      I wanted to get familiarized with crypto and buying crypto. I ended up purchasing about five different cryptocurrencies through blockchain.com.Everything was fine for a couple months and then one morning I wasnt able to login. It cited an error with my password.Blockchain.com from that point on gave me the runaround and after a couple dozens emails back and forth, theres no resolution. They now are threatening me saying Im accruing administration fees. So I have no access to my $600 funds so obviously I cant pull those funds and I cant even close my account. Im at a loss and Im hoping you can help me get resolution.Thank ****************

      I had made a $1,000 investment in bitcoin using the SoFi App. Recently, SoFi has gotten rid of their ****** services and migrated all of their ****** customers to Blockchain. I completed all necessary steps of my migration, and did have access to the funds for a brief time via the Blockchain app. There were some challenges due to the address on file not matching what SoFi had on file due to a recent move, but I was able to provide Blockchain with a copy of my lease to confirm my current place of residence. Since completing the migration back in April of 2024, I have been unable to access my investment. Initially, I was informed that providing a copy of my lease to confirm my residence would resolve this issue to no avail. The strangest part of this is the fact that I did briefly have access to my funds -- to see and manage the current value of my investment. 3 months later and Blockchain has informed me that no resolution for the unexplained issue can be found. The only options they are offering me is accept my ****** directly or be paid out in the current market value to my bank account. Neither of these options allows me the autonomy to make an informed financial decision, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability to resolve problems for customers is completely unacceptable and illustrates this financial institutions lack of integrity.I've attached a copy of the email communications back and forth regarding this matter.At the end of the day, I would like them to deliver on the services that they offer and allow me to manage my investments as I see fit, without trying to force me to make an uninformed decision due to their inability to resolve system errors.

      I have had my account locked since December 2022 and have been reaching out through emails for them to verify my identity, they always say we are still reviewing every single time. I even tried it again today and they said i have a open request ticket already (email support) and that was sent a year ago. Ive seen online that this company could help me in this situation so Ill give it a shot. Best regards,*********************.

      It is over 4 months that blockchain.com hold my crypto asset worth over $15k without any explanation. Despite sending several mails still they didnt allow me to move my money from the Trading account to Defi account or even move it out to other crypto wallet.This is the ticket ID ******* that i was given but till now the issue has not be resolved. I just need access to my fund and be able to move it out to other cyrpto wallet.

      I was using blockchain.com on my iPhone via app to send my own money back and forth. I tried to send 4950$ to my brother and they stopped that transaction, they started asking a lot of questions to which I answered immediately however they were replying extremely slow. So today a representative named **** got my answers about me sending money for a cancer treatment and decided to block my account from withdrawing crypto etc. He also asked me to withdraw all my money to usd and send it back to my bank. Its when I realized that they basically stole my money via fees totaling ~600$, I want this money back, more than that I want this company to be closed and personally I wish **** will go to jail or at least fired. This is unbelievable how so inhumane absolutely hateful creatures got into the places to work with other people. This guy is pure evil.

      Dear BBB,I am writing to file a complaint against Blockchain.com. The issue at hand is related to my account *********************** which was registered in 2015. According to the regulations at that time, a lost password for this account can be recovered. However, I am confused as to why I cannot recover my password at this time, and I have never received any notification from Blockchain.com informing me of any changes in the password recovery policy. I strongly request to recover my password!As a long-term user, my account is very important to me and I need to regain access. I kindly request that the BBB investigate this matter and take appropriate action.       I have an account with **************************** is an issue in their side with verifying my identity which has cause $2500 to be held by them that I no longer have access to. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue their staff has yet to try to fix the issue.

      Back on April 18th I sold my holdings with Blockchain.com for a total of $600.41. I went to withdraw the funds and have them deposited into my bank account and was unable to withdraw the funds because the system to deposit into the bank account was temporarily unavailable. I waited over a week and still it was unavailable. I contacted the company through their message system and was informed that the system to deposit money into the bank accounts was going through an upgrade and unavailable. I asked how long it would be unavailable and was told they did not have a time frame but I could withdraw my money via wire transfer. Today 05/01 I went to my bank and had them assist me in filling out the wire transfer form and submitted it. Only to later receive a message from blockchain that the wire transfer failed and they were unable to complete my request. I attempted it again and again it failed. They are refusing to send me a physical check and now I cannot even withdraw my money using the method they said I could use. I cannot even talk to anyone because their representatives are never available.

      Blockchain.com does not answer or return phone calls, I have called dozens of times. They have disabled bank withdraws so you cannot sell the crypto and then withdraw your money into a bank account. They do not offer physical checks for you to receive money from selling your crypto assets. They say that the only way to get your money is to deposit it into a defi wallet and then transfer that crypto to another wallet and withdraw it. There is no way to deposit the crypto into your wallet. I have called dozens of times and sent countless tickets to customer support asking them how I can get my funds out of their system, and they never answer the questions. When they do respond, they send a basic pre-written response over email, and do not give me any information on how to get my funds. Now that I have started raising a stink my account now shows as having $0 in it. Not only have I not been able to withdraw my crypto, now it has disappeared. Something is very wrong here and I need this resolved.

      My cryptocurrency was transferred by SoFi to a company called blockchain.com 2 months ago. This company will not allow me to withdraw my funds to my bank account, they claim bank withdraws are unavailable. I have attempted to transfer my cryptocurrency to the wallet on the app so that I can transfer it out of the app, they will not allow me to. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, they have only responded once, and they did not answer my questions. The information on their website is not applicable to their app. All of the help videos are outdated and do not match the app they currently have. I need this company to answer my requests for customer service and allow me to remove my cryptocurrency from their application.

      The company did respond, but they were not helpful. They did not answer my questions as to why I cannot withdraw my money, or why I cannot transfer my crypto into my wallet to move it to another wallet. They are not allowing me to withdraw my money in any way, shape, or form.
