      Dear BBB,My name is Do An ****, and I am submitting this formal complaint regarding Blockchain.coms continued retention of my funds for several months without a legitimate reason or proper process.On January 10, 2021, I transferred assets equivalent to approximately 5 ETH to Blockchain.com. Over the past year, I have repeatedly contacted the exchanges support to withdraw my funds but have not received assistance. I have complied with all requirements from the exchange to complete KYC verification, and recently the exchange emailed me agreeing to transfer my funds to a wallet address I specified. I followed all their instructions; however, it has now been more than 10 days without any response, despite multiple follow-ups. No estimated timeline, specific issues, or documentation have been provided.This vague and indefinite delay has caused severe financial hardship and raises serious concerns about fair treatment, transparency, and accountability under consumer protection standards and financial regulations. I believe the prolonged withholding of my funds may constitute unjust enrichment, violations of AML/KYC transparency standards, and potentially financial misconduct.I respectfully request the following:Immediate regulatory intervention to compel Blockchain.com to release my funds or provide a clear, lawful justification for the continued restriction.A comprehensive investigation into Blockchain.coms compliance procedures related to customer account restrictions.Thank you for your urgent attention to my case.Sincerely,Do An Ninh

      I am a user from ********* who lost a significant amount of cryptocurrency due to unauthorized withdrawals from my Blockchain.com wallet. These transactions occurred without my authorization despite all my security measures being active. I immediately contacted Blockchain.com support (ticket #*******) and provided detailed evidence, including screenshots of the unauthorized withdrawals and login attempts. However, their replies have been automated and generic, without any real investigation or resolution. In ********* there is no local authority that can directly intervene in this type of international financial dispute, so I am filing this complaint through the BBB as the only available channel to request accountability. This incident has caused me serious financial loss and distress. I am requesting that Blockchain.com be required to provide a full investigation and explanation of how the unauthorized access and withdrawals occurred, as well as take responsibility for compensating the stolen funds.

      I purchased crypto bch and submitted a withdrawl and it has been pending for a week now when it usually is instant . I have spoken with support numerous times and being told they are diligently working to resolve the issue but they are not. Under the terms and agreement it states a maximum hold of 7 days may occur for security measures but I have verified my account and they have already taken the money out of my account and are refusing to send the crypto or issuing a refund back to me

      On 8/6 I attempted to buy a small amount of bitcoin on their site. They claim my debit card was rejected a number of times yet I contacted my credit union and they told me their was no withdrawal request. I then tried to send a small amount of bitcoin ($36) and I had to go through a photo id, etc verification. This didn't complete until the following morning. I transfered a small amount of money ($30) from my bank account which they took but froze. Later in the day I received some bitcoin and then tried to transfer it. The transfer started but it never completed. It shows as pending to this day. I tried to transfer the remainder of my bitcoin to ******** and that transfer continues to be pending. Finally I got an email from them demanding a picture with an id and a bunch of other stuff. I had already given them a picture and id two days ago. I finally told them to cancel the transactions and close the account. They just keep demanding the other stuff.

      On July 12, 2025 at 2:59 AM, I initiated a transaction from my Blockchain.com wallet, sending cryptocurrency out. The transaction never completed. Instead, it was placed under manual review with no clear explanation, no alert, and no guidance from Blockchain.com ********** has now been 8 full days, and my funds remain locked. I have received no emails, no warnings, and no official notification that the transaction would be flagged or reviewed. During this time, Blockchain.com continued to allow incoming funds into my walletdespite my outgoing transaction being blockedwithout any transparency that there was a compliance issue or technical problem in effect.This creates a false sense of functionality. I was under the impression everything was operating normally, and only discovered the hold when checking the transaction manually. The platform did not warn me or communicate that I was under any kind of compliance or manual restriction.I have submitted support requests and verified my identity through their KYC process already. Still, no communication or resolution has been offered.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Blockchain.com for ongoing unethical and negligent behavior relating to my account and funds held with them.More than two years ago, Blockchain.com withheld my funds without valid justification. Despite my repeated attempts to contact their support team via email, help tickets, and online forms, I was met with complete silence. Over this prolonged period, they consistently failed to provide any explanation, support, or resolution regarding my locked funds or the status of my account.Only after over two years of inaction, Blockchain.com initiated what appeared to be a resolution by stating they would return my funds. However, rather than resolving the issue, they chose to lock my account entirely and have since resumed ignoring all further communications. To this day, I am still unable to access my funds, and they have provided no meaningful follow-up or resolution.This conduct is unacceptable for a financial services platform and raises serious concerns about Blockchain.coms handling of customer funds, transparency, and customer support operations.       I'm extremely disappointed with Blockchain, which has been holding my Bitcoins for over two years and doesn't allow me to make any transactions. I've contacted support MANY times and never received a response. What they do to their customers is a STEAL, from what I see online. I just want to withdraw my money and cancel my account with them. Why is this so difficult? Thieves!

      I submitted a Bitcoin withdrawal request on Blockchain.com on July 8, 2025, and the funds have not been released. The transaction remains Pending.
