      For several years, I deposited 2 ETH and $300 into the blockchain account, but it was directly restricted. The customer service said that my information could not be verified, so the money I deposited was transferred back to me. But he hasn't returned the money to me. He has promised me several times.

      I hold bitcoin with Blockchain.com. Their app offers the option to convert it to USD which I did. After doing so I discovered the funds are locked given their process that requires further onboarding- which I was happy to do and as I explained them multiple times I am a US resident, with SSN and all required info. I reached out to support on May 14th, they ran me through hoops trying to revert the funds back to BTC- I opened new users, provided my SSN, my personal info and every piece of information they required. Since two weeks ago they have completely ghost me. Their support is ignoring my simple request to revert my funds back from USD to ***. They are not cooperative, and I explained I need to use these funds. Originally when I did the conversion- at no stage did Blockchain.com tell me that this will happen, I am spending hours on hours to get in touch with them, let alone loosing interest on the funds etc. They are making it difficult on purpose to receive answers. I also tried calling their so call support line and there is no one to answer. Their system is not working it keeps sending errors and I am unable to release the funds. I attached my entire conversations with their support team- you can see they are ignoring my requests and that I cooperated with every request.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with Blockchain.com regarding funds that have been placed on hold. I have been using Blockchain.com to send cryptocurrency, and recently they flagged one of my transactions, requesting that I verify my identity. I complied with their request and completed the identity verification process. Following this, I was asked to answer a series of questions, which I have done.However, in their last communication, my email was blocked, preventing me from responding. I have opened a support case with Blockchain.com, but their representatives informed me that I must reply to the original email that is no longer accessible to me. This situation has effectively left me in a state of limbo, unable to access my funds. Furthermore, upon researching online, I discovered that this appears to be a common occurrence with Blockchain.com, leading me to suspect potential misconduct designed to withhold users' funds.I believe this matter warrants your immediate attention, as it involves unfair practices that may be affecting many individuals. I am requesting your assistance in addressing this issue and facilitating the return of my funds.Thank you for your timely consideration of this matter.

      Blockchain took money from my account and put it into "pending" "waiting manual review" but failed to provide any information as to why and will not respond to any attempts to resolve the issue. They have stolen my money, failed to process it and failed to provide information.

      I trade on here and out of nowhere they stopped letting me withdraw my money into my bank account. They did not tell me this was going to happen and are using an excuse that they are investigating me getting ripped off, not them, I told them I knew what happened and I know and do not expect them to pay me back. It affects them in no way whatsoever. I tried to withdraw 150$ a couple weeks ago and paid extra for it to be instantly transferred and just nothing happened. It still says pending and all they need to do is release it I told my account which has already been overdrafted due to them holding my funds, and never telling me ANYTHING! I thought it was an anomaly and I needed money so I tried to withdraw another $150 and paid for it to instantly go into my account and when this one didnt go through days later I contacted blockchain and THEN they told me some rediculous story. They are in the process of stealing my funds right now and already have as far as I am concerned.

      Since I sent in the first information they have restricted my account saying that they could not verify my identity. I passed ID verification and have been a member for about 8 years and they just locked me out of ALL the money I have in the world for NO reason at all but to take it for themselves. I have done research and other people have been ripped off in the same way by this company. Little people like me who dont have *******s of dollars they just restrict you without reprisal and then take the money. They STOLE $1500 from me! I had 2 pending. 150$ withdrawals that are now gone and not in my bank account and account is locked and I have contacted support at least 100 times, not exaggerating. Those 150 withdrawals never went to my bank account and are gone.

