      I have opened a ticket regarding this more than one month now with Blockchain.com and they never replied me. in my account Earn option is not work. I have funds in earning but ****n't manage or withdraw those funds all are showing as locked option. I attached a screenshot. please check regarding this and let me know,I have to mention, I was in the UK past 2 years and right now I came back to my home country ********** which can be the reason for this, Please check and let me know.

      * around January 2020 * 3000$ on their ******** services * They block my account because I'm russian, because they block all russians according to ** sanctions in 2021. I explained them I live in *** from 2020 and try to provide all information. Their support ignore that messages all that years.* They don't tried resolving, just say automatically messages to me * i can't share information, because can login in my account

      Will not answer or respond to my 100 emails to prove my identity and crypto wallet turned to DeFi wallet. I have 10 other crypto wallets with other exchanges and never had a problem until this blockchain.com they never reply past the initial email and Ive sent at least 100 emails to resolve this issue. *** also called them and nothing!

      My email was hacked and the hacker was allowed access to my Blockchain Account and my account was emptied. My account had 2 Factor Authentication, I did not lose my laptop, did not share or lose my recovery words, wallet ID or password and never accessed my blockchain account from anyplace other than home. I had only used my blockchain account to transfer $ to / from my bank account. Therefore, no one should have had access to my blockchain account password, wallet ID or balances other than someone affiliated with Blockchain. I have two other crypto accounts that were not affected nor were any of my other banking or brokerage accounts.

      As Blockchain has not responded (as you indicated they may not), suggest / request that you adjust their BBB rating accordingly. As mentioned in my previous communication:  The theft of my money had to be an inside job based on the following facts: I am single and I am the only person that knew my wallet ID, my password, the amount in my account, my 2 factor authentication or the recovery words and I only transferred $ to / from my bank account, i. e. , no other websites.  Also, I only did transfers from my computer and only did it from home - and my computer has not been stolen.  Therefore, I believe the only way possible for my $ to be transferred out of my account after my email was hacked was by someone inside Blockchain. I made a mistake in letting my email get hacked, but my Blockchain account should not have been affected.  Also, my 3 other crypto accounts were not hacked, nor any of my brokerage accounts or any of my bank accounts.  Hopefully, if this information is distributed, no one else will have their $ stolen.

      I had approximately 0.8 BTC on Blockchain.com that I sold on 3/19/25 which translated to approximately $7000 USD. I attempted to transfer that money to my bank account; however, when clicking on that option on their website, it opens a popup with an endless loading icon and won't go any further. I contacted customer service via chat and the opened a ticket (#*******) and was informed that the issue would be looked into. I made several attempts to withdraw my funds on 3/19 and 3/20 with the same result, just an endless loading screen. Two additional communications with customer service via chat resulted in being told that I had already opened a ticket and the issue was being looked into. I called their phone number ***************), the recording says that there are no representatives available to help. A search on ******, Reddit, and the BBB shows that many people have been unable to withdraw funds.

      After resetting my account password, my account is blocked and my account balance is showing zero.

      They finally responded last week and asked me to fill out the *** form so they can issue a refund.  However, after sending them the completed *** form they went silent again and they are not responding to my email again.  Can you please follow up with them?

      On November 23, 2022, I deposited 100$ into Blockchain.com to acquire some Bitcoin, which rose in value to over $400. Without notice, they took away access to move my funds because I live in ************ and gave me no solution of withdrawing the money. When I press cash out, it simply doesn't allow me to select my bank, and it doesn't allow me to send the crypto to any other wallets, so my funds are truly locked. I submitted a request less than a year later to the support center on June 13, 2023 which they never got back to me about. I have reached out 5 times since then and still have no access to withdrawal my money. Many of the requests are marked as 'solved' when nothing has been done. This is essentially theft. They provide the private keys to access your wallets for recovery purposes, but don't show the address or key to the Bitcoin wallet that contains my money.

      I reached out to blockchain regarding my inability to send crypto despite verifying my account and submitting all required documents. Support then informed me my account will be suspended and to submit a selfie to have my funds transferred. I complied and havent heard any further communication with support nor was my crypto sent to me. I then received a spam email regarding with information only support a blockchain would know to try and get into my account. I reached back out to blockchain but no prevail.

      Dear **** I have a complain about a deliberate hold on my bitcoin by BLOCKCHAIN. COM On the 29h of January a transaction was made on blockchain.com worth $3097.15 which was equivalent to **********. Blockchain suddenly held the transaction and gave me a fake transaction ID which doesnt show on the blockchain.We later sent a comolain to inquire what happened but the only replies us through their staff ******* and sent this ticket number to us 5755915.Kindly prevail on them to send the bitcoin transaction as this as been a sad experience and it is almost a month now.       18th Feb 2025 My BTC of ***** K was transferred to me by Bitcoin team ( Robinhood Wallet). But It never come to me in my Wallet. On 31st Jan 2025 I withdrew my 46K from my Wallet Account to my Wallet but it got stuck in blockchain. And I had no clue what happened and where my money go. Somehow I figure out there is customer care support ************** and I post my complain there. They said since my Big amount block chain is not open for me hence money didn't get released. Which is more than ***** k. To open the large - amount channel I need to pay 35% of the total assets of my personal account. "The assets you currently need to withdraw are ****** USDT, and the total assets of your account are ****** USDT. Therefore, the verification fee required to open a large-amount channel is ****** USDT (calculated as *******35%). Please pay the verification fee within 5 working days. After the financial staff receives the funds, no additional fees will be charged and the funds will be added to your account balance to automatically open the large-amount channel permission. Subsequently, the funds you withdraw will arrive at your wallet address within 1 hour. "I paid ***** to them and after that also it was not open and they said " Please check your wallet. There is a high probability that there is a problem with your wallet and it cannot obtain blockchain certification, so the funds have been stuck in the blockchain."Dear customer:Because your withdrawal assets: ***** USDT cannot be properly confirmed on the blockchain, you need to provide 20% of the assets in your account for blockchain network confirmation you need to pay 9200 USDT again." I paid this also. They failed again. Again asked for 10K, I paid again. After this on Feb 18th they said my 46K BTC has been transferred to me but it never reached to me. Now they are refusing verifying where is my fund. And I am stuck here. Please help me It's a huge amount. And My more 72K is still there in my wallet account.
