      I had around $300 in cryptocurrency that I had sitting in my SoFI account. They stopped supporting crypto and migrated everybody's funds to Blockchain.com. When I went to cash my money out. They weren't supporting bank transfers and had no idea when they would be accepting them again. I reached out to their "support team" several times. I just kept getting the same generic response with trouble shooting tips. I had tried everything they told me to and then some. I gave them a month to fix this with no attempt at a resolution on their end. They were literally holding my money from me with no way to get it back. They were no help whatsoever. I ended up spending almost $20 in fees to buy a different crypto and send it to a different DeFi wallet I know actually works. Then spending another $10 in fees on that platform to exchange said crypto back into USDA so that i could withdraw my funds. It was an absolutely REDICULOUS experience!

      On 11/23/2023 I transferred Bitcoin cryptocurrency into Blockchain.com with the intention of converting it to dollars and then withdrawling it to my personal bank account. I went through all their listed steps to do this but after I quickly linked my bank account and tried to do the withdrawl I got an on screeen message saying that the withdrawls were temporarily unavailable??? I contacted their customer support and they confirmed that, but said they were working hard to resolve the issues and would notify me when it is avaialble. It is now 3 months later and there is no hope that they will ever allow me to withdrawl my funds. I believe this is a scam type of behavior and it seems to be happening to alot of people. They will allow deposits to transfer money into Blockchain from the same linked bank account but not withdrawls???

      I had money transferred to Blockchain because it was a way to get money from another company. The other company didn't allow withdrawal directly to a bank or Paypal. I cannot get the money out of Blockchain. I have communicated through many emails, but none of the procedures they have given me have worked. I have sent them email messages saying what happens when I have tried the different methods. I have sent screenshots showing what happens. They just respond by telling me to try procedures I have already tried or with questions (all of which I have answered). Sometimes, It seemed I was on the verge of getting the money sent. However, I would get messages like we can't connect to your bank now.I have also tried calling them using multiple numbers. Sometimes, I am asked to leave a message. One time, I talked to a person who said someone else would call me back. The next day, someone did call me, but that person said another person would have to call me. I never got another call.

      Right now they are holding over 1000$ of my money in crytpo. My account there was recently transferred by SoFi that recently decided to no longer trade crypto currency. I setup 2AF authentication as blockchain.com website advises for seucrity. Then the security codes stopped coming to my phone. Support advised I need to use my backup passcode to get into my account to change my 2AF authentication to use ****** Authenticator instead. I was then flagged to verify my account ID by their system. I sent in the documents. Immediately following I was emailed that it would require manual verification. They don't do anthing. I don't even believe there is anyone working there. I search online and see hundreds of people complaining about the same issue. They won't let me close my account. I am losing money and I believe they are scamming many people. The *** needs to investigate this company.My support ticket with them was opened weeks ago. *******. I want my access restored to get my money from my account or I want it all returned to SOFI to close and settle the balance back to my SOFI account.

      Initial Date: 8/23/2023 - Blockchain requested info on my account to prove wealth. I provided all info and took months to hear back.10/23/23 - I' m informed my account has been closed, without giving me any reason as to why, and to provide btc addresses on where to send my funds. I immediately responded to the message within 4 hours, have sent numerous follow-**** and have had zero response from Blockchain.com in over 2 months. they are currently holding $1,119.23 of my funds that they will not send me, or respond to any of my feedback through their portal.1/10/24: Last update sent to Blockchain.com with no response, they have been holding my funds not allowing me to withdrawal for 5+ months.

      Blockchain is a crypto trading business. I originally had an account with SoFi that I liked a lot but SoFi sold off their crypto asset accounts to blockchain since then I have been unable to have any of my money withdrawn from my account. They are able to receive money from accounts buy they wont allow me to withdraw money from my account back to my back account. They have no phone support/customer service to help resolve any issues. This business seems shady from the beginning and as of now all I want is my money returned to my account I first had around **** now Im down to ****. I need serious help with getting my refund and pressure applied to this business. I believe they tie up accounts so customers can not withdraw funds. Please help

      The issue has been resolved with a lot of time and frustration.. because blockchain makes it harder than what it should be to transfer money out of your account. I believe this is done intentionally because they keep posting its temporarily down.. its never been working ( the ability to withdraw funds directly from your blockchain account and send back to your bank) they will gladly accept any funds from your bank account and if they can accept the funds why cant they return funds ( in reverse) I feel this is very intentional so that people can not withdraw funds quickly and then keeping more peoples money hostage making blockchain stronger that what it actually should be. I think there needs to be a deep investigation into blockchain and there needs to be transparency on their end. They should receive negative attention and publicity for their lack of efforts to make things better.

      Blockchain.com froze my crypto wallet on October 30th, 2023 for no reason and then took all one thousand dollars in Litecoin and Bitcoin from it. Communication about why my account was frozen and the status of it was few and far between for what is coming on the 5 month ***** I have requested to remove my funds and delete my account but the continue to keep my money away from me. One support staff has told me multiple times that I would be getting my crypto back and to send them a LTC wallet address for them to send it to. I provided this address twice and both times they claimed there were technical issues when no such thing exists. They are stealing from hundreds of others just like me. Ive found people on ****************** Reddit, etc. who all are in the same situation as I am because blockchain.com are nothing but thieves. I want help in getting them to return my 1k in crypto so I can pay my bills. That is a lot of money to me.

      To Whom It May ******** I had an account with SoFi. However, they were closing my account, and I was given an option to withdraw or use blockchain.com. I decided to open a new account with ********************** as of December 19th, 2023. Unfortunately, blockchain.com has a lot of negative reviews and no phone number for customer service. When I tried to withdraw my funds, I discovered that the withdraw option was unavailable at blockchain.com. Despite receiving the same automated response multiple times, I was unable to speak to anyone for an explanation. Many others have had the same experience. All I want is to withdraw my money and move on, but blockchain.com is not cooperating with my requests. I attempted to withdraw some funds using the wire transfer option on my wallet. I followed the instructions given, which were to log in, select US dollars on the homepage, click on 'withdraw', select my linked bank account, and then click 'next'. However, at step three, I received a message stating that withdrawals via linked bank accounts (ACH) were unavailable at the moment and to use either wire or crypto withdrawals instead. Therefore, I filed a formal complaint with the ************************* but no action has been taken yet. I need your help. My email is ***************** Thank you for your assistance.
