    I originally signed up to receive One and done and Fat Loss Accelerated, which cost a total of $41 US. I had a gentleman call me about an additional program. I said that I did NOT want to sign up for it, but find that they have been charging me $49 US every month to my **** card ever since. They said that I only have 60 days to ask for a return, so I will not be reimbursed for anything. I spoke with a guy named Will, who had quite the attitude. He said that I could talk to a supervisor, but that they would tell me the same thing. I waited to speak with a supervisor. There wasn't one available so I had to wait for a return call.This is a CROCK! Make sure that you do NOT sign up for ANYTHING from Svelte Media.

    I'm super happy with the One and Done program as well as the Meta boost. The food plan is clear and very supportive. The workouts are really suitable for a busy lifestyle. They're short but they rock you just the right way. With consistency I am building muscle and feeling way more fit! There ended up being an unfortunate billing dispute after a few months and the Svelte team was incredible with their support and resolved the issue promptly and fairly. I am a happy customer and can really recommend these programs as I can tell they are truly created with our health and wellness in mind. I feel really cared for.

    Didn't know I signed up for the subscription. Won't refund. I didn't even use the service...did refund 2 of the 8 months. Very disappointed with customer service on the phone. She continued to interrupt me. Be very careful when you go on Svelte Media website.

    Numerous times have asked for a refund. I finally figured out how to cancel my subscription for which I did not sign up for. I signed up for a one time payment but no where did it say that it was a monthly subscription. I would never trust this company again
