some of it and then they blocked my account and then I had it reopened. They wanted me write all these numbers were for the actual price of the bitcoin. Now they have disabled the features so I am not able to transfer money to different accounts if I do so they charge me for it. I want all my money back in the amount of $1475.65. I have been trying to get my money since June of 2022.

      Iam owed ***** dollars by this company theyve locked my bitcoin account for no reason Ive tried everything to contact these people Ive tried to email them call them email support Im deposited money using theyre service and have been denied to withdraw my own person funds and they used excuses such as the government requires them to lock the funds on the account until I prove where the funds came from once I did theyve keep coming up with excuses and trying to water down the situation when its all about me getting my money and been about me getting my money

      I transferred cryptocurrency of $4000 value to my account. Blockchain locked my funds and said I can't access that wallet and to contact support. I contacted support over 7 months ago, and got told they were looking into it. I replied straight away, no answer. I kept replying to the conversation every few days - still no reply. I made no tickets that got a reply right away saying they're processing my request, and made other tickets and followed up the original ticket frequently. About 30 messages later and 7+ months , my money is still no where to be found, with no explanation.It's funny as the app literally says to contact support and then support just ignores me

      Blockchain has stolen money from me. I tried to send Bitcoin from my Blockchain wallet to another wallet and the funds are not in my account and the system has been showing pending now for almost 2 days. No one will respond back to me. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone.

      This company is putting peoples funds on hold requiring proof of source funds. Just look at the reviews here and on any other website. After sending multiple emails with tons of personal information they will still not process my transaction. Bank statements,paystubs, more bank accounts they still will not release my funds. I will be filing a complaint with the nmls as I notice they wont even respond to complaints with the BBB

      September 10th 2023 - I submitted a wire of $8000 to blockchain, it was put on hold from blockchains side until I provided documents of source of funds and such, they lifted to hold and I withdrew my funds.September 22nd 2023 - I have initiated a wire of $14,000 to blockchain, it was put on hold, which makes no sense because we have already provided documents for the last hold, however we still complied and passed on the documents. They then asked for invoices (including our customers personal information) which we had to deny for customer safety and privacy reasons.Since then they have told me they are working internally to resolve this, with no timeframe at all. It has been several weeks and we demand a resolution.I have wired $8000 to blockchain and they put a hold on my account, asked for documents, which I provided and then they released it. Now I've wired $15,000 and they put a hold again, I've provided documents and now they want invoices from my customers personal information, which I am not allowed to share. I have provided more than enough information to show my source of funds. I gave my bank statement and paypal transactions, both which are relevant to the $15,000 wire. Now they are telling me the following "This matter has been referred for internal review. This review follows a strict regulatory process and no timeframe can be provided but we are prioritising this matter and will email you at the earliest opportunity once a resolution has been confirmed. Please remain patient, we will be in touch soon."

      Original transaction date - 1/7/2022 Amount $40.00 After making a deposit to purchase a crypto currency, my account was claimed to have been compromised. I was given a set of instructions to recover the funds into a new account. I have emailed the support agent back after completing the requested steps. I have not recieved a personalized response to any of my numerous attempts at contact nor attempts of escalation.On roughly the 1st of September 2023 my account was switched to a defi only account. My funds are still being held by the company despite my several request to release the funds to **** would like full restitution of the $40 either throught electronic transfer or paper check mailed.
