I reached out to blockchain regarding my inability to send crypto despite verifying my account and submitting all required documents. Support then informed me my account will be suspended and to submit a selfie to have my funds transferred. I complied and havent heard any further communication with support nor was my crypto sent to me. I then received a spam email regarding with information only support a blockchain would know to try and get into my account. I reached back out to blockchain but no prevail.Initial Complaint

Dear **** I have a complain about a deliberate hold on my bitcoin by BLOCKCHAIN. COM On the 29h of January a transaction was made on blockchain.com worth $3097.15 which was equivalent to **********. Blockchain suddenly held the transaction and gave me a fake transaction ID which doesnt show on the blockchain.We later sent a comolain to inquire what happened but the only replies us through their staff ******* and sent this ticket number to us 5755915.Kindly prevail on them to send the bitcoin transaction as this as been a sad experience and it is almost a month now. 18th Feb 2025 My BTC of ***** K was transferred to me by Bitcoin team ( Robinhood Wallet). But It never come to me in my Wallet. On 31st Jan 2025 I withdrew my 46K from my Wallet Account to my Wallet but it got stuck in blockchain. And I had no clue what happened and where my money go. Somehow I figure out there is customer care support ************** and I post my complain there. They said since my Big amount block chain is not open for me hence money didn't get released. Which is more than ***** k. To open the large - amount channel I need to pay 35% of the total assets of my personal account. "The assets you currently need to withdraw are ****** USDT, and the total assets of your account are ****** USDT. Therefore, the verification fee required to open a large-amount channel is ****** USDT (calculated as *******35%). Please pay the verification fee within 5 working days. After the financial staff receives the funds, no additional fees will be charged and the funds will be added to your account balance to automatically open the large-amount channel permission. Subsequently, the funds you withdraw will arrive at your wallet address within 1 hour. "I paid ***** to them and after that also it was not open and they said " Please check your wallet. There is a high probability that there is a problem with your wallet and it cannot obtain blockchain certification, so the funds have been stuck in the blockchain."Dear customer:Because your withdrawal assets: ***** USDT cannot be properly confirmed on the blockchain, you need to provide 20% of the assets in your account for blockchain network confirmation you need to pay 9200 USDT again." I paid this also. They failed again. Again asked for 10K, I paid again. After this on Feb 18th they said my 46K BTC has been transferred to me but it never reached to me. Now they are refusing verifying where is my fund. And I am stuck here. Please help me It's a huge amount. And My more 72K is still there in my wallet account.Initial Complaint

I won $417 from an online casino name ************ November 14, 2024. I never received the payment and spoke to several agents. Finally I spoke to a supervisor and she said that the payment was sent to Block chain November 17, 2025. Block informed me that they do indeed see the transaction and stated that they see that I registered to block chain this past Tuesday 2-11-2025 for the first time, however they are saying the funds were withdrawn already. I'm wondering how could this be when I did not know they existed until the slots Garden supervisor told me that's where my funds were sent. Please help meInitial Complaint

My crypto holdings were transferred from a credible online bank (****) to Blockchain in late 2023 when said bank stopped providing crypto management. I migrated my funds per their instructions and I have not seen any in my Blockchain account. they have no live customer service, just occasional email replies that are not fruitful, like "try it again." "Ok try it again." "Can you send us screen shots of it not working." "Try making another account." I'm now unable to login at all. When I go to change my password, I'm told I will receive an email to facilitate this. No emails arrive. This has been going on for many months now. I have been using blockchain.com for purchasing bitcoin since 2020. Recently, I went to remove my money from my account of $1,321 to put in other investments. When I went to do so, it stated I needed a minimum of $25,000 in order to withdraw. I never signed anything saying that there was a minimum to withdraw and when I signed up, I was able to withdraw anytime any amount. I reached out to their chat, and it was a bot so I didnt get anywhere. I decided to reach out by email and they have been ignoring me after repeated attempts. I am now locked out of my account and cant withdraw or do anything with my funds. I decided to do my research on the company and after reading through ******, this company is Notorious for holding peoples funds and locking them out of their ********** starting here hoping this solves the issues but if this is not addressed I will have to go to the media and the ***. I have been a loyal, fully verified user of this website since 2011, when it was ***************. Back in September I received an email that "my request for gold account has been denied". I never applied for a gold account, so I opened my app to see a message that my account is suspended. It also stated it is "defi only, and to message support with wallet addresses for transfer". Unfortunately, aside from their initial extremely vague response, I have not received any other correspondence. I have emailed them multiple times. If I create a new ticket by accident, they respond in minutes telling me that I already have an active ticket and to talk there, but I have received a response in months. Not sure how it is legal for them to do this. At this point I just want my funds sent off the platform, but I can't even do that. I have thousands of dollars in volitile funds locked on their platform and they are causing me to incur massive loss by not being able to access them.Initial Complaint

This occurred on 12/9/24. I sent *** funds to Blockchain address. Funds are not in the account. The wallet ID in my account matches the wallet ID I sent the funds to, and I have screenshots to prove it. The transfer was successful, but my account says 0. ********** says they are trying to resolve the issue but has not responded. I am requesting access to the *** funds I was sent as well as compensation for the decrease in the exchange rate since the funds arrived. It was approximately 7500 in BCH, and BCH has also decreased about the equivalent of 1000 dollars. I am requesting the original 7500 I received because my intention was to sell it immediately. I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my account with **********************, which I have been a user of for nearly four years. Since 2022 I invested approximately $20,000 in ******* through their platform. Unfortunately, my account was frozen without explanation over a year ago, and I have faced significant difficulty accessing my funds.Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have sent hundreds of emails to their support team over the past year, yet I have received no replies. The only response has come through chat support, where I was assured that my funds were safe, but no tangible help was provided. Currently, my account shows a zero balance, and I had previously maintained a balance of $12,500. I have been unable to transfer my funds due to the account being frozen for an extended period, which has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company's practices. I believe that Blockchain.com has engaged in fraudulent behavior, and I am seeking assistance in recovering my funds.