      This is as far back as they go on my transactions even though I have been a verified member and I am just trying to give you some idea about how many transactions that I have made and withdrawals etc. because I have been verified and doing it for a long time and now they have just been blowing me off for weeks. Have ALL of my money and wont even let me withdraw it and delete their service. They said they were working on something for MY benefit for over 2 weeks and that was all they would say and would not let my pending INSTANT withdrawals that I have done a bunch of times go through. I just want my money please and do not want to have to you through legal channels that will take months or years to get it. All of a suddenly it just said they couldnt verify my identity and locked everything. I have a SS card ID and birth certificate and had to get verified to become a memeber and had to give them some of those things already but they have NEVER asked me for anything at all. I would have just sent it to them, they still have not contacted ME about anything

      I think it is also VERY important to know that what they are saying holds NO water because they allowed me to use my bank account to deposit money and had no issues there but it was not until I tried to do an INSTANT withdrawal (what they are saying about blockchain taking a long time sometimes blah blah blah is HUGE lie, you pay them extra for, and I have many times without issue, for INSTANT deposit) and then all of a sudden they lock my account (for MY safety!! Thats what they said) immediately steal 300$ and I can no longer withdraw trade or do anything EXCEPT use my card to ADD MORE MONEY!!! This says volumes all on its own.

      So I get an email at 1am that I very likely would not have seen tomorrow that said I have 24 hours to withdraw all my funds but luckily I saw it immediately and followed the instructions and paid 26$ for an instant withdrawal and that was over an hour ago. The money is just pending on their end so their first plan to hope I didnt see their completely rediculous email that says they cant even tell me why they are blocking my account failed and I withdrew the money immediately but now they are just not releasing to me and when my account is blocked in 24 hours it will be theres and without your help nothing I can do. Than you (I took the pending picture almost an hour ago but nothing has changed, it should have been instant, I have done it many many times)

      I initiated my instant transfer over 10 hours ago and in less than 12 hours they are going to block me out of my account and steal my money! Please please help me!       I have opened a ticket regarding this more than one month now with Blockchain.com and they never replied me. in my account Earn option is not work. I have funds in earning but ****n't manage or withdraw those funds all are showing as locked option. I attached a screenshot. please check regarding this and let me know,I have to mention, I was in the UK past 2 years and right now I came back to my home country ********** which can be the reason for this, Please check and let me know.

      Will not answer or respond to my 100 emails to prove my identity and crypto wallet turned to DeFi wallet. I have 10 other crypto wallets with other exchanges and never had a problem until this blockchain.com they never reply past the initial email and Ive sent at least 100 emails to resolve this issue. *** also called them and nothing!

      My email was hacked and the hacker was allowed access to my Blockchain Account and my account was emptied. My account had 2 Factor Authentication, I did not lose my laptop, did not share or lose my recovery words, wallet ID or password and never accessed my blockchain account from anyplace other than home. I had only used my blockchain account to transfer $ to / from my bank account. Therefore, no one should have had access to my blockchain account password, wallet ID or balances other than someone affiliated with Blockchain. I have two other crypto accounts that were not affected nor were any of my other banking or brokerage accounts.

      As Blockchain has not responded (as you indicated they may not), suggest / request that you adjust their BBB rating accordingly. As mentioned in my previous communication:  The theft of my money had to be an inside job based on the following facts: I am single and I am the only person that knew my wallet ID, my password, the amount in my account, my 2 factor authentication or the recovery words and I only transferred $ to / from my bank account, i. e. , no other websites.  Also, I only did transfers from my computer and only did it from home - and my computer has not been stolen.  Therefore, I believe the only way possible for my $ to be transferred out of my account after my email was hacked was by someone inside Blockchain. I made a mistake in letting my email get hacked, but my Blockchain account should not have been affected.  Also, my 3 other crypto accounts were not hacked, nor any of my brokerage accounts or any of my bank accounts.  Hopefully, if this information is distributed, no one else will have their $ stolen.

      I had approximately 0.8 BTC on Blockchain.com that I sold on 3/19/25 which translated to approximately $7000 USD. I attempted to transfer that money to my bank account; however, when clicking on that option on their website, it opens a popup with an endless loading icon and won't go any further. I contacted customer service via chat and the opened a ticket (#*******) and was informed that the issue would be looked into. I made several attempts to withdraw my funds on 3/19 and 3/20 with the same result, just an endless loading screen. Two additional communications with customer service via chat resulted in being told that I had already opened a ticket and the issue was being looked into. I called their phone number ***************), the recording says that there are no representatives available to help. A search on ******, Reddit, and the BBB shows that many people have been unable to withdraw funds.
