I need to have a personal account closed from a company named Blockchain. I've repeatedly contacted this company trequesting the account to be closed but to no avail. They keep telling me that they will refer me to another department and get back to me later. I had bitcoin come into my blockchain account from an external website (which I have an account with) that was around $2,700 in value on July 6th. After selling all the bitcoin for cash it was around $2,604. I went/wanted/want to cash out the funds to my bank account using the wire fee method. I was told it would arrive by the 11th of July. The very next day I got an email from support stating they are doing a routine check and asked for all this personal information when I've already verified my account fully and provided this information in the past. I provided the information AGAIN in the email but they have yet to respond. After doing extensive research I've read this company is fraud and people have lost money with them and some stating they never even got a reply back. I am now trying to withdraw all my bitcoin to another wallet but it's hold on pending review?My blockchain account is under the email *********************** I would like my bitcoin released to the wallet I'm sending it to or the funds put back into my account so I can cash out the funds to my bank so I can invest my bitcoin elsewhere.Initial Complaint

Blockchain.com offers services related to buying, selling and trading crypto currency. Blockchain.com claims to support USD transfers into and out of their accounts using *** (the US standard for the entire US Banking System). However in practice, they allow deposits with *** but claim withdrawl by *** is broken. ---Nacha (nacha.org) governs the *** Network, the payment system that drives Direct Deposits and Direct Payments with the capability to reach all U.S. bank and credit union accounts. We [Nacha] advance the nations payments system and deliver payments education, accreditation and advisory services.---There is no legitimate reason Nacha would support deposit but not withdrawl. When contacted, Blockchain first told me I needed to make an *** deposit to enable the *** withdrawl process. This seems suspect but may be legit and little risk at $10 to unlock the $50k they're holding. When next contacted, ********** claimed that *** deposits were working but not withdrawls and I was welcome to invest more deeply into their other offerings. ---Blockchain.com is engaging in fraud and holding funds hostage under the guise of "we're working on getting it fixed". ---I will look into getting my funds back onto the *** blockchain and under my own control. On 3/2/23 I deposited **** in the amount of *********** to my Blockchain.com **** Wallet. I then proceeded to sell the **** at a 1:1 ratio for *** also on 3/2/23, whereas I initiated a withdrawal of ***$9,733.63 from my Blockchain.com account on 3/2/23 to my linked Bank checking account KeyBank, N.A. x3021 for the above referenced amount. The Transaction ID: ************************************ with Blockchain.com referencing the *** ACH withdrawal. It is now 3/13/23 with NO receipt of funds in my bank account. I have been on Blockchain.coms live chat numerous times whereas before 5 business days, nothing can be done. Then they escalated my issue to the relevant ***** and a ********************* Support Ticket #: ******* responded to me directly stating that my ACH withdrawal was still processing and to contact him if I dont receive the funds by 3/14/23. I will NOT receive it tomorrow as it has not even been processed to be sent. Ive been told the relevant team is aware of the issues and they are working on it. Support via live chat has limited information and no access to my case as stated by them to me. I have no idea exactly what is causing this severe delay as today, 3/13/23 is 9 business days since withdrawal was initiated, and still no funds have been deposited into my KeyBank account ending x3021. I have sent a few more emails to ******* at Blockchain.com with no reply as of yet Im looking for a resolution that Blockchain.com processes my ACH withdrawal to KeyBank x3021 in the amount of $9,733.63 *** immediately, or reverses the funds back into my Blockchain.com *** wallet for buying Bitcoin to withdraw off their platform. This delay is causing me significant harm and anxiety at this time.
