      I opened an account with Blockchain on Nov. *******. They said that I needed proof of my funds and to provide it to them within 48 hours. I complied with their request, and they still lock the account. I tried to get an updated and they told me be patient. I requested a complete refund, and they refuse.

      This occurred on 12/9/24. I sent *** funds to Blockchain address. Funds are not in the account. The wallet ID in my account matches the wallet ID I sent the funds to, and I have screenshots to prove it. The transfer was successful, but my account says 0. ********** says they are trying to resolve the issue but has not responded. I am requesting access to the *** funds I was sent as well as compensation for the decrease in the exchange rate since the funds arrived. It was approximately 7500 in BCH, and BCH has also decreased about the equivalent of 1000 dollars. I am requesting the original 7500 I received because my intention was to sell it immediately. I can share the screenshots if needed.

      I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my account with **********************, which I have been a user of for nearly four years. Since 2022 I invested approximately $20,000 in ******* through their platform. Unfortunately, my account was frozen without explanation over a year ago, and I have faced significant difficulty accessing my funds.Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have sent hundreds of emails to their support team over the past year, yet I have received no replies. The only response has come through chat support, where I was assured that my funds were safe, but no tangible help was provided. Currently, my account shows a zero balance, and I had previously maintained a balance of $12,500. I have been unable to transfer my funds due to the account being frozen for an extended period, which has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company's practices. I believe that Blockchain.com has engaged in fraudulent behavior, and I am seeking assistance in recovering my funds. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and provide support in reclaiming my money.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

      28 December 2021 purchase 400$27 December 2021 purchase 400$Both purchases were for crypto currency Bitcoin and ************ Bitcoin has risen to all time high and as of this moment I have $1443 in the crypto account known as *********************** have had my account locked unable to withdraw money.       On November 15, 2024, my account with ********************** was suspended without any prior notice or clear explanation. I have been a verified user of the platform for several years, and I had trusted it to securely manage my cryptocurrency funds.1. Date of the transaction: Multiple transactions over the years, with no issues until November 15, ******. Amount paid to the business: Not applicable for this complaint, but my account holds approximately USD ***** distributed along the following cirptocurrency balances: - ********** ETH - ********** BTC - ********** XRP - *********** XLM - *********** NEAR - ************ DOGE - ********* SOL 3. What the business committed to provide: Blockchain.com committed to provide secure cryptocurrency storage and trading services while ensuring access to funds held within its platform.4. Nature of the dispute: My account was abruptly suspended, and despite multiple attempts to communicate with customer support, I have not received a clear explanation of the reasons for the suspension. I provided wallet addresses to transfer my funds as instructed, but there has been no resolution or update.5. Efforts by the business to resolve the problem: The responses from their support team have been vague, and no timeline has been given for the return of my funds.       I have multiple wallets on Blockchain.com and unfortunately I lost access to the email addresses on file. I still have my login IDs and password, however Blockchain.com is requiring that I verify my login via email although I did not set a 2fa. I cannot access email to verify and I don't have any backup keys. Thus, their next step requires that I send in a selfie holding up my passport and a written letter with their instructions. I followed their recovery procedures, providing them with my everything to change my email on my wallet accounts. However, they have not responded since and this had happened on multiple occasions. I need access to my bitcoin wallets and they are preventing me from gaining access to my account.I honestly feel like they are holding my wallets hostage

      My crypto account migrated from SoFi on December 20 of last year. I have been trying to gain access to my account and is being lead around with no resolution. Im being told that the migration wasnt complete. Now Im being told that Im not using the correct password for the migrated account and if I cant remember the password I cannot gain access to the account. There is no recourse. When I do log in I keep getting an error message which does not say that the password is incorrect, theres just no access to the account. Now Im being told that I have to send a screen recording of the log in process. They keep sending me around and around in circles with no resolution.

      This is a crypto app on the app store called Blockchain. They have withheld my money for more than a year now. I've tried contacting them regarding my money being trapped, but they have ghosted me. It seems I'm not the only one. Numerous people have lost thousands of dollars to this company. Their fees are also outrageous. Charging almost half your investment as a fee saying you need to put more money in to take out, and if you do. It just blocks your attempts.

      I have been buying cryptocurrency on blockchain for months now without any *********** February, I tried withdrawing about $1000 in bitcoin in ether, after close observation to see if the transaction will go through, I see it's been stuck under manual review.I have emailed support at blockchain hundreds of times, provided completed requested documentation in order to verify my account.Blockchain said they have decided to close my account, but will still refund the money that I have pending.Since February, after giving them a return bitcoin address to send to that they requested, I have yet to recieve my funds.The current value of my cryptocurrency is about $2000-$2300, which I am requesting back.I have attached the initial transaction, and the countless tickets I've opened with this company in order to resolve this issue, to no avail.I get the same similar answer, there's still investigating, and I'll be notified shortly, I've gotten the same response for months now.Thank you for your help.******
