    Excellent customer service and they were able to provide me a refund of the two months I was charged (not knowing I signed up for a subscription). The customer service is great, but I am deducting 2 stars simply for the fact I read a lot of the complaints and reviews and this seems to be an ongoing issue with multiple customers. After a one time fee for a program they sign you up for another plan which is a monthly fee and apparently we dont know this? Idk how they can do that.. if youre making a one time purchase it should be a one time purchase during the duration of check out and not forcefully subscribe you to something you dont know youre being subscribed to until you start getting monthly transactions pulled from your account. Id say a fair warning to just read the fine print and do not sign up for anything additional. Luckily I think I got the customer service within the ****** money back guarantee.

    Over a year and 1/2 ********************* could not help my bloating and inflammation in my stomach. It was depressing and frustrating. I came across this SVELTE lifestyle and it worked Day 1.     Top notch customer service. I forgot to cancel one of the programs that I had signed up for, for 7 days. I contacted Customer service today and within 4 hours, all my questions were answered and my refund was already credited back to my account. Great team to work with.
