4 starsTerrific team, customer service is spot on. No delays really works with you. My only problem was for some reason, no matter what I did, I could not transfer on my television so that I could work out matter how hard I tried Im sure it worked for other people but no matter what they told me to do. It didnt work for me, but they are wonderful people.Svelte Media, Inc.

5 starsI love Svelte! The workouts are easy to follow and I appreciate the alternative moves recommended. I like to do two workouts in a row and get a good sweat going! 1 starI have been charged a $29 fee and a $49 fee out of my account. I was unaware of a subscription. The subscription has been cancelled as of today when I saw all the fees being taken out of account.Svelte Media, Inc.

The workouts are easy to follow and the meal plans are delicious and healthy. The best part is that I can do everything from home, which makes it so convenient. 5 starsI have been a lifetime member of *************** since in my 20's (I am now in my 60's). Over the last 20 years I have really struggled with weight loss and sticking to any type of exercise program. The Svelte program changed my life. I joined in July of 2023 and in the first month lost over 10 pounds and 6 inches around my body. My stomach, which was my real challenge area is so much better than it was, and I walk with more confidence and feeling healthier and stronger every day. A little over a year later, I continue with the fun and engaging exercises - a One and Done every day supplemented with the free workouts on ******* targeted at specific body parts. People laugh at me but I have a spreadsheet sorted by body part with the "go to" videos that I love best. The challenges provide a kick start and the community support on the ******** page is priceless. I don't remember exactly how much I paid, it was over $200 but it was a one-time fee with access to the One and Done and ******** page. I also got the one-minute abs and metaboost program. My husband is now exercising with me and we just said today that the program is the best investment I have ever made in my health. The first 10 day eating plan to get you started is achievable. I have no qualms with the cost - the benefits to my health and my life have been a game changer. I am a grandmom of 9 and love that I can do life with the grandkids. With anything, you have to have realistic expectations, they are not selling you a magic pill - the work needs to be done; however, it doesn't require an hour in the gym every day to see the results.
