      Blockchain received a crypto transfer from Stonkavatrade.com through a ********************************* as broker and will not unlock my account for me to retrive my money. They owe me over $270,000 now after paying a 7% and 5% fee they said they required. My account remains lock and they willl not attend to contact me or work out any arrangements

      i signed up for the Blockchain rewards and was later accepted in i had received airdrops from this program and on aug 31st 2022 i was awarded ***** stack tokens from the program at the time it was valued at ***** dollars i did not receive the tokens so i contacted customer service and was basically told 3 different stories just to be told on the fourth story my email was a fake and it did not come from Blockchain when I prove that it had they told me no such program exists

      On 3/2/23 I deposited **** in the amount of *********** to my Blockchain.com **** Wallet. I then proceeded to sell the **** at a 1:1 ratio for *** also on 3/2/23, whereas I initiated a withdrawal of ***$9,733.63 from my Blockchain.com account on 3/2/23 to my linked Bank checking account KeyBank, N.A. x3021 for the above referenced amount. The Transaction ID: ************************************ with Blockchain.com referencing the *** ACH withdrawal. It is now 3/13/23 with NO receipt of funds in my bank account. I have been on Blockchain.coms live chat numerous times whereas before 5 business days, nothing can be done. Then they escalated my issue to the relevant ***** and a ********************* Support Ticket #: ******* responded to me directly stating that my ACH withdrawal was still processing and to contact him if I dont receive the funds by 3/14/23. I will NOT receive it tomorrow as it has not even been processed to be sent. Ive been told the relevant team is aware of the issues and they are working on it. Support via live chat has limited information and no access to my case as stated by them to me. I have no idea exactly what is causing this severe delay as today, 3/13/23 is 9 business days since withdrawal was initiated, and still no funds have been deposited into my KeyBank account ending x3021. I have sent a few more emails to ******* at Blockchain.com with no reply as of yet Im looking for a resolution that Blockchain.com processes my ACH withdrawal to KeyBank x3021 in the amount of $9,733.63 *** immediately, or reverses the funds back into my Blockchain.com *** wallet for buying Bitcoin to withdraw off their platform. This delay is causing me significant harm and anxiety at this time.

      I have requested numerous times since 13 January regarding my withdrawal of my funds, and requested the status update on ticket # *******. Since I placed my withdraw request on 13 January, as of today, Blockchain continues to hold my withdrawal ($2621.00) request to my approved linked account (PENFED).       LIKE MANY OTHERS HAVE STATED THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING CUSTOMER'S MONEY LIVE CHAT IS 100% USELESS. THEY SAY ONCE YOU HIT SEND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING YET THEY HAVE MY ACCOUNT FROZ AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY

      I made a purchase for ETH on the Blockchain.com app without any issues and instantly. Then I try to send my crypto out and they want to keep my transaction pending. I started contacting them and about an hour later I get an email saying that it looks like I am using a vpn and that they need to know information to protect me. First off, if my vpn was an issue they shouldn't have let me made the purchase to begin with. Not allowed me to make the purchase and then pulled out all the stops just to hold onto my crypto as long as they can. almost 3 hours later, I answered all of their questions and spammed them to please send my crypto and they still haven't sent it. This is a tactic to illegally take control over our crypto.

      Went to the company online, (blockchain.com) verified myself, and purchased $1200.00 worth of cryptocurrency. Immediately they had another review stating they would contact me with funds available. They have not contacted me and I have sent over 35 messages to their support system with no results. The original attempt of purchase was on 04 November 2022. No action on their part has been done and I have requested a full refund of monies five times. No response. Need assistance on this issue. Do not want Cryptocurrency but want a refund. Poor to no customer service.

      I sent $1000 of bitcoin to my blockchain wallet on Aug28,2022. Since then I have not been able to withdraw my money and have been given the runaround. I have verification that i have attached with correspondence from their support that my bitcoin was received by blockchain.com. But it was not deposited into my wallet .I want my money.
