1 starAfter having listened to ****'s extremely lengthy video about her weight loss program, I thought I had finally found something that I could actually afford, so I took her at her word and signed up for the program for "only" $29.99. I immediately started receiving emails - several times a day. More than I could keep up with. And the ones I did read always seemed to be selling something. One was from **** about my "hormonal profile". He wanted me to agree to sign up for something and at the end of the email there was a link to my "hormonal profile". When I clicked on it I got a message that I could save 75 percent. I immediately closed the email, because I did not want to, nor could I spend more money. When I later checked my banking account I saw that the $29.99 + tax and a $10 + charge for a book I had ordered had gone through. But, there was also an additional $10 + "recurring" charge, which I did not approve. Some time later I received a fraud alert from my bank. It was for a $50 + charge from Svelte. I confirmed that it was fraud, which froze my debit card account presenting the need for a new one. I immediately called Svelte's customer service and told them to close my account and complained about what had happened. ********, with whom I spoke, seemed very nice and I later got an email from her saying that my account had been closed and there would be "no further charges". A later email from **** said the same thing. I now have a new debit card and am in the process of contacting all my creditors to change my information. Early this morning I got another fraud alert from my bank. Another $50 + charge from Svelte ON MY NEW DEBIT CARD!!! How the heck did they get the number of my new card??? It certainly wasn't from me! As the old saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". At the age of 75, you'd think I'd know that by now! The emails keep coming. I still haven't seen the book I ordered. 1 starDo not sign up for anything. They will try to upscale you at every chance they get with every different number possible to get you to buy more. Plus, they sign you up without your permission and charge you without your knowledge saying that you joined, but you know darn well you didnt.So beware !!! SCAM !!! 1 starDo not fall for this scam. For the $29 USD, you receive a few little recipes, with none of the secret information that is supposed to be life-changing. You have to sign up for $49 a month if you want access to any of that. Also, the emails and text messages never stop. They keep promising to involve you in focus groups and get you on the right track and give you your metabolic profile, but you have to pay additional for that as well. This is a complete rip off. Do not do not do not sign up. The whole thing is misleading from beginning to end. The owner talks about giving you everything you need to get healthy for just $29. That is a complete 100% lie. The begging for more money never stops, and it seems to come from all different kinds of weight loss companies once you join.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starI was hopeful that this was going to work for me. Mere seems so sincere. But I now know this is just a marketing ploy. I tried the program the first week. Not only did I not lose weight I gained a horrible skin rash. I cancelled the subscription before the 7-days was up but was charged the $41 monthly fee anyways. Total cost for nothing? About $85. 1 starUnfortunately, same thing here. I purchased One and Done for $29. There is no opt in as they suggest for the additional program with a recurring $49 charge. Its a 7 day trial that you cancel if you dont want. Unfortunately, they delay email response until the 7 days go by then tell you youre stuck. I literally missed by a handful of hours. I sent repeated emails saying I didnt want additional products, only the One and Done program. I used it for two weeks and one morning I attempted to use it and my access had been removed. Now Ive got almost $100 of charges and zero product. Completely scammed!Svelte Media, Inc.
