      Blockchain is a crypto trading business. I originally had an account with SoFi that I liked a lot but SoFi sold off their crypto asset accounts to blockchain since then I have been unable to have any of my money withdrawn from my account. They are able to receive money from accounts buy they wont allow me to withdraw money from my account back to my back account. They have no phone support/customer service to help resolve any issues. This business seems shady from the beginning and as of now all I want is my money returned to my account I first had around **** now Im down to ****. I need serious help with getting my refund and pressure applied to this business. I believe they tie up accounts so customers can not withdraw funds. Please help

      The issue has been resolved with a lot of time and frustration.. because blockchain makes it harder than what it should be to transfer money out of your account. I believe this is done intentionally because they keep posting its temporarily down.. its never been working ( the ability to withdraw funds directly from your blockchain account and send back to your bank) they will gladly accept any funds from your bank account and if they can accept the funds why cant they return funds ( in reverse) I feel this is very intentional so that people can not withdraw funds quickly and then keeping more peoples money hostage making blockchain stronger that what it actually should be. I think there needs to be a deep investigation into blockchain and there needs to be transparency on their end. They should receive negative attention and publicity for their lack of efforts to make things better.

      Blockchain.com froze my crypto wallet on October 30th, 2023 for no reason and then took all one thousand dollars in Litecoin and Bitcoin from it. Communication about why my account was frozen and the status of it was few and far between for what is coming on the 5 month ***** I have requested to remove my funds and delete my account but the continue to keep my money away from me. One support staff has told me multiple times that I would be getting my crypto back and to send them a LTC wallet address for them to send it to. I provided this address twice and both times they claimed there were technical issues when no such thing exists. They are stealing from hundreds of others just like me. Ive found people on ****************** Reddit, etc. who all are in the same situation as I am because blockchain.com are nothing but thieves. I want help in getting them to return my 1k in crypto so I can pay my bills. That is a lot of money to me.

      To Whom It May ******** I had an account with SoFi. However, they were closing my account, and I was given an option to withdraw or use blockchain.com. I decided to open a new account with ********************** as of December 19th, 2023. Unfortunately, blockchain.com has a lot of negative reviews and no phone number for customer service. When I tried to withdraw my funds, I discovered that the withdraw option was unavailable at blockchain.com. Despite receiving the same automated response multiple times, I was unable to speak to anyone for an explanation. Many others have had the same experience. All I want is to withdraw my money and move on, but blockchain.com is not cooperating with my requests. I attempted to withdraw some funds using the wire transfer option on my wallet. I followed the instructions given, which were to log in, select US dollars on the homepage, click on 'withdraw', select my linked bank account, and then click 'next'. However, at step three, I received a message stating that withdrawals via linked bank accounts (ACH) were unavailable at the moment and to use either wire or crypto withdrawals instead. Therefore, I filed a formal complaint with the ************************* but no action has been taken yet. I need your help. My email is ***************** Thank you for your assistance. NMLS ID# ******* the partner they selected for their clients to serve as new cryptocurrency wallet. Presumably saying due to the law restrictions for residents of the **************. They (blockchain) can support crypto.Dec 20, 2023 Transfer Out BTC $160.19 Completed AccountCrypto Status Completed Date Dec 20, 2023 Destination Amount $160.19 Shares ********* They (blockchain.com) created instruction oh how to withdraw money to ACH using web site, but keep on saying there is no option for ************* users to use it other than Android or iOS app. But in reality just mocking people and artificially create barriers and blockers for money withdrawal.******************************************************************************************************************** I attached my **** of America ACH (American clearing house) checking account in order to withdraw my money the very interesting things have begun Inability to withdraw money and made up issues without actual solving the issues, or providing arguments or comments why the withdrawal is not possible Also they suggest to convert dollars into bitcoin and send bitcoin to another wallet. Bt after buying bitcoins you will reveal there is no send to another external cryptocurrency wallet option. This is purely scum Buy the way this company blockchain.com is closely affiliated to the so fi bank - in the whole schema looking very very suspicious. This is just pure money theft.       On September 19th 2023 I contacted ***** who is the customer service representative for me and asked that my ***** dollars be refunded to me by blockchain and was told my account was in review. It's been 4 months since then and the company still has not refunded my ***** I want my refund it's my money they have no ****** to keep it. Thank you for your help and assistance in this matter.       I had a deposit was supposed to go to the wallet address and they told me in order to receive the deposit I had to make a 15 percent deposit to my wallet which I did .**** I make the deposit they emailed me saying they received the funds and were processing it.and **** it completed they stole my money and sent it back to where I had payed another **** to have it withdrawn to the bockchain app.they must be ************** for them to send it back to whomever.im out 15,352.they have me there word once I made the upgrade I could receive my funds.they lied please help me .the happened on December 23 and 24 .my family didn't get to have Christmas because of this.thank you

      I have more screenshots of where they sent back the funds to *******************and now there saying they are going to delete my account in two days because of inactivity.and I won't ever have a chance to get my funds back.these two companies must be in this scam together.please help me I have several more screenshots of how they've pushed me back and forth but never actually let me withdrawal anything.

      My bank SOFI recently said that all crypto accounts were being transferred to Blockchain.com. I went through the migration process and setup my account and password using a password manager. My password did not save in the password manager. I unexpectedly closed out the Blockchain.com open window and then tried to reset my password. Blockchain.com was asking me for a recovery phrase which I do not have because it was not part of the account setup. Support is telling that all funds in my wallet may be lost if I do not know my password or recovery phrase. If this recovery phrase was as important as it is, why isn't it a mandatory part of the account setup process. Losing all my funds less than five minutes after my account was setup is unacceptable. There's no way they can't see my account and/or see the account that transferred from Sofi.

      On November 1, 2023. I purchased $1,100 in bitcoin on the site. I then attempted to send the money to an online gaming site that I use regularly. Blockchain blocked my transaction and has been holding my money "in review" ever since. I've reached out to them on multiple attempts. The go weeks in between their responses to me. The state the transaction was suspicious, so they asked me to provide proof of income, proof of wealth and all of my bank statements for month. I thought this was over the top, but I complied. Then they asked me questions about specific transaction within my bank statements. Again, I thought this was very intrusive, but still complied. Since then, they have not responded at all no matter how many times I've reached out. At this point I feel they have no intentions of releasing my funds. I've done nothing wrong and simply use their site to receive discounts and bonuses I get for using crypto to pay. I have been contacting them through a support ticket number, Ticket #*******. I simply feel like they are bullying me and want my funds released to me so I can leave their site for good.
