5 starsExcellent program! It works, if you follow it. There are several options available, each come with meal plans and workouts. The meal plans include easy to make recipes with foods found in most grocery stores. Theres also a substitution list available. The exercises include beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, with written and video instructions. They also include modifications for those that require that. Once you purchase a program it is yours for life. They have a wonderful customer service team ready to assist and answer questions as needed. After following it for 8 months, I lost 40 lbs, had increased energy levels, improved mental acuity, less inflammation and joint pain, and gained strength. This is the most effective program I have ever used. I recommend it to everyone.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starThey misrepresent what you are getting. It's one and done after first charge, but continue to charge your account for something that it made you think that it was a freebie. They took me for over $200 that needs to be refunded but refused to refund. I requested them to cancel in March but are still drafting my account until I finally found a phone number and talked with someone.Svelte Media, Inc.
