      I have requested numerous times since 13 January regarding my withdrawal of my funds, and requested the status update on ticket # *******. Since I placed my withdraw request on 13 January, as of today, Blockchain continues to hold my withdrawal ($2621.00) request to my approved linked account (PENFED).       I made a purchase for ETH on the Blockchain.com app without any issues and instantly. Then I try to send my crypto out and they want to keep my transaction pending. I started contacting them and about an hour later I get an email saying that it looks like I am using a vpn and that they need to know information to protect me. First off, if my vpn was an issue they shouldn't have let me made the purchase to begin with. Not allowed me to make the purchase and then pulled out all the stops just to hold onto my crypto as long as they can. almost 3 hours later, I answered all of their questions and spammed them to please send my crypto and they still haven't sent it. This is a tactic to illegally take control over our crypto.

      Went to the company online, (blockchain.com) verified myself, and purchased $1200.00 worth of cryptocurrency. Immediately they had another review stating they would contact me with funds available. They have not contacted me and I have sent over 35 messages to their support system with no results. The original attempt of purchase was on 04 November 2022. No action on their part has been done and I have requested a full refund of monies five times. No response. Need assistance on this issue. Do not want Cryptocurrency but want a refund. Poor to no customer service.

      I sent $1000 of bitcoin to my blockchain wallet on Aug28,2022. Since then I have not been able to withdraw my money and have been given the runaround. I have verification that i have attached with correspondence from their support that my bitcoin was received by blockchain.com. But it was not deposited into my wallet .I want my money.

      I submitted a withdrawal of $1602.87 from this companies application on Nov. 1st at 8am and was told to wait up until 5 business days. It is now Nov. 20 and I have not yet received my funds. I have contacted them numerous times about it and have just been told to wait for the appropriate team to contact me. This to me is unacceptable as I am stuck in the dark with no answer as to why my funds are being held.

      Date of Transaction: August 26th 2022 Amount of money paid: ********** ETH Value August 26th- $567.95 Value today- $419.74 What the business committed to provide me- Blockchain is a cryprocurrency wallet and exchange platform. I stored crypto assets using their platform and they committed to being a safe place to store them while allowing me to withdraw and send the funds to other cryptocurrency exchanges to be able to convert the funds to USD or other cryprocurrencies or withdraw the funds to a bank account.Nature of Dispute: All of this is related to the cryptocurrency called Ether or ETH. They have not allowed me to withdraw my funds since August 26th 2022. They have 2 ways of storing crypto on their platform, one is using the private key wallet and one is using the trading account which allows you to sell and exchange cryptocurrency. To be able to withdraw the funds you must have the crypto stored in the private key wallet. If they are in the exchange wallet, you are asked to transfer the funds from the exchange wallet to the private key wallet and then you are able to withdraw or send to a different platform. So I transferred my ********** ETH from the trading wallet to the private key wallet hoping to withdraw them to a different exchange and convert to usd. However, when I sent the funds to my other wallet the transfer was put under review by blockchain.com and has been under review since that date, August 26th 2022. I have reached out to them to no avail and have received no information or resolution as to why they won't release my funds. It's been months now.Whether or not the business has tried to solve the problem: No, I've just been told that someone will work on it eventually and it's been months.Transaction ID for the transfer is as follows: aa67ad0e-f683-4dba-bb02-9c2b77e9a12c I would like my initial worth of $567.95 refunded to me as that was the worth of my assets the day I wanted to sell them and they blocked me from doing so.

      I have sent bitcoin to blockchain, approximately $4700 I was able to withdraw about $1000 the first day, on the 28th or 29th of October. i've been trying to re-verify my ID to no avail. I keep sending support request, that keeps sending me in circles. this has caused me to miss my dads funeral, and on the verge of being evicted. I can see my funds in my account, but not able t do anything with them. because the account is not verified. I try to re-submit the documents, but it won't allow me to do so. Also they have no phone support, i found a live chat one time, but not to the right department, that could help me. they keep telling me to wait a little longer, then close the ticket as solved. I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

      Blockchain claims suspicious activity on my account Provided 0 evidence Locked my account I was instructed to open and verify a new wallet. (Which i did) so my $ could be transferred I did that weeks ago. Ive emailed them more than 30 times. Often with zero response and when I do receive a response, they have not answered any of my questions or addressed any of my issues.

      A $1200 transaction was made from my Chime account to blockchain.com. Theyve acknowledged it was a scam but refuse to refund my money.
